Die Herstellung dieses doppelwandigen Gestricks erfolgt nach Fig. 2 derart, daß nach dem Stricken des Deckgestricks 10 und des Futtergestricks 11 sowie dem nachfolgenden Verdrehen um 270° (in Richtung des Pfeiles A) im Bereich des Überganges zwischen den beiden Gestricken 10/11 und anschließenden Umhängen des Futtergestricks 11 an den Spitzenanfang 9 (in Richtung der Pfeile B), der Spitzenabschluß 5 mit der Öffnung 6 gebildet wird. Das Futtergestrick 11 besteht vorteilhafterweise aus einem elastomeren Material, z. B. Polyamid. In Fig. 3 ist die nach dem System "ICEROSS" bekannte und über dem Stumpf 12 des Patienten gerollte Silikon-Hülse 8 dargestellt, wobei mittels der an der Befestigungskupplung 7 integrierten Nylonschnur 13 der Prothesenschaft 14 befestigt wird. Die Silikon-Hülse 8 wird vom Stumpfstrumpf 1 bedeckt, welcher die Durchführung der Befestigungskupplung 7 mit Nylonschnur 13 (bzw. beim System "3S" des Verbindungsstiftes) gestattet und dabei der er­ findungsgemäße Stumpfstrumpf 1 immer unter einer Vorspannung, die sich aus der Verdrehung im Bereich zwischen Deckgestrick 10 und Futtergestrick 11 ergibt und in Verbindung mit dem elastomeren Material des Futtergestricks 11 weiterhin verstärkt wird, sich mit seiner am Spitzenabschluß vorgesehe­ nen Öffnung den Maßverhältnissen im Abschnitt um die Befestigungskupplung 7 selbständig anpaßt.In Fig. 1, the stump stocking 1 according to the invention, knitted from a cotton-clad Lycra, consisting of a tubular shaft 2 and a tip 3 is shown. Claims (5)

Gestrickter Stumpfstrumpf für Amputierte, im wesentlichen bestehend aus einem schlauchförmigen Schaft und einer Spitze, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitze (3) eine Öffnung (6) aufweist, die von einem maschenfe­ sten und maschinentechnisch durch Rundstricken geschlossenen Spitzenab­ schluß (5) gebildet wird.1.
