Description
- 1. Der Mittelteil 15 a des Siebes 15, welcher durch Widerstandsheizung aufheizbar ist, besitzt eine hohe mechanische Festigkeit, da die stromlos ab geschiedenen Schichten M 1 und M 2 mit starker Ad häsionskraft an den Fasern 20 a, 20 b haften. Aus diesem Grunde ist im Mittelteil 15 a die Gefahr des Auftretens von Spannungen, welche zum Ablösen der aufplattierten Schichten führen, beim Auf heizen und beim Durchstreichen der Farbe bzw. Schmelze sehr gering, so daß eine hohe Druckge nauigkeit erreichbar ist.
- 2. Die Stromdichte ist im Mittelteil 15 a des Siebes 15 gleichmäßig auf die Sieboberfläche verteilt, so daß sich beim Heizen eine gleichmäßige Temperaturver teilung im Sieb ergibt. Die Druckfarbe oder -paste, welche als heiße Schmelze durch das Sieb bzw. das Druckmuster 4 gedrückt werden muß, wird somit gleichmäßig aufgeheizt.
- 3. Da die stromlos aufplattierten Schichten M 1 und M 2 sehr dünn sind und beispielsweise nur eine Stärke zwischen 3 und 5 µm besitzen, wird der Durchmesser der plattierten Fasern gegenüber den unplattierten Fasern nur in vernachlässigbarem Maße erhöht. Folglich wird die Druckgenauigkeit nicht durch ver größerte Faser- bzw. Fadendurchmesser verringert.
- 4. Es kann eine große Wärmemenge erzeugt werden, wäh rend die Stromstärke insgesamt klein gehalten wird.
