Claims (103)
1. Vaskulärfiltrationsgerät zum Entfernen vom Emboliematerial in Körperfluid,
wobei das Gerät umfaßt:
ein Zuführungssystem, welches eine Längsachse, distale und proximale Bereiche aufweist, wobei der distale Bereich des Zuführungssystems entfernbar in das Gefäßsystem eines Patienten verschiebbar ist;
einen zusammenfaltbaren Filterkörper (1), der eine Längsachse, proximale und di stale Enden hat und der außerdem eine zusammenfaltbare Stellung und einen expandierte ent faltete Stellung hat, wobei die zusammengefaltete Stellung das Zuführen und das Zurückzie hen des Filterkörpers aus dem Vaskulärsystem eines Patienten erlaubt;
wobei der Filterkörper, wenn dieser in der expandierten Stellung ist, einen Innen raum festlegt;
zumindest einen Fluideinlaß (7) am proximalen Ende des Filterkörpers, wobei der Einlaß offen ist, um Blut und Emboliematerial in den Innenraum zu lassen, wenn der Filter körper in der expandierten Stellung ist, und im wesentlichen den Fluidfluß verschließt, wenn der Filterkörper in der zusammengefalteten Stellung ist;
mehrere Auslaßöffnungen (8) am distalen Ende des Filterkörpers, wobei die Aus laßöffnungen offen zum Fluidfluß vom Innenraum sind, wenn der Filterkörper in der expan dierten Stellung ist;
wobei die Auslaßöffnungen (8) bemessen sind, um den Durchlaß von Blut zuzu lassen, jedoch unerwünschtes Emboliematerial innerhalb des Filterkörpers (1) zurückzuhal ten;
wobei der Filterkörper zwischen der zusammengefalteten und der expandierten Stellung mittels einer Relativbewegung des Filterzuführungssystems in bezug auf den Filter körper bewegt wird; und
das proximale Ende (7) des Filterkörpers beim Übergang zur zusammengefalteten Stellung zusammenfaltbar ist, um zunächst den zumindest einen Fluideinlaß im wesentlichen zu verschließen, um das Zurückhalten von jeglichem angesammelten Emboliematerial im Innenraum sicherzustellen und um dann den Rest des Filterkörpers zusammenzufalten.
ein Zuführungssystem, welches eine Längsachse, distale und proximale Bereiche aufweist, wobei der distale Bereich des Zuführungssystems entfernbar in das Gefäßsystem eines Patienten verschiebbar ist;
einen zusammenfaltbaren Filterkörper (1), der eine Längsachse, proximale und di stale Enden hat und der außerdem eine zusammenfaltbare Stellung und einen expandierte ent faltete Stellung hat, wobei die zusammengefaltete Stellung das Zuführen und das Zurückzie hen des Filterkörpers aus dem Vaskulärsystem eines Patienten erlaubt;
wobei der Filterkörper, wenn dieser in der expandierten Stellung ist, einen Innen raum festlegt;
zumindest einen Fluideinlaß (7) am proximalen Ende des Filterkörpers, wobei der Einlaß offen ist, um Blut und Emboliematerial in den Innenraum zu lassen, wenn der Filter körper in der expandierten Stellung ist, und im wesentlichen den Fluidfluß verschließt, wenn der Filterkörper in der zusammengefalteten Stellung ist;
mehrere Auslaßöffnungen (8) am distalen Ende des Filterkörpers, wobei die Aus laßöffnungen offen zum Fluidfluß vom Innenraum sind, wenn der Filterkörper in der expan dierten Stellung ist;
wobei die Auslaßöffnungen (8) bemessen sind, um den Durchlaß von Blut zuzu lassen, jedoch unerwünschtes Emboliematerial innerhalb des Filterkörpers (1) zurückzuhal ten;
wobei der Filterkörper zwischen der zusammengefalteten und der expandierten Stellung mittels einer Relativbewegung des Filterzuführungssystems in bezug auf den Filter körper bewegt wird; und
das proximale Ende (7) des Filterkörpers beim Übergang zur zusammengefalteten Stellung zusammenfaltbar ist, um zunächst den zumindest einen Fluideinlaß im wesentlichen zu verschließen, um das Zurückhalten von jeglichem angesammelten Emboliematerial im Innenraum sicherzustellen und um dann den Rest des Filterkörpers zusammenzufalten.
2. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, wobei das proximale Ende des Filterkörpers zusam
menfaltbar ist, bevor das distale Ende des Filterkörpers während des Übergangs zwischen der
expandierten und zurückgezogenen Stellung zusammengefaltet wird.
3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Zuführungssystem ein Rohrteil
(3) umfaßt, wobei der Filterkörper zwischen der zusammengefalteten und expandierten Stel
lung über eine Relativbewegung des Rohrteils in bezug auf den Filterkörper bewegt wird.
4. Gerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Zuführungssystem einen Leitdraht (2)
umfaßt, wobei der Filterkörper über eine Relativbewegung des Leitdrahts (2) in bezug auf den
Filterkörper bewegt wird.
5. Gerät nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Leitdraht ein fester Leitdraht ist.
6. Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper
eine allgemein rohrförmige Form hat.
7. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das proximale Ende
des Filterkörpers nach außen und zum distalen Ende hin abgeschrägt ist, wenn dieser in der
expandierten Stellung ist.
8. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das distale Ende (23)
des Filterkörpers nach außen und zum proximalen Ende hin abgeschrägt ist.
9. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper einen
allgemein zylindrischen Bereich zwischen dem proximalen und dem distalen Ende hat.
10. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper ei
nen weichen distalen Bereich hat, um einen atraumatischen Transport durch das Vaskulärsy
stem zu unterstützen.
11. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper
durch eine allgemein langgestreckte Form festgelegt ist, die eine axiale Abmessung hat, die
größer ist als die Querabmessung, wenn dieser in einer expandierten Stellung ist.
12. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper ei
nen allgemein kreisförmigen querlaufenden Querschnitt und einen damit in Verbindung ste
henden Umfang hat, und zumindest eine Nut (125) um den damit verbundenen Umfang ange
ordnet ist.
13. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Filterkörper-
Auslaßlöcher so bemessen sind, um Emboliematerial einer Größe einzufangen, das größer als
100 µm ist.
14. Gerät nach Anspruch 13, wobei die Filterkörper-Auslaßlöcher bemessen sind,
Emboliematerial mit einer Größe von mehr als 200 µm aufzufangen.
15. Gerät nach Anspruch 14, wobei die Filterkörper-Auslaßlöcher so bemessen
sind, Emboliematerial einer Größe von mehr als 500 µm aufzufangen.
16. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Auslaßöffnungen
allgemein kreisförmig sind.
17. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Zuführungssy
stem eine Rohrfilter-Herausholeinrichtung umfaßt, die ein offenes distales Ende hat, um den
Filterkörper im zusammengefalteten Zustand aufzunehmen, wobei das offene distale Ende der
Filterherausholeinrichtung mit dem proximalen Ende des Filterkörpers in Eingriff kommen
kann, um dadurch zunächst den zumindest einen Fluideinlaß im wesentlichen zu verschließen,
und in bezug auf den Filterkörper verschiebbar ist, um fortschreitend den Rest des Filterkör
pers zusammenzufalten und um den Filterkörper innerhalb der Herausholeinrichtung aufzu
nehmen.
18. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Zuführungssy
stem außerdem einen Aufbewahrungsbereich für den Filterkörper umfaßt, wenn der Filterkör
per in der zusammengefalteten Stellung ist.
19. Gerät nach Anspruch 18, wobei der Aufbewahrungsbereich außerdem ein of
fenes distales Ende umfaßt, welches so angeordnet ist, daß das proximale Ende des Filterkör
pers das offene distale Ende während des Übergangs des Filterkörpers von der expandierten
Stellung in die zusammengefaltete Rückzugstellung erfaßt.
20. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Zuführungssy

21. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welches außerdem einen
Heraushol-Katheter umfaßt, wobei ein Ende des Heraushol-Katheters einen Aufbewahrungs
bereich umfaßt.
22. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 21, wobei der Aufbewahrungsbereich
eine Hülse ist.
23. Gerät nach Anspruch 22, wobei die Hülse expandierbar ist, um das Filter in
der zusammengefalteten Rückzugstellung unterzubringen.
24. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 23, wobei der Filterkörper verschiebbar
auf dem Leitdraht angeordnet ist.
25. Gerät nach Anspruch 24, welches zumindest ein Halteelement (63, 64) umfaßt,
um den Bereich der Längsbewegung des Filterkörpers (1) auf dem Leitdraht zu begrenzen.
26. Gerät nach Anspruch 25, wobei zumindest eines des zumindest einen Halte
elements (66) innerhalb des Innenraums angeordnet ist, wenn - bei Verwendung - der Filter
körper in der expandierten entfalteten Stellung ist.
27. Gerät nach Anspruch 25 oder 26, wobei zumindest ein Halteelement auf dem
Leitdraht befestigt ist.
28. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 28, wobei zumindest ein Halteelement
metallisch ist.
29. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 28, wobei zumindest ein Halteelement
aus einem Polymeren ist.
30. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 28, wobei zumindest ein Halteelement
als eine Stufe im Leitdraht gebildet ist.
31. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 28, wobei zumindest ein Halteelement
bemessen ist, sich dem Innendurchmesser des Zuführungskatheters anzupassen.
32. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 31, wobei der Filterkörper eine Muffe
(35) umfaßt, die verschiebbar auf dem Leitdraht angeordnet ist.
33. Gerät nach Anspruch 32, wobei zumindest ein Halteelement zumindest ein er
stes und ein zweites Halteelement umfaßt, wobei die Länge der Muffe kleiner ist als der Ab
stand zwischen den Halteelementen, wobei der Filterkörper auf der Muffe befestigt ist.
34. Gerät nach Anspruch 32 oder 33, wobei das proximale Einlaßende des Filter
körpers an der Muffe befestigt ist und das distale Ende des Filterkörpers auf der Muffe ver
schiebbar befestigt ist.
35. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 32 bis 34, wobei das distale Ende des Filter
körpers an einem Ring befestigt ist, der längs der Muffe verschiebbar ist.
36. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 32 bis 35, wobei die Muffe außerdem eine
Führungsolive (65) distal zum Filterkörper umfaßt, die zum distalen Ende hin und nach innen
abgeschrägt ist.
37. Gerät nach Anspruch 36, wobei die Führungsolive auf dem Filterträger distal
vom Filterkörper vorgesehen ist, wobei die Führungsolive einen Zylinderkörper mit einem
abgeschrägten distalen Ende hat, wobei der Zylinderkörper innerhalb des distalen Endes des
Entfaltungs-Katheters eingreifen kann, wobei das abgeschrägte distale Ende nach außen vom
Entfaltungs-Katheter ragt, um für einen sanften Übergang zwischen dem Katheter und dem
Filterträger zu sorgen.
38. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper in
bezug auf das Zuführungssystem drehbar ist.
39. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper ei
nen Filterrahmen umfaßt, wobei der Rahmen zwischen einer zusammengefalteten Position,
wenn der Filterkörper in einer zusammengefalteten Stellung ist, und einer ausgedehnten nach
außen ragenden Position in der expandierten entfalteten Stellung bewegbar ist.
40. Gerät nach Anspruch 39, wobei der Filterkörper auf einer Filterträgermuffe
befestigt und der Rahmen auf der Muffe am proximalen Ende des Filterkörpers befestigt ist.
41. Gerät nach Anspruch 40, wobei der Rahmen in die Muffe an einem distalen
Ende des Filterkörpers verschiebbar eingreift.
42. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 39 bis 41, wobei der Rahmen in eine normal
sich erstreckende Position vorgespannt ist.
43. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 39 bis 42, wobei der Rahmen Lagerarme
umfaßt.
44. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 39 bis 43, wobei der Rahmen mit mehrere
zusammenfaltbare Arme umfaßt, die ein proximales und ein distales Ende haben, wobei sich
die Arme nach außen und distal vom proximalen Ende des Filterkörpers erstrecken, um die
Abschrägung des proximalen Endes des Filterkörpers festzulegen.
45. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 39 bis 44, wobei der Rahmen aus einem
Formgedächtnis- oder Elastikgedächtnis-Material gebildet ist.
46. Gerät nach Anspruch 45, wobei der Rahmen aus Nitinol besteht.
47. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 43 bis 46, wobei die Einlaßöffnungen zu
mindest teilweise durch die Arme festgelegt sind.
48. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 44 bis 46, wobei die proximalen Enden der
Arme sich im wesentlichen radial nach außen in einer distalen Richtung von der Längsachse
des Filterkörpers erstrecken.
49. Gerät nach Anspruch 48, wobei die distalen Enden der Arme sich im wesent
lichen radial nach außen in einer proximalen Richtung von der Längsachse des Filterkörpers
erstrecken.
50. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper aus
einem Maschenmaterial gebildet ist.
51. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 49, wobei der Filterkörper aus einem
gewebten Material gebildet ist.
52. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 49, wobei der Filterkörper aus einem
perforierten Filmmaterial gebildet ist.
53. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 49, wobei der Filterkörper aus einem
Material, welches eine durchlässige Struktur hat, gebildet ist.
54. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 49 oder 53, wobei der Filterkörper aus
einem Polymer-Schaum-Material gebildet ist.
55. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper eine
Aufnahmeeinrichtung umfaßt, um unerwünschtes Emboliematerial im Filterkörper einzufan
gen.
56. Gerät nach Anspruch 55, wobei die Aufnahmeeinrichtung zusätzliche Auf
nahmewege innerhalb des Filterkörpers umfaßt.
57. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper eine
dreidimensionale Form festlegt.
58. Gerät nach Anspruch 57, wobei der Filterkörper aus einer durchlässigen Po
lymerstruktur besteht.
59. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 52 bis 58, wobei das Material eine Dichte
von weniger als 400 kg pro Kubikmeter hat.
60. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 52 bis 59, wobei das Material eine Dichte
von weniger als 100 kg pro Kubikmeter hat.
61. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 52 bis 60, wobei das Material eine Dichte
von weniger als 50 kg pro Kubikmeter hat.
62. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper eine
durchlässige Struktur umfaßt, die dimensioniert ist, Emboliematerial im Bereich der Größe
von 100 µm bis 3500 µm einzufangen.
63. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper
kompressierbar und/oder faltbar ist, um diesen in eine Zuführungseinrichtung zu laden, um
den Filterkörper auf eine gewünschte Lage im komprimierten oder gefalteten Zustand zuzu
führen.
64. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper
Material besitzt, welches von seiner Struktur entfernt wurde, um die Kompressierbarkeit zu
unterstützen.
65. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper
Material hat, welches von seiner Struktur entfernt wurde, um eine spezielle Bemessung in
bezug auf die Größe des Emboliematerials, welches einzufangen ist, bereitzustellen.
66. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper
Wege durch den Filterkörper hat, die untereinander verbunden sind, so daß die Flußrate durch
den Filter maßgeschneidert werden kann.
67. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welches eine Einrichtung
hat, um die Einrichtung über einem medizinischen Leitdraht anzuordnen.
68. Gerät nach Anspruch 67, welches unter einem Ballon- oder Stützzuführungs
katheter angeordnet werden kann.
69. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welches eine Einrichtung
zum Einführen über Oberschenkel-, Arm-, Radial-, Subklavia- oder andere arterielle Punktur
mittels eines Transkatheterzugangs hat.
70. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Zuführungssy
stem einen Zuführungskatheter umfaßt, bei dem eine externe Hülle in Eingriff mit dem Filter
oder einem Filterträger stehen kann, um einen Druck während der Zuführung bereitzustellen,
und entfernbar ist, um einen maximalen Raum im Vaskulärquerschnitt während einer Ein
griffsprozedur zuzulassen.
71. Gerät nach Anspruch 70, wobei die externe Hülle mit dem Filterkörper oder
Filterträger über eine Verbindungseinrichtung verbunden ist.
72. Gerät nach Anspruch 71, wobei die Verbindungseinrichtung ein entfernbarer
Schrumpfschlauch (5) ist.
73. Gerät nach Anspruch 71, wobei die Verbindungseinrichtung eine entfernbare
Überschiebemuffe (10) ist.
74. Gerät nach Anspruch 71, wobei die Verbindungseinrichtung ein entfernbarer
Clip ist.
75. Gerät nach Anspruch 71, wobei die Verbindungseinrichtung ein Kompressi
onsverbinder ist.
76. Gerät nach Anspruch 75, wobei der Kompressionsverbinder ein Touhy Borst-
Adapter ist.
77. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 70 bis 76, wobei der Zuführungskatheter ein
Zentrallumen für zumindest einen Teil seiner Länge hat, um zu ermöglichen, diesen über ei
nen lenkbaren Leitdraht zu ziehen.
78. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 79 bis 77, wobei die externe Hülle ausrei
chend lang ist, um sich zur Außenseite des Gefäßsystems auszudehnen, und proximal entfern
bar ist, um den Filterkörper vom Katheter zu lösen.
79. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 70 bis 78, wobei der Zuführungskatheter
eine externe Abdeckung hat, die sich über das Druckelement erstreckt, um eine Filterhalte
muffe festzulegen.
80. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Zuführungssy
stem einen Zuführungskatheter umfaßt, der ein Federbauteil mit einer lokalisierten schritt
weise sich vergrößernden Teilung hat, um die Steifigkeitscharakteristik zu ändern, um sich an
das Zielvaskulärsystem anzupassen.
81. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Zuführungssy
stem einen Zuführungskatheter umfaßt, der ein Federbauteil hat mit einer lokalisierten all
mählich ansteigenden Teilung, um die Steifigkeitscharakteristik zu ändern, um sich an das
Zielvaskulärsystem anzupassen.
82. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper auf
einem zusammenfaltbaren Lagerrahmen befestigt, der zwischen einer zusammengefalteten
Position zur Entfaltung und einer erstreckten Gebrauchsposition bewegbar ist, wobei eine
Einrichtung vorgesehen ist, die Lagerstruktur in der zusammengefalteten Position zu halten.
83. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper eine
damit in Verbindung stehende Lagerstruktur mit einer vorgeformten spiralförmigen Anord
nung hat, so daß diese eine radiale Lagerung für den Filterkörper liefert.
84. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper eine
flexible geformte Polymerkomponente umfaßt.
85. Gerät nach Anspruch 84, wobei die geformte polymerische Komponente so
konstruiert ist, daß der Fluidfluß mittels der Komponente beim Öffnen der Komponente von
der zusammengefalteten Stellung hilft.
86. Gerät nach Anspruch 84 oder 85, wobei die geformte polymerische Kompo
nente flexibel ist und sich öffnet, um einen Rohrkontakt mit der Vaskulärwand herzustellen,
wobei der Druckabfall über der Ausgangsfilterfläche verwendet wird.
87. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Filterelement
unmittelbar auf einem lenkbaren medizinischen Leitdraht befestigt ist, der eine verschiebbare
Hülle enthält, die bewegbar ist, das Filter zu entfalten.
88. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welches einen medizini
schen Leitdraht mit einem flexiblen Drahtsegment distal zum Filter enthält, um eine Lenkbar
keit des Drahts insbesondere vorzusehen, bevor es entfaltet wird.
89. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welches einen medizini
schen Leitdraht mit einem weichen distalen Segment enthält, um so einen Kopfabschnitt be
reitzustellen, der atraumatisch sein wird.
90. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welches einen Filterkörper
hat, der die Unterbringung eines medizinischen Leitdrahts in oder in der Nähe des Außen
wand des Filterkörpers erlaubt, um das Unterbringen von großen Einlaßlöchern des proxima
len Einlaßendes des Filterkörpers zu erleichtern.
91. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper eine
Maschenstruktur mit großen proximalen Einlaßlöchern und kleinen distalen Auslaßlöchern
umfaßt, wobei die Maschenstruktur auf einen Zuführungskatheter mit kleinem Durchmesser
zusammenfaltbar ist und bei Entfaltung auf eine Form expandierbar ist, die durch die Ma
schenstruktur entweder durch die Formgedächtnischarakteristik oder die Elastikgedächtnis
charakteristik wieder in Erinnerung gebracht wird.
92. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper eine
Maschenstruktur umfaßt, wobei die Ausdehnung des Filterkörpers innerhalb des Gefäßes ver
anlaßt, daß Blut, das durch das Blutgefäß fließt, durch den Filterkörper fließt, da der Filter
körper die Wand des Gefäßes erfaßt, um sich an die Form der Gefäßrohrwand anzupassen.
93. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Filterkörper ein
geflochtenes Fasermaschennetz umfaßt.
94. Gerät nach Anspruch 93, wobei die distalen Auslaßöffnungen durch einen Be
reich festgelegt sind, der durch eine Reihe von sich kreuzenden, verflochtenen Fasern um
schlossen ist.
95. Gerät nach Anspruch 93 oder 94, wobei größere proximale Einlaßlöcher durch
die Konvergenz der Fasern des Geflechts in wenige Bündel vorgesehen sind, die auf dem Zu
führungssystem befestigt sind.
96. Gerät nach Anspruch 93 bis 95, wobei das Fasermaschennetzmaterial ein ela
stisches oder Formgedächtnismaterial ist, so daß es in einem Zuführungskatheter zusammen
gefaltet werden kann und nach der Entfaltung seine vergrößerte Form zurück erlangt.
97. Gerät nach Anspruch 93 bis 96, wobei die Fasern des Maschenwerks an den
Punkten, wo sie einander kreuzen, verbunden sind.
98. Gerät nach Anspruch 93 bis 97, wobei die Fasern entweder aus einem Poly
mer, Metall oder Gemisch hergestellt sind.
99. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das distale Ende des
Filterelements die Möglichkeit hat, sich in der axialen Richtung in bezug auf das proximale
Ende des Filterkörpers zu bewegen, um so die exakte Form des Blutgefäßes anzunehmen.
100. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einem durchlässigen
Überzug auf einem distalen Ende des Filterkörpers lediglich mit einem Mittel zum Öffnen
und Schließen des Filterkörpers durch Verschiebebewegung.
101. Gerät nach Anspruch 100, wobei der Filterkörper einen zusammenfaltbaren
Drahtrahmen umfaßt, der mehrere Drähte hat, wobei die äußeren Enden der Drähte scharnier
artig an dem Zuführungssystem befestigt sind, wobei die Drähte zwischen ihren Enden dreh
bar sind, wobei an einem Ende die Drähte am Zuführungssystem befestigt sind und am ande
ren Ende die Drähte auf einem Ring befestigt sind, der längs des Zuführungssystems ver
schiebbar ist, wobei ein durchlässiges Filter auf dem Drahtrahmen maschenartig befestigt ist.
102. Gerät nach Anspruch 101, wobei eine Antriebsmuffe über das Zuführungssy
stem verschiebbar ist, um den Ring in Richtung auf das feste Ende des Filterkörpers zu drüc
ken, und eine Zusammenfalteinrichtung den Ring erfaßt, um den Ring weg vom festen Ende
des Filterkörpers zu ziehen, damit sich der Drahtrahmen gegen das Zuführungssystem faltet,
um den Filterkörper herauszuholen.
103. Filterherausholsystem zur Verwendung bei dem Gerät, wie dies nach einem
der vorhergehenden Ansprüche beansprucht wurde, welches einen Längskatheter mit einer
deformierbaren Spitze umfaßt, um das Herausziehen des Filterkörpers in diesen zu unterstüt
zen.
