Das Futtergestrick 11 besteht vorteilhafterweise aus einem elastomeren Material, z. B. Polyamid. In Fig. 3 ist die nach dem System "ICEROSS" bekannte und über dem Stumpf 12 des Patienten gerollte Silikon-Hülse 8 dargestellt, wobei mittels der an der Befestigungskupplung 7 integrierten Nylonschnur 13 der Prothesenschaft 14 befestigt wird.
