Description

Streckvorrichtung zur Behebung von Sehnenverkürzungen. Bei Knochenbrüchen in den Armen oder Beinen, ferner bei Gelenkauskugelun.gen und anderen Arm- oder Beinverletzungen, wird sich als Nachfolgeerscheinung wohl meistens eine Sehnenverkürzung einstellen, die durch das wochenlange Lagern des Gliedes in Gips-oder anderen Verbänden hervorgerufen wird. Diesen Sehnenverkürzungen vorzubeugen oder auch dieselben zu beseitigen, ist der nachstehend beschriebene Apparat erfunden. Das Wesen dieses neuen Apparates besteht darin, daß an die beiden mit den Gliedmanschetten fest verbundenen, mittels Scharnier o. dgl. aneinandergelenkten Schienen o. -dgl. zwei winkelförmig nach der Innenseite der Gliederkrümmung ausladende Winkelbügel fest angeschlossen sind, zwischen denen eine die Gliederstreckung anstrebende Spreizfeder angeordnet ist, welche zweckmäßig mit ihrem einen Ende auf dem einen Winkelbügel festsitzt und mit dem anderen Ende gegen eine am anderen Winkelbügel angeordnete Spannbüchse o. dgl. für eine Stelkspindel anliegt. Diese Stehspindel isst zweckmäßig mittels Drehbolzen durch die Enden der Winkelbügel geführt. Sie besitzt an einem Ende einen. knopfartigen Anschlag für den einen Winkelbügel und ist mit dem anderen Ende durch eine gegen den anderen Winkelbügel anliegende Spannbüchse gesteckt, vermöge welcher die Spreizwirkung der Feder je nach ihrer Einstellung begrenzt werden kann.Stretching device for eliminating shortened tendons. Streckvorrichtung zur Behebung von Sehnenverkürzungen o. dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die beiden mit den Gliedmanschetten festverbundenen, mittels Scharnier o. dgl. aneinandergelenkten Schienen (d) o. @dgl. zwei winkelförmig nach der Innenseite der Gliederkrümmung ausladende Winkelbügel (g, h) fest angeschlossen sind, zwischen denen eine die Gliederstreckung anstrebende Spreizfeder (k) angeordnet ist, welche zweckmäßig mit ihrem einen Ende auf dem einen Winkelbügel (1z.) festsitzt und mit dem anderen Ende gegen eine am anderen Winkelbügel (g) angeordnete Spannbüchse (q) o. dgl. für eine Stellspindel (m) anliegt.
