Tibiakomponente einer Kniegelenkendoprothese, aufweisend eine Tibia-Plattform (1; 101) und einen Kunststoffeinsatz aus hochdichtem Polyethylen, gekennzeichnet durch eine geglättete Ausführung der dem Kunststoffeinsatz zuge­ wandten Kontaktfläche (9; 109) der Tibia-Plattform mit ei­ nem Rauheitswert unterhalb von 0,8.1. tibia component of a knee joint endoprosthesis, comprising a tibia platform ( 1 ; 101 ) and a plastic insert made of high-density polyethylene, characterized by a smooth design of the contact surface ( 9 ; 109 ) of the tibia platform facing the plastic insert with a roughness value below 0 ,8th. 2.
