Die Bolzen der Steinschrauben können innerhalb des Kastenträgers noch Scheiben d1 tragen, die in den Beton eingelassen werden und so die Befestigung verstärken. Zur besseren Versteifung dienen ferner Bolzen e, die quer durch den Kastenträger hindurchgehen. Entweder werden die Bolzen c zu gleicher Zeit als Steigeisen benutzt, oder es sind noch besondere Sprossen c1 angeordnet, die ausgebogen sind, damit sie dem Fuß einen besseren Halt geben. An der vorderen Platte b sind zwei Winkeleisen h befestigt, die zwischen sich das Reibholz * aufnehmen. Durch dieses können Bolzen k hindurchgehen, die ihrerseits wieder an den Winkeleisen festgeschraubt werden. Bänder m halten noch das Reibholz * fest an dem Kastenträger.
