Description
- Technisches Gebiet
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen und photohärtbare Zusammensetzungen, welche die Verbindungen enthalten. In mehr Einzelheit betrifft sie kationisch photohärtbare Zusammensetzungen, die Säuren erzeugen und in kurzer Zeit härten, wenn sie mit aktinischen Energiestrahlen, wie Licht, Elektronenstrahlen und Röntgenstrahlen, bestrahlt werden. Die gehärteten Produkte der Zusammensetzungen weisen ausgezeichnete physikalische Eigenschaften auf, so dass die Zusammensetzungen vorzugsweise in Anstrichmitteln, Klebstoffen, Photoresists, Druckfarben, Silicium-Freisetzungsmitteln und dergleichen verwendet werden.
- Stand der Technik
- Die japanischen Patentoffenlegungsschriften Nr.
Sho 50-151996 60-47029 - Im Allgemeinen sind Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen mit Problemen wie geringer Löslichkeit in Monomeren und hoher Toxizität behaftet.
- Es ist bekannt, dass die Photohärtungseigenschaften von Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen außerordentlich verringert werden, wenn die Gegenanionen der Verbindungen andere als Hexafluoroantimonat oder Tetraperfluorphenylborat sind, wie Hexafluorophosphat oder Tetrafluoroborat. Deshalb sind Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen, welche diese Gegenionen aufweisen, nicht geeignet, um klare Zusammensetzungen oder Zusammensetzungen, die Pigmente enthalten, durch Licht zu härten. Sensibilisatoren, die für sie wirksam sind, sind bis jetzt auch noch nicht gefunden worden.
- Die
US-A-5,079,378 offenbart Diaryliodonium-Initiatoren für die kationische Polymerisation, welche verbesserte Löslichkeitseigenschaften aufweisen. - Offenbarung der Erfindung
- Es ist ein Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Iodoniumsalz-Verbindung bereitzustellen, die wenig gefärbt ist, leicht mit hoher Ausbeute synthetisiert werden kann, eine Säure aufgrund einer hohen Empfindlichkeit für Bestrahlung mit aktinischen Energiestrahlen, wie Licht, Elektronenstrahlen oder Röntgenstrahlen, erzeugt, in Monomeren hoch löslich ist und weniger toxisch ist. Es ist auch ein Ziel, eine photohärtbare Zusammensetzung bereitzustellen, die in kurzer Zeit härten kann, selbst wenn das Gegenion Hexafluorophosphat, Tetrafluoroborat oder dergleichen ist, unabhängig davon, ob sie klar oder pigmentiert ist, und die einen gehärteten Gegenstand mit ausgezeichneten Eigenschaften erzeugt. Insbesondere ist es ein Ziel, eine Verbindung bereitzustellen, die viel weniger toxisch ist, wie eine negative Mutagenität, als bekannte Verbindungen.
- Mit anderen Worten betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung eine Verbindung, die durch die nachstehend gezeigte Formel [I] dargestellt wird, und bevorzugter eine Iodoniumsalz-Verbindung, die durch die Formel [II] dargestellt wird. worin R1 geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffen ist;
R2 geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffen ist;
m eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 4 ist und Gruppen R2 jeweils verschieden sein können, wenn m für 2 oder größer steht;
R3 geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffen ist;
n für 0 oder eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 4 steht und Gruppen R3 jeweils verschieden sein können, wenn n für 2 oder größer steht;
Y durch die oben gezeigte Formel dargestellt wird, q eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 5 ist und Ys jeweils verschieden sein können, wenn q für 2 oder größer steht;
R4 und R5 jeweils unabhängig Wasserstoff, geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffen, Phenyl oder Aralkyl sind;

X ein nicht-nukleophiler anionischer Rest ist. - Diese Erfindung betrifft auch Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen, deren nicht-nukleophiler anionischer Rest entweder SbF6, AsF6, PF6, BF4 oder (F5C6)4B ist.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft auch einen Photosäure-Erzeuger und einen Photopolymerisationsinitiator, die beide mindestens eine der Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen enthalten.
- Weiter betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung eine photohärtbare Zusammensetzung, die mindestens eine der Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen und kationisch polymerisierbare Verbindungen enthält, eine photohärtbare Zusammensetzung, die mindestens eine der Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen, kationisch polymerisierbare Verbindungen und Sensibilisatoren enthält, eine photohärtbare Zusammensetzung, die weiter Pigmente und radikalisch polymerisierbare Verbindungen zusätzlich zu mindestens einer der Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen, kationisch polymerisierbaren Verbindungen und Sensibilisatoren enthält.
- Tatsächliche Beispiele für die geradkettigen oder verzweigten Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffen von R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R11, R12 und R13 der Formeln [I] und [II] schließen Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl, Isopropyl, n-Butyl, Isobutyl, sek-Butyl, t-Butyl, n-Pentyl, Isopentyl, sek-Pentyl, t-Pentyl, Neopentyl, n-Hexyl und Isohexyl ein.
- Beispiele für die Aralkylgruppen von R4 und R5 schließen Benzyl und Phenethyl ein.
- R6 und R7 sind Alkylgruppen mit bis zu 12 Kohlenstoffen, wie Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl, Isopropyl, n-Butyl, Isobutyl, sek-Butyl, t-Butyl, n-Pentyl, Isopentyl, sek-Pentyl, t-Pentyl, Neopentyl, n-Hexyl, Isohexyl, Heptyl oder Octyl; oder gegebenenfalls substituiertes Phenyl oder gegebenenfalls substituiertes Aralkyl, wie Benzyl oder Phenethyl. Beispiele für deren Substituenten schließen Halogen, wie Chlor, Brom und Fluor, Alkylgruppen mit Etherbindungen und Hydroxyl ein.
- X ist ein nicht-nukleophiler anionischer Rest und ist vorzugsweise SbF6, AsF6, PF6, BF4, (F5C6)4B.
- Repräsentative Beispiele für die Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen der vorliegenden Erfindung sind im Folgenden gezeigt. X in den Formeln stellt einen nicht-nukleophilen anionischen Rest, wie SbF6, AsF6, PF6, BF4 oder (F5C6)4B dar.
- Die Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen der Formel [I] der vorliegenden Erfindung können gemäß der Reaktionsgleichung A oder B (worin M ein Alkalimetall ist), die im Folgenden gezeigt sind, hergestellt werden. Die Umsetzung der Verbindungen [a] und [b] mit einem Schwefelsäure-Katalysator wird in organischen Lösungsmitteln, wie Essigsäure und Acetanhydrid, falls erforderlich, bei –20°C bis Raumtemperatur über eine Stunde bis zu mehreren 10 Stunden durchgeführt. Nach Beendigung der Reaktion wird Wasser unter Rühren zu der Reaktionslösung gegeben. Die Verbindung [c] wird durch Filtration abgetrennt, falls sie abgeschieden ist, oder mit organischen Lösungsmitteln extrahiert. Eine Salz-Austauschreaktion der erhaltenen Verbindung [c] ergibt die Ziel-Verbindung [d].
- Die Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen der vorliegenden Erfindung können als Photosäure-Erzeuger und auch als Photopolymerisationsinitiatoren verwendet werden, um kationisch polymerisierbare Verbindungen durch Bestrahlung mit aktivischen Energiestrahlen, wie Licht, Elektronenstrahlen oder Röntgenstrahlen, zu härten. Beispiele für verwendete Lichtquellen umfassen Niederdruck-Quecksilberlampen, Mitteldruck-Quecksilberlampen, Hochdruck-Quecksilberlampen, Ultrahochdruck-Quecksilberlampen, Metallhalogenidlampen, Xenonlampen und Reinkohlenbogenlampen. Die Verbindungen können leicht durch Laserlicht, wie Halbleiterlaser, Argonlaser oder He-Cd-Laser, oder ionisierende Strahlung, wie α-Strahlen, β-Strahlen, γ-Strahlen, Neutronenstrahlen, Röntgenstrahlen oder beschleunigte Elektronenstrahlen, gehärtet werden. Außerdem kann eine Iodoniumsalz-Verbindung, die zusammen mit einem Sensibilisator verwendet wird, eine kationisch polymerisierbare Verbindung in kürzerer Zeit als ohne Sensibilisator härten.
- Alle kationisch polymerisierbaren Monomere, Oligomere und Polymere, unabhängig von ihren Arten, können als kationisch polymerisierbare Verbindungen in der vorliegenden Erfindung eingesetzt werden. Beispiele dafür schließen Epoxy-Verbindungen vom Glycidylether-Typ, alicyclische Epoxy-Verbindungen, Oxiran-Verbindungen, wie Oxetan-Verbindungen, und Vinylether-Verbindungen ein.
- Kationisch polymerisierbare Zusammensetzungen, die in der vorliegenden Erfindung verwendet werden, werden im Folgenden in mehr Einzelheit beschrieben.
- (a) Beispiele für Vinyl-Verbindungen umfassen Styrol-Verbindungen, wie Styrol, α-Methylstyrol, p-Methoxystyrol und p-t-Butoxystyrol; Alkylvinylether-Verbindungen, wie Methylvinylether, n-Butylvinylether, Ethylvinylether, Isobutylvinylether, Cyclohexylvinylether, 2-Chlorethylvinylether, 2-Phenoxyethylvinylether, 2-Hydroxyethylvinylether, 4-Hydroxybutylvinylether, Stearylvinylether und 2-Acetoxyethylvinylether; Alkenylvinylether-Verbindungen, wie Allylvinylether, 2-Methacryloyloxyethylvinylether und 2-Acryloyloxyethylvinylether; Arylvinylether-Verbindungen, wie Phenylvinylether und p-Methoxyphenylvinylether; kationisch polymerisierbare Verbindungen, die Stickstoff enthalten, wie N-Vinylcarbazol und N-Vinylpyrrolidon, und multifunktionelle Vinyl-Verbindungen, wie Butandioldivinylether, Triethylenglycol divinylether, Cyclohexandioldivinylether, 1,4-Benzoldimethanoldivinylether, Hydrochinondivinylether und Sazolcinoldivinylether.

- (d) Beispiele für Spiroorthocarbonat-Verbindungen umfassen 1,5,7,11-Tetraoxaspiro[5.5]undecan, 3,9-Dibenzyl-1,5,7,11-tetraoxaspiro[5.5]undecan, 1,4,6-Trioxaspiro[4.4]nonan, 2-Methyl-1,4,6-trioxaspiro[4.4]nonan und 1,4,6-Trioxaspiro[4.5]decan.
- (e) Beispiele für Oxetan-Verbindungen umfassen 3,3-Dimethyloxetan, 3,3-Bis(chlormethyl)oxetan, 2-Hydroxymethyloxetan, 3-Methyl-3-oxetanmethanol, 3-Methyl-3-methoxymethyloxetan, 3-Ethyl-3-phenoxymethyloxetan, Resorcinolbis(3-methyl-3-oxetanylethyl)ether und m-Xylylenbis(3-ethyl-3-oxetanylethylether).
- Diese Verbindungen können allein oder als Mischungen von zwei oder mehr verwendet werden.
- Alle Verbindungen, welche die Photoreaktionen der Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen beschleunigen, können als Sensibilisatoren in der vorliegenden Erfindung verwendet werden. Beispielsweise können bekannten Sensibilisatoren, die Farbmaterial einschließen, wie Acridinorange und Acridingelb, und Cumarin-Verbindungen, wie Benzoflavin, die in Journal of Polymer Science: Polymer Chemistry Edition, Band 16, 2441 (1978) beschrieben sind, und Redox-Verbindungen kombiniert mit Photoradikal-Erzeugern verwendet werden. Es wird bevorzugt, beispielsweise 9,10-Dialkoxyanthracen-Derivate, wie 2-Ethyl-2,10-dimethoxyanthracen; Phenanthren-Derivate, wie 9,10-Dimethoxyphenanthren; Thioxanthon-Derivate, wie 2,4-Diethylthioxanthon; Carbazol-Derivate, wie N-Ethylcarbazol; und Naphthalin-Derivate, wie 1-Naphthol und 2-Methoxynaphthalin, zu verwenden.
- Zusätzlich zu den obigen können Thioxanthone und eine große Vielfalt von Farbstoff-Derivaten eingesetzt werden, die allgemein als Sensibilisatoren für Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen bekannt sind.
- Ein Compoundierungsverhältnis einer Iodoniumsalz-Verbindung der Formel [I] oder [II] mit einer kationisch polymerisierbaren Verbindung kann 0,01 bis 20 Teile (bezüglich Gewicht, nachstehend das gleiche), vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 10 Teile des Erstgenannten zu 100 Teilen der Letztgenannten betragen. Wenn die Iodoniumsalz-Verbindung in einer geringeren Menge verwendet wird, wird die kationisch polymerisierbare Verbindung weniger härtbar. Eine überschüssige Menge hat verringerte Eigenschaften des gehärteten Produkts zur Folge.
- Ein Compoundierungsverhältnis eines oben erwähnten Sensibilisators zu einer kationisch polymerisierbaren Verbindung kann 0,001 bis 10 Teile, bevorzugt 0,01 bis 5 Teile des Erstgenannten zu 100 Teile der Letztgenannten betragen. Wenn der Sensibilisator in einer geringeren Menge verwendet wird, ist die Photoreaktivität einer Iodoniumsalz-Verbindung, die als Photopolymerisationsinitiator verwendet wird, verringert. Eine überschüssige Menge hat verringerte Eigenschaften des gehärteten Produkts zur Folge. Jedoch können Sensibilisatoren mit kationisch polymerisierbaren Gruppen, wie Epoxy- und Vinylethergruppen, in willkürlichen Verhältnissen compoundiert werden.
- Photohärtbare Zusammensetzungen der Erfindung weisen, wenn sie Pigmente enthalten, Anwendungen bei Druckfarben und Photoresists auf. Beispiele für Pigmente, die in der vorliegenden Erfindung verwendet werden, umfassen schwarze Pigmente, wie Ruß, Acetylenschwarz, Lampenschwarz, und Anilinschwarz; gelbe Pigmente, wie Chromgelb, Zinkgelb, Cadmiumgelb, gelbes Eisenoxid, Mineralechtgelb, Nickeltitangelb, Neapelgelb, Naphtolgelb S, Hansagelb G, Hansgelb 10G, Benzidingelb G, Benzidingelb GR, Chinolingelb-Pigmentfarbe, Permanentgelb NCG und Tartrazin-Pigmentfarbe; orange Pigmente, wie rotes Chromgelb, Molybdänorange, Permanentorange GTR, Pyrazolonorange, Balcanorange, Indanthren-Brilliantorange RK, Benzidinorange G und Indanthren-Brilliantorange GK; rote Pigmente, wie Eisenoxidrot, Cadmiumrot, Bleirot, Cadmiumquecksilbersulfat, Permanentrot 4R, Litholrot, Pyrazolonrot, Küpenrot-Calciumsalz, Pigmentfarbe Rot D, Brilliantkarmin 6B, Eosin-Pigmentfarbe, Rhodamin-Pigmentfarbe B, Alizarin-Pigmentfarbe und Brilliantkarmin 3B; violette Pigmente, wie Manganviolett, Echtviolett B und Methylviolett-Pigmentfarbe; blaue Pigmente, wie Berliner Blau, Cobaltblau, Alkaliblau-Pigmentfarbe, Victoriablau-Pigmentfarbe, Phthalocyaninblau, nicht-metallisches Phthalocyalinblau, partiell chloriertes Phthalocyalinblau-Produkt, Echthimmelblau und Indanthrenblau BC; grüne Pigmente, wie Chromgrün, Chromoxid, Pigment Grün B, Malachitgrün-Pigmentfarbe und Endgelbgrün G; weiße Pigmente, wie Zinkweiß, Titandioxid, Antimonweiß und Zinksulfat; und Füllstoffe, wie Bariumoxid-Pulver, Bariumcarbonat, Ton, Siliciumdioxid, Quarzpulver, Talk und Aluminiumoxidweiß.
- Um die physikalischen Eigenschaften, die Härtbarkeit und andere Eigenschaften der gehärteten Produkte der härtbaren Zusammensetzungen in der vorliegenden Erfindung zu steuern, können radikalisch polymerisierbare Verbindungen verwendet werden. Alle radikalisch polymerisierbaren Monomere, Oligomere und Polymere, unabhängig von ihren Arten, können als radikalisch polymerisierbare Verbindungen in der vorliegenden Erfindung verwendet werden. Ungesättigte Esterverbindungen sind besonders bevorzugt. Beispiele für radikalisch polymerisierbare Monomere umfassen monofunktionelle und multifunktionelle Acrylat- und Methacrylat-Monomere; radikalisch polymerisierbare Oligomere umfassen Epoxyacrylat, Epoxymethacrylat, Polyesteracrylat, Polyestermethacrylat, Polyetheracrylat, Polyethermethacrylat, Polyurethanacrylat, Polyurethanmethacrylat, Polylbutadienacrylat und Polybutadienmethacrylat; und radikalisch polymerisierbare Polymere umfassen Acrylate, Methacrylate und ungesättigte Polyester, wie Polyester, Polybutadiene, Polyether, Urethane und Epoxy-Verbindungen.
- Beispiele für radikalisch polymerisierbare reaktive Verdünnungsmittel umfassen Acrylsäure und Acrylat-Monomere, wie Ethylacrylat, Methacrylsäure und Methacrylat-Monomere, wie Methylmethacrylat, und Styrol.
- Beste Weise zur Durchführung der Erfindung
- Die vorliegende Erfindung wird in mehr Einzelheiten mit Bezug auf Beispiele beschrieben, ist aber nicht auf diese Beispiele beschränkt.
- Beispiel 1

- 5,8 g Phenoxyessigsäure, 13,8 g Iodmesitylendiacetat, 190 g Essigsäure und 17,6 g Acetanhydrid wurden bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Nachdem das Iodmesitylendiacetat gelöst war, wurden 3,7 g Schwefelsäure bei 15°C dazugetropft. Die resultierende Lösung wurde 3 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur gerührt und über Nacht stehen gelassen. Eine wässrige Lösung von 7,0 g Kaliumhexafluorophosphat, gelöst in 50 g reinem Wasser, wurde unter Rühren und Eiskühlung in die Lösung getropft. Die rohe Reaktionslösung wurde in 1 l Wasser gegossen. Das abgeschiedene Produkt wurde durch Filtration abgetrennt, mit Wasser gewaschen und bei 40°C unter verringertem Druck getrocknet, was 15,0 g weißes Pulver ergab. Es wurde mittels NMR identifiziert.

- 2,9 g Cyclohexylphenoxyacetat, 4,0 g Iodmesitylendiacetat, 36,0 g Essigsäure und 9,0 g Acetanhydrid wurden bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Nachdem das Iodmesitylendiacetat gelöst war, wurden 1,2 g Schwefelsäure bei 15°C dazugetropft. Die resultierende Lösung wurde 3 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur gerührt und über Nacht stehen gelassen. Eine wässrige Lösung von 2,1 g Kaliumhexafluorophosphat, gelöst in 200 g reinem Wasser, wurde unter Rühren und Eiskühlung in die Lösung getropft. Die rohe Reaktionslösung wurde in 500 ml Wasser gegossen, mit Ethylacetat extrahiert, mit Wasser gewaschen und bei 40°C unter verringertem Druck getrocknet, was 3,7 g eines rötlichbraunen Öls ergab. Es wurde mittels NMR identifiziert.

- [Synthese von 4-Carboxymethoxyphenyl-2',5'-dimethylphenyliodoniumhexafluorophosphat]
- 2,6 g Phenoxyessigsäure, 6,0 g Iod-p-xyloldiacetat, 45,0 g Essigsäure und 10,0 g Acetanhydrid wurden bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Nachdem das Iod-p-xyloldiacetat gelöst war, wurden 1,8 g Schwefelsäure bei 15°C dazugetropft. Die resultierende Lösung wurde 3 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur gerührt und über Nacht stehen gelassen. Eine wässrige Lösung von 3,2 g Kaliumhexafluorophosphat, gelöst in 300 g reinem Wasser, wurde unter Rühren und Eiskühlung in die Lösung getropft. Die rohe Reaktionslösung wurde in 1 l Wasser gegossen. Das abgeschiedene Produkt wurde durch Filtration abgetrennt, mit Wasser gewaschen und bei 40°C unter verringertem Druck getrocknet, was 5,6 g weißes Pulver ergab. Es wurde mittels NMR identifiziert.

- Beispiel 10
- [Synthese von 4-Carboxymethoxyphenyl-2',3',5',6'-tetramethylphenyliodoniumhexafluorophosphat]
- 2,4 g Phenoxyessigsäure, 6,0 g Iodduroldiacetat, 45,0 g Essigsäure und 10,0 g Acetanhydrid wurden bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Nachdem das Iodduroldiacetat gelöst war, wurden 1,7 g Schwefelsäure bei 15°C dazugetropft. Die resultierende Lösung wurde 3 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur gerührt und über Nacht stehen gelassen. Eine wässrige Lösung von 2,9 g Kaliumhexafluorophosphat, gelöst in 250 g reinem Wasser, wurde unter Rühren und Eiskühlung in die Lösung getropft. Die rohe Reaktionslösung wurde in 1 l Wasser gegossen. Das abgeschiedene Produkt wurde durch Filtration abgetrennt, mit Wasser gewaschen und bei 40°C unter verringertem Druck getrocknet, was 6,0 g weißes Pulver ergab. Es wurde mittels NMR identifiziert.

- Beispiel 11
- Ein Teil einer Iodoniumsalz-Verbindung wurde mit UVR-6110 (alicyclische Epoxy-Verbindung, hergestellt von UCC Co., Ltd.) und, falls erforderlich, einem Sensibilisator compoundiert. Das resultierende Produkt wurde mit einer Hochdruck-Quecksilberlampe (80 W) der Förderband-Art bestrahlt. Die maximale Härtungsgeschwindigkeit wurde gemessen. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 1 gezeigt.
- Beispiel 12
- 100 Teile UVR-6110 (alicyclische Epoxy-Verbindung, hergestellt von UCC Co., Ltd.), 100 Teile Titandioxid, 2 Teile einer Iodoniumsalz-Verbindung und ein Teil eines Sensibilisators wurden gemischt und durch 3 Walzen geknetet. Das resultierende Produkt wurde mit einer Gallium-dotierten Metallhalogenidlampe (160 W) der Förderband-Art bestrahlt. Die maximale Härtungsgeschwindigkeit wurde gemessen. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 1 gezeigt. Tabelle 1

- (3) N-Ethylcarbazol
- (4) 2,4-Dimethylthioxanthon
- (5) 2-Ethyl-9,10-dimethoxyanthracen
- Wie aus Tabelle 1 ersichtlich ist, härteten die photohärtbaren Zusammensetzungen der vorliegenden Erfindung, insbesondere diejenigen, die mit Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen und Sensibilisatoren hergestellt wurden, in kurzer Zeit mittels UV-Bestrahlung. Es wurde so gefunden, dass photohärtbare Zusammensetzungen mit ausgezeichneten physikalischen Eigenschaften erhalten werden konnten.
- Die in den obigen Beispielen beschriebenen Verbindungen sind in Mutagenitäts-Tests negativ. Es wurde bestätigt, dass die photohärtbaren Zusammensetzungen der vorliegenden Erfindung weniger toxisch sind.
- Industrielle Verfügbarkeit:
- Die Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen der vorliegenden Erfindung sind farblose Festkörper, die leicht mit hohen Ausbeuten synthetisiert werden können und viel weniger toxisch sind als bekannte Verbindungen. Sie wirken auch als ausgezeichnete Photosäure-Erzeuger. Insbesondere wenn sie zusammen mit Sensibilisatoren verwendet werden, sind die Verbindungen sehr photoreaktiv, unabhängig davon, ob sie klar oder pigmentiert sind, und härten kationisch polymerisierbare Verbindungen in kurzer Zeit mittels Bestrahlung mit aktinischen Energiestrahlen, wie Licht, Elektronenstrahlen oder Röntgenstrahlen. Zusätzlich weisen die gehärteten Produkte der Zusammensetzungen ausgezeichnete physikalische Eigenschaften auf, so dass die Zusammensetzungen vorteilhaft in Anstrichmitteln, Klebstoffen, Photoresists, Druckfarben und Silicium-Freisetzungsmitteln verwendet werden können.
Claims (10)
- Iodoniumsalz-Verbindung, dargestellt durch die Formel [I) in der R1 ein geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffen ist; R2 ein geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffen ist; m eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 4 ist und Gruppen R2 jeweils verschieden sein können, wenn m 2 oder größer ist; R3 ein geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffen ist; n für 0 oder eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 4 steht und Gruppen R3 jeweils verschieden sein können, wenn n 2 oder größer ist; Y durch die oben gezeigte Formel dargestellt ist, q eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 5 ist und Ys jeweils verschieden sein können, wenn q 2 oder größer ist; R4 und R5 jeweils unabhängig Wasserstoff, geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffen, Phenyl oder Aralkyl sind; p eine ganze Zahl von 1 oder 2 ist und R4 und R5 jeweils verschieden sein können, wenn p für 2 steht; R6 und R7 jeweils unabhängig Wasserstoff, gegebenenfalls substituiertes geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffen, gegebenen falls substituiertes Phenyl oder gegebenenfalls substituiertes Aralkyl sind; und X ein nicht-nukleophiler anionischer Rest ist.
- Iodoniumsalz-Verbindung, dargestellt durch die Formel [II] nach Anspruch 1 in der R11, R12 und R13 jeweils unabhängig geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffen sind; R3 geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffen ist; n für 0 oder eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 4 steht und Gruppen R3 verschieden sein können, wenn n 2 oder größer ist; Y durch die oben gezeigte Formel dargestellt ist, q eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 5 ist und Ys jeweils verschieden sein können, wenn q 2 oder größer ist; R4 und R5 jeweils unabhängig Wasserstoff, geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffen, Phenyl oder Aralkyl sind; p eine ganze Zahl von 1 oder 2 ist und R4 und R5 jeweils verschieden sein können, wenn p für 2 steht; R6 und R7 jeweils unabhängig Wasserstoff, geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffen, gegebenenfalls substituiertes Phenyl oder gegebenenfalls substituiertes Aralkyl sind; und X ein nicht-nukleophiler anionischer Rest ist.
- Iodoniumsalz-Verbindung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, in der der nukleophile anionische Rest aus SbF6, AsF6, BF6, BF4 oder (F5C6)4B ausgewählt ist.
- Photosäure-Erzeuger, enthaltend mindestens eine der Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3.
- Photopolymerisations-Initiator, enthaltend mindestens eine der Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3.
- Photohärtbare Zusammensetzung, enthaltend mindestens eine der Iodoniumsalz-Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3 und eine kationisch polymerisierbare Verbindung.
- Photohärtbare Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 6, in der die Zusammensetzung weiter einen Sensibilisator umfasst.
- Photohärtbare Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 7, in der der Sensibilisator eine oder zwei oder mehr Verbindungen ist, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt sind, die aus 9,10-Dialkoxyanthracen-Derivaten, Phenanthren-Derivaten, Thioxanthon-Derivaten, Carbazol-Derivaten und Naphthalin-Derivaten besteht.
- Photohärtbare Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, in der die Zusammensetzung weiter Pigmente enthält.
- Photohärtbare Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, in der die Zusammensetzung weiter radikalisch polymerisierbare Verbindungen enthält.
