Abstract

Flüssigkristall-Anzeigevorrichtung mit wenigstens ei­ ner Flüssigkristallanzeigezelle, die eine rechteckige glasartige Frontplatte und eine rechteckige glasartige Rückplatte aufweist, zwischen welchen sich eine Flüssig­ kristallschicht befindet und deren Rückplatte kleiner ist als die Frontplatte derart, daß auf der rückseitigen Flä­ che der Frontplatte befindliche und aus der Flüssigkri­ stallzelle herausgeführte Leiterbahnen von der Rückseite her kontaktierbar sind und mit wenigstens einer Leiter­ platte, die mit den herausgeführten Leiterbahnen der Frontplatte kontaktierbare Kontaktteile aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Rückplatte (1) am Umfang Ausneh­ mungen (2) aufweist, daß die Leiterplatte (11) senkrecht zu der Plattenebene der Flüssigkristall-Zelle angeord­ net ist und wenigstens an einer Kante in der Ebene der Leiterplatte Kontaktteile bildende Kontaktfortsätze (12) aufweist und daß die Leiterplatte (11) derart an der Flüs­ sigkristallzelle befestigt ist, daß die Kontaktfortsätze (12) durch die Ausnehmungen (2) der Rückplatte hindurch­ greifen und mit den Leiterbahnen (3) auf der Frontplatte (3) elektrisch kontaktierend verbunden sind.1.
