Im Ausgangszustand ist das Rückhalteelement Teil der Rückenlehne, so daß es ohne Beeinträchtigung des Fahrgastraumes oder des Komforts von auf der Rücksitzbank sitzenden erwachsenen Fahrzeuginsassen sowie ohne eine Beeinträchtigung des Stauraums des Fahrzeugs mitgeführt werden kann.
