Abstract

The rotor has a shaft which is mounted at both ends and has, arranged coaxially on it, disc-shaped components (cutting elements and spacer discs) having a small inner bore. In order to facilitate the replacement of the cutting elements, one of the shaft journals is constructed so as to be detachable from the rotor such that, when the rotor is removed, the bearing remains on the shaft journal.

Description

The invention relates to a comminution machine with a rotor according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such a shredding machine is known from EP-A-O 1 64 489 knows. Such a machine is preferably used in forestry and agricultural field, for example bark, Shred peat, straw and small branches. For exchange ver closed cutting elements are required for this type of machine necessary to remove the complete rotor. So that the cutting elements te and the spacers between them from the ro can be removed, one of the rotor bearings on the appropriate shaft journals can be removed. The often unsung trained users of the shredder prepare to dismantle and assembly of the rotor bearing difficulties. Improper Handling the rotor bearing quickly leads to bearing damage and high Repair expenses.

The invention is therefore based on the object, the exchange of To enable cutting elements without dismantling the bearing.

This object is characterized by that in claim 1 Feature solved. The solution is advantageous in that by Remove the shaft journal separated from the rotor shaft with the on the remaining rotor bearings the cutting elements and distance discs of the rotor body without further difficult disassembly are accessible. A mutual dependency of the outside measurements of the rotor bearing and the bore diameter of the cutting elements as well as the spacers is in the execution of this Work no longer given. After replacing the cutting elements te, the shaft journal is centered on the rotor by positive locking as well non-positively connected to the rotor for torque transmission. These steps are quick and easy to execute.

Appropriate embodiments of the invention are in the Unteran sayings marked.

The measure specified in claim 2 is due to the engagement of the flange in the associated clamping disc axially short rotor body achieved during the design according to claim 3 because of the omission of a recess for the Flange represents a technically favorable solution, because for the centering of the shaft journal the already existing hole in the spring washer for the rotor shaft.

Es zeigen:Embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to the Drawing explained in more detail. Show it:

Fig. 3 is a deviating from Fig. 2 embodiment of the United connection of the shaft journal with the rotor.

The shredding machine 10 shown in FIG. 1 has a housing 12 carried by a machine frame 11 with a rotor 13 arranged with a horizontal axis. The machine housing 12 is divided into two in a division plane 14 coinciding with the rotor axis into an upper housing half 15 and a lower housing half 16 . The upper housing half 15 is equipped with a slot 17 for regrind. The lower housing half 16 has a roller-shaped body 18 of the rotor 13 along its lower circumferential half enveloping sieve 19 , which is followed by a collecting space 20 for the ground material.

The rotor 13 has a shaft 21 penetrating its body 18 , the two shaft journals 22 and 23 of which are in plummer block bearings 24 and 25 . Both pillow block bearings 24 and 25 are fastened to the machine frame 11 with screws 26 . At its free end, the shaft journal 22 is equipped with a V-belt pulley 27 for driving the ro tor 13 by a drive motor, not shown. The other shaft journal 23 carries a toothed belt pulley 28 for drive transmission to a screw conveyor, not shown, in the collecting space 20 for the ground material.

The rotor body 18 is equipped on both sides with a clamping washer 29 and 30 , between which alternately in the axial direction alternately serving as disk-shaped cutting elements 31 saw blades with spacers 32 are arranged. The layered cutting elements 31 and spacers 32 are clamped together between the two clamping discs 29 and 30 by parallel to the axis of the rotor shaft 21 tie rods 33 , of which several are provided in the circumferential direction of the rotor 13 . The drive torque received by the V-belt pulley 27 is transmitted via the shaft journal 22 to the clamping pulley 29 fastened with a cone clamping set 34 on the shaft 21 and transferred to the cutting elements 31 via the force achieved by the tie rods 33 .

The shaft 21 of the rotor 13 is divided into two as a separate component in the region of the rotor end face 35 formed by the tensioning disk 30 due to the design of the shaft journal 23 ( FIG. 2). Ro side of the shaft, the shaft journal 23 has a collar 36 on which an annular disk-shaped flange 37 is centered and connected by welding. The flange 37 engages in a suitable recess 38 of the clamping disk 30 . Due to this positive connection, the shaft pin 23 is aligned with the shaft 21 in alignment. Screws 39 connecting the flange 37 to the tensioning disk 30 achieve the frictional connection between the rotor body 18 and the shaft journal 23 .

Fig. 2) aus gebildet. The pillow block 24 assigned to the drive-side shaft journal 22 of the rotor 13 is designed as a fixed bearing ( see FIG. 1), while the pillow block 25 assigned to the shaft journal 23 is designed as a floating bearing ( see FIG. 2). The pillow block 25 has a roller bearing 40 which is fastened to the shaft journal 23 with an adapter sleeve 41 and a lock nut 42 . The plummer block 25 is equipped with shaft seals 43 on both sides of the roller bearing 40 . The pillow block 24 of the shaft journal 22 is designed in a corresponding manner. In particular, from Fig. 2 of the drawing it can be clearly seen that the pillow block 24 and 25 have outer dimensions that are larger than the inner bores of the axially arranged axially to the shaft 21 clamping washers 29 and 30 , the cutting elements 31 and the distance disks 32nd

To replace worn cutting elements 31 , the rotor 13 must be removed from the shredding machine 10 . For this it is necessary to separate the upper housing half 15 from the lower half 16 and to expose the rotor 13 by pivoting the upper half. After removing the screws 26 connecting the pillow block bearings 24 and 25 to the machine frame 11 , the rotor 13 can be lifted out of the machine 10 . Then, by loosening the screws 39, the shaft journal 23 with the pillow block 25 and toothed belt pulley 28 located thereon are removed from the rotor body 18 . After loosening the tie rod 33 and axially pulling off the clamping washer 30 , the cutting elements 31 and spacer washers 32 are accessible. Compared to a rotor with a continuous shaft, whose bearings - as described - have larger outer dimensions than the inner bore of the components of the rotor body arranged on the shaft and therefore require disassembly of one of the shaft bearings and possibly a pulley, is described in the solution, the size of the Innenboh tion non achtlich the clamping disk 30, the cutting elements formed of commercially available saw blades 31 and the spacers 32, since the disassembly and the assembly process of this construction parts because of the removed stub shaft 23 not be hampered by it befind Lichem Plummer 25th

After replacing the cutting elements 31 , the shaft journal 23 is connected to the rotor 13 with the plummer block 25 and toothed belt pulley 28 in a positive and non-positive manner. This is then inserted into the machine housing 12 and connected by aligning and screwing the pillow block bearings 24 and 25 to the machine frame 11 .

The modification shown in Fig. 3 of the positive and non-positive fastening of the shaft 21 'divided by the shaft journal 23 ' differs from the previous embodiment essentially in that the shaft journal has a slightly protruding from the flange 37 'end portion 44 , which in the inner bore 45 of the clamping washer 30 'for the shaft 21 ' engages centering, while the flange 37 'on the rotor face 35 ' is supported and by screws 39 'non-positively connected to the clamping washer 30 ' of the rotor body 18 '.
