Description
Ausdehnungsfähiges Bahnmaterial
in ihrem Behälter, üie WärmeStabilität und die Nach-
nimmt die unterschiedlichen Wärmedehnungswerte für das Metallgehäuse und den Keramikkörper auf, weiters
der Papierherstellung herstellen. 30 bis 85 Gew.-%
des sich aufblätternden Materials, vorzugsweise aufbereitete Schuppen von Vermiculit, Hydrobiotit oder in Wasser quellfähigem synthetischen fluorhaltige tetraedris chem Glimmer werden allein oder im Gemisch angewandt*Um
den Zusammenhalt des bahnförmigen Materials in rohem oder grünem Zustand wie auch des fertigen ausdehnfähigen und des aufgeblätterten Bahnmaterials zu gextfährleisten, kann man Verstärkungsmittel (0 bis 60 %, vorzugsweise 5 bis 60 %) anwenden, z.B. Chrysotil oder Amphibolasbest, lieiche Glasstapelfasern, feuerfestes Fasermaterial wie Zirkonfasern, Tonerdewhiskers,
Aluminiumsilicatfasern oder Metallfasern. 10 bis 70 Gew.-% anorganischen Binder verwendet man zur Herstellung des erfindungsgemäßen Materials, wie in Wasser quellbare Mikroflocken von synthetischem Glimmer, Asbest, Mont-Hior'iiioniij (Bentonit, Hectorit oder Saponit) oder
auch Kaolinit ('Jon). Der synthetische Glimmer und Asbest, die man für andere Eigenschaften auch zusetzen kann, besitzen eine ausreichende Fähigkeit für Verfilzung und Verbindung mit den anderen Teilchen,
so daß diese letztlich auch zur Unterstützung der anorganischen Binder wirken können.
155 ε/cm um 87 % auf. Das aufgeblätterte Blatt zeigte
in 650 cnr Wasser mit 6,7 S von Weichglasfasern
darin, daß die Schichtdicke der trockenen Schicht
relativ schwer einzustellen ist. Wie o"ben "bereits angedeutet, kann eine zu dicke Schicht zu einem Zerdrücken des Keramikkörpers beim Expandieren des Vermiculits in der Wärme führen.

um ihn in einem Behälter zu fixieren. Gegebenenfalls
kann man das Substrat,auf das die Aufschlämmung aufgebracht wird, mit einem Trennmittel zur Erleichterung
des Abhebens versehen.

Claims (8)
- PATEliTAHSPEÜCHEAusdehnungsfähiges Bahrunaterial, enthaltend 30 bis 85 Gew.-% aufblätterbaren Glimmer,Ό bis 60 Gew.-% anorganisches Fasermaterial land etwa 7°- bis 10 Gew.-% anorganisches Bindemittel.
- 2) Bahnmaterial nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch seinen Gehalt an 5 bis 60 Gew.-% anorganisches Fasermaterial.
- 3)· Bahnmaterial nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Glimmer Vermiculit ist.
- M-) Bahnmaterial nach . Anspruch 1 bis 3> dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der anorganische Binder Hectorit, Bentonit, Asbest und/oder synthetischer fluorhaltiger tetraedrischer Glimmer ist.
- 5) Bahnmaterial nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das anorganische .Fasermaterial Asbest, Weichglasfasern und/oder Aluminiumsilic:atfasern ist.
- 6) Bahnmaterial nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß eine verstärkende509811/0783Unterlage aus Kraft-Papier, Kunststoffolie oder Mineral fasergewebe vorgesehen ist. '
- 7) Bahnmaterial nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das anorganische i'aser material Weichglasfasern und der anorganische Binder
