Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a first invention thought of a method of improving the stacks quality of a sheet stack, especially one in the Delivery of a stack of sheets formed by a printing press, where the original stack of sheets is removed and a new stack of sheets is formed and goes according to a further inventive idea on a to Implementation of this method suitable device.
Sheets are usually stacked before forwarding working the sheets trimmed on cutting machines. To prevent the distance between cuts edge and printed image fluctuates from sheet to sheet high stacking accuracy with exact stacking edges required. If this is not the case, it can a not inconsiderable deterioration in quality of the finished product.
The stacks formed in the delivery of a printing press often do not meet the high accuracy requirements che of the kind indicated above. Such stacks are therefore previously removed by hand in increments and to re-stacked into a new, accurate stack. Here han However, it is extremely time and energy elaborate work, the rational production opposes.
Based on this, it is therefore the task of the lying invention, a method mentioned above Type in such a way that for the first time a machine Stacking is possible. At the same time one should fold, inexpensive and reliable device be created to carry out the process.
The procedural solution to the above task exists according to the invention in that the top sheet taken from the original sheet stack and one Follow non-overlapping single sheets is formed, which is in mutual alignment in Shape of the new stack.
These measures allow a simple, machine re-stacking. To process the original Stack can simply be a well-known to laying device, to form the single sheet sequence a known acceleration unit and a laying device to form the new stack with alignment device can be used.
In terms of device, the above task is there solved by that between one with a stack recording and a separation unit provided Sheet feeder and a sheet delivery, which with a lowerable stacking table with assigned alignment means is provided, one with an acceleration arranged cooperating conveyor line is.
These measures allow a simple and com compact structure. In addition, the invention Device advantageously from proven Assemble components, what a high reliability guaranteed and robustness.
Advantageous configurations and functional fort Education of the overarching measures are in the Subclaims specified. So the stacking table of the boom in an advantageous manner with two dims regional fall. This arrangement he possible one ver to the deepest stacking table corner ongoing trifting of the sheets to be stacked, easily aligning with each other the right angle, lower to the stacking table surface right stops can be reached. Appropriately can the Aus stacking table suspended from a hoist layer on to the vertical in the conveying direction and across be guided guides inclined to what, despite the two-dimensional fall a trouble-free Operation guaranteed.
To support the foundation, the stack top edge associated blowing nozzles may be provided. Out the stacking table can also be used for the same reason be provided with a vibrator.
To ensure the desired stacking accuracy it is sufficient if the stacking table of the boom at least one side stop and one front stop assigned. These can simply be called on the stack table-mounted stops should be formed. To Er It is possible to achieve the greatest possible stack height but be advantageous to the attacks over the to arrange the lowerable stacking table stationary, preferred as a vibrator provided with a shock form.
Another, particularly preferred measure can consist in that the investor raises as with a baren stacking table, the one of the singling is formed over the unit-forming suction head, see ner, preferably operable as a single sheet feeder Flat pile feeder is formed, the output side a transport roller interacting with clock rollers having. The use of a flat pile feeder he allows the original stack to be inserted, as it comes out of the printing press and results there with a particularly efficient way of working. The out transport roller arranged on the aisle side can close together with the assigned clock roles as an accelerator act aggre
The conveyor line can expediently be a multi-part Have band stretch. This makes it possible part of this belt section as a swiveling maku educate maturity switch, which is another quality improvement possible.
Further advantageous configurations and expedient Training of the higher-level measures result itself from the remaining subclaims and the standing description of some, in the drawing illustrated embodiments.

The stacking device on which FIG. 1 is based consists of a sheet feeder 1 , a sheet delivery 2 to be arranged in a line here and a distance 3 between the sheet feeder 1 and sheet delivery 2 via a bridging transport path 3 . The sheet feeder 1 is designed as a flat pile feeder which has a stacking table 4 which can be lifted and lowered on a lifting mechanism, on which a flat pile 5 , as it comes from a printing press, can be received. The loading of the stacking table 4 with a flat stack 5 can be carried out simply using a lift truck or the like. The stacking table 4 is overlapped by a suction head 6 , which is provided with a suction cup 7 and a suction cup 8 . The suction cups 7 lift the top sheet of the stack 5 and pass it to the suction cups 8 , which advance it so far that it comes into engagement with a device 9 arranged on the output side.
Here it consists of a transport roller 10 and hereby intermittently engageable clock rollers 11 . In order to form a sequence of non-overlapping single sheets at the exit of the feeder, ie to operate the sheet feeder 1 as a single sheet feeder and not as a scale feeder, the pull-off device 9 is formed here as an acceleration device. For this purpose, the transport roller 10 is driven forth ho speed such that a is in each case already has full transported away before expiring sheet before the suction head 6 approaches the next sheet into engagement with the trigger device. The rate of transport of the transport roller 10 is accordingly so tuned to the clock of the suction head 6 from that at each operating cycle of the suction head 6 least the format length of processed sheets can be promoted. The transport roller 10 is accordingly designed as a high-speed roller compared to the comparable roller of a scale feeder. The clock rollers 11 are formed as non-driven, freely rotatable rollers mounted on a swivel lever, which can be set or lifted from the transport roller 10 by actuating the associated swivel lever.
The trigger device 9 practically forms the entrance of the transport path 3 . This is formed here as a two-part belt section with two successive, separate sections 12 , 13 . These can each contain a belt table and conveyor belts guided over these, which roll over the rear and front deflection rollers and interact with pressure rollers. The belts of the belt section sections 12 , 13 are driven at the speed of the transport roller 10 . It would therefore also be conceivable to integrate the take-off unit 9 into the belt section and, for example, to use it as the rear deflection roller of the rear belt section section 12 . The rear belt section 12 is formed out in the embodiment shown as waste paper. 1 For this purpose, the rear belt conveyor section 12 as shown in Fig. Attached with dash-dotted lines indicated is known from alignment with the transport plane of prede ren belt conveyor portion 13 position so swiveled that the then transported Bö not gen passed to the front belt conveyor section 13, but in one below this arranged waste container 14 can be thrown. The start-up waste or the like present within a stack is usually identified by the above flags. As soon as one of the flags has reached the top of the stack, the waste switch is activated. This can be done manually or automatically by scanning the search.
The front, stationary belt section 13 runs into the boom 2 . This contains a stack table 15 which can be lifted and lowered on a lifting mechanism and which is lowered in operation in the opposite direction to the stacking table 4 of the feeder 1 . The stacking table 15 is not aligned horizontally here, but has a two-dimensional lintel. For this purpose, the sta peltisch 15 , as shown in FIGS . 1 and 2, bezüg Lich a transverse to the conveying axis pivoted so that its front area is deeper than its rear area. In addition, the stack table 15 , as shown in FIG. 3, is also pivoted here in the same manner with respect to an axis running in the transport direction, so that its one side edge, in FIG. 3 the left side edge, lies deeper than the opposite side edge. To guide the with two-dimensional lintel th stacking table 15 guide rods 16 are easily seen, which are shown in FIGS . 1 to 3 vividly, are inclined relative to the vertical in the conveying direction and transversely thereto. On the guide rods 16 can be added to each other in accordance with the desired inclinations of the stacking table 15 offset with which the stacking table 15 be fastened. The gradient of the stacking table 15 in the transport direction can approximately correspond to the gradient of the transport route 3 , so that there is no significant deflection of the sheets. A similar inclination angle can be provided transversely to this.
The two-dimensional fall of the stacking table 15 , that is, the arrangement of the stacking table 15 with a slope to its front edge and to one of its side edges, causes the sheets that have been cast onto the stacking table 15 as a result of the inertial and acceleration forces acting on them to the deepest corner of the stack drift peltischs 15 . These sheets can accordingly speaking by the lowered leading edge and from the lowered side edge of the stacking table 15 assigned stacking stops 17 and 18 are reliably aligned, so that on the stacking table 15 a new stack 19 is formed with exact flanks, the bottom sheet of which is the top sheet corresponds to the original stack 5 and vice versa. So there is a complete stacking.
To form the stacking stops 17 , 18 , which are arranged at the front in the downward direction, it is easy, as shown in FIG. 1, to use stop strips which are placed on the stacking table 15 and can be moved together with the stacking table 15 . To improve the trifting, the stacking table 15 can be provided with a vibrator 21 . The height of the new stack 19 is, however, limited by the height of the stops connected to the stacking table 15 . To such a limitation to the vermei it is readily possible, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, provide the arranged perpendicular to the surface of the stacking table 15 stops detached from Sta peltisch 15 and take on alternate Auslegerge. The stacking table 15 accordingly functions here as a lowerable floor of a shaft with walls that are stationary.
These compared to the lowerable stacking table 15 sta tional stops can be designed as fixed stops in the form of bars fixed to the cantilever frame or the like. In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, on the other hand, the stop in the transport direction is designed as a bumper 20 , which interacts with a vibrator 23 . In the region of the flank side flanks, as shown in FIG. 3, similar bumpers are provided. In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, two opposing side pushers 22 are provided, each of which is assigned a vibrator 23 . However, it would also be readily possible to provide only such a side pusher and / or to provide on the opposite side a rigid stack stop formed by a fixed strip. This is conveniently located on the lower side of the stacking table 15 . To support the trifting, as shown in FIG. 2, a blowing nozzle arrangement 24 following the front end of the front belt section 13 entering the boom 2 is provided, which is aligned with the top edge of the stack. With this, the sheets thrown onto the stack 19 can be blown, whereby these sheets float on an air cushion, which facilitates their movement towards the lower stacking corner.
If a previously up to a printing press or suitable sheet feeder, which generates a shed stream, device is to be integrated in a Umstapelvorrich invention, a descaling of the shed stream is required to accomplish a single sheet sequence. For this purpose, as shown in FIG. 4, an acceleration unit 26 is arranged downstream of a section 25 that receives the stream of shingles of the conveyor line connecting the feeder to the boom, which cooperates with the section 27 of the conveyor line leading to the boom 2 . The acceleration unit 26 can be designed as a pre-gripper unit. In Fig. 4, the acceleration unit consists of a drum 29 provided with grippers 28 , which can be assigned a front mark 30 arranged at the front end of the conveyor section 25 , on which the successive sheets start up in a manner known per se. The gripper 28 , which can be formed as a so-called pre-gripper, go past the mark 30 before in the dashed closed position, whereby the start mark 30 started Bo entrained and accelerated to the circumferential speed of the drum 29 , which around is so much greater than the speed of the rear conveyor section 25 that the stream of shingles is completely pulled apart. The sheets starting at the front mark 30 can also be aligned laterally here. Here too, a side pull mark indicated at 31 can be seen. To form the conveyor section 25 with the front mark 30 and side drawing mark 31 can accordingly use the feed table usually subordinate to the aforementioned scale feeder. The front conveyor section 27 is designed as a gripper chain, the gripper 32 take over the successive sheets from the grippers 28 of the drum 29 and throw table 15 above the boom side. The section 27 forming Grei ferkette is accordingly out in the area above half of the stacking table 15 .
