Abstract

The pellets (16) are accommodated in a preferably cylindrical or prismatic housing (10), in which the mechanism (17) is inserted, this having a dispensing slide (22) movable for a limited distance. The housing is open at the bottom only, the opening being shut off by the bottom part (20) of the inserted mechanism. The slide moves inside the latter and at right angles to the housing axis (11). In addition to the slide, the mechanism can include top and bottom sections (18,20). At the slide, the housing sidewall can be formed of a thin, flexible material, and the slide can be spring-supported on the opposite sidewall. An opening can be provided in the slide, of diameter at least equal to that of the pellets.
