Claims (19)
1. Film mit gemusterten, selbstanordnenden Monolagen dar
auf, umfassend:
einen Polymerfilm, der mit einer Metalllegierung be schichtet ist; und
eine selbstanordnende Monolage, die auf den Polymerfilm gedruckt ist.
einen Polymerfilm, der mit einer Metalllegierung be schichtet ist; und
eine selbstanordnende Monolage, die auf den Polymerfilm gedruckt ist.
2. Film gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die zu legierenden Metalle
ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe, bestehend im wesent
lichen aus Gold, Silber, Nickel, Platin, Aluminium, Ei
sen, Kupfer und Zirkonium.
3. Film gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Metalllegierung
eine Oberflächenanreicherung eines Metalls aufweist, das
mit der selbstanordnenden Monolage reagiert.
4. Film gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die
Metalllegierung ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend
aus Ni/Au, Pt/Au und Cu/Au.
5. Film gemäß Anspruch 4, wobei die Legierung eine Nickel-
/Goldlegierung ist.
6. Film gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die
Legierungsbeschichtung eine Schichtdicke zwischen etwa 1
Nanometer und 1000 Nanometern aufweist.
7. Film gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der
Polymerfilm Polyethylen-Terephthalat, Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol,
Acrylnitril-Methylacrylatcopolymer, Cel
lophan, Cellulosepolymere wie Ethylcellulose, Cellulo
seacetat, Celluloseacetatbutyrat, Cellulosepropionat,
Cellulosetriacetat, Polyethylen, Polyethylen-Vinylace
tatcopolymere, Ionomere (Ethylenpolymere), Polyethylen-
Nyloncopolymere, Polypropylen, Methylpentenpolymere,
Polyvinylfluorid und aromatische Polysulfone ist.
8. Film gemäß Anspruch 7, wobei der Polymerfilm
Polyethylenterephthalat ist.
9. Film gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der
Polymerfilm optisch transparent ist.
10. Film gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der
Polymerfilm eine optische Transparenz zwischen 5% und
95% aufweist.
11. Film gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der
Polymerfilm eine optische Transparenz zwischen etwa 20%
und 80% aufweist.
12. Film gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die
selbstanordnende Monolage aus Verbindungen mit der fol
genden allgemeinen Formel gebildet ist:
X-R-Y
wobei:
X mit dem Metall oder Metalloxid auf dem Polymerfilm reaktiv ist;
R eine Kohlenwasserstoffkette ist; und
Y eine Verbindung mit beliebiger Eigenschaft ist.

wobei:
X mit dem Metall oder Metalloxid auf dem Polymerfilm reaktiv ist;
R eine Kohlenwasserstoffkette ist; und
Y eine Verbindung mit beliebiger Eigenschaft ist.
13. Film gemäß Anspruch 12, wobei:
X ein asymmetrisches oder symmetrisches Disulfid (- R'SSR, -RSSR), Sulfid (-R'SR, -RSR), Diselenid (-R'Se- SeR), Selenid (R'SeR, -RSeR), Thiol (-SH), Nitril (-CN), Isonitril, Nitro (-NO2), Selenol (-SeH), dreiwertige Phosphorverbindungen, Isothiocyanat, Xanthat, Thiocarba mat, Phosphin, Thiosäure oder Dithiosäure, Carbonsäuren, Hydroxysäuren und Hydroxamsäuren ist;
R und R' Kohlenwasserstoffketten sind, die wahlweise durch Heteroatome unterbrochen sein können und wahlweise perflouriert sein können und bevorzugt unverzweigt sind; und
Y wahlweise eine Hydroxy-, Carboxyl-, Amirio-, Aldehyd-, Hydrazid-, Carbonyl-, Epoxy- oder Vinylgruppe ist:
X ein asymmetrisches oder symmetrisches Disulfid (- R'SSR, -RSSR), Sulfid (-R'SR, -RSR), Diselenid (-R'Se- SeR), Selenid (R'SeR, -RSeR), Thiol (-SH), Nitril (-CN), Isonitril, Nitro (-NO2), Selenol (-SeH), dreiwertige Phosphorverbindungen, Isothiocyanat, Xanthat, Thiocarba mat, Phosphin, Thiosäure oder Dithiosäure, Carbonsäuren, Hydroxysäuren und Hydroxamsäuren ist;
R und R' Kohlenwasserstoffketten sind, die wahlweise durch Heteroatome unterbrochen sein können und wahlweise perflouriert sein können und bevorzugt unverzweigt sind; und
Y wahlweise eine Hydroxy-, Carboxyl-, Amirio-, Aldehyd-, Hydrazid-, Carbonyl-, Epoxy- oder Vinylgruppe ist:
14. Film gemäß Anspruch 12, wobei R eine Länge größer 7
Kohlenstoffatome aufweist.
15. Film gemäß Anspruch 12, wobei R eine Verbindung der Form
(CH2)a-Z-(CH2)b ist, wobei a = 0, b = 7 und Z jede beliebige
chemische Funktionalität aufweist.
16. Film gemäß Anspruch 15, wobei Z ausgewählt ist aus der
Gruppe bestehend aus Sulfonen, Lactamen und Harnstoff.
17. Film gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei
zwei oder mehrere selbstanordnende Monolagen mit unter
schiedlichen chemischen Eigenschaften vorhanden sind.
18. Film gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei
eine erste selbstanordnende Monolage hydrophob ist und
eine zweite selbstanordnende Monolage hydrophil ist.
19. Film gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das
Polymer ein thermoplastisches Polymer ist.
