- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf neue Polyurethanelastomere und ein Verfahren für deren Herstellung.
- Polyurethanelastomere werden durch Reaktion von Diisocyanaten, wie etwa Toluoldiisocyanat (TDI), 1,5-Naphthalindiisocyanat (NDI) oder 4,4'-Diphenylmethandiisocyanat (4,4'-MDI), mit Polyolen mit hohem Molekulargewicht, wie etwa Polyesterpolyole oder Polyetherpolyole, und mit Polyolen mit niedrigem Molekulargewicht oder Polyaminen, wie etwa Ethylenglykol oder Butandioln hergestellt.
- Hauptsächlich verwendete Polyetherpolyole mit hohem Molekulargewicht sind Polytetrahydrofuran oder Polypropylenoxid.
- Die Herstellung von elastomeren Polyurethanen aus Polyetherpolyolen, die geringere Mengen Ethylenoxidgruppen (EO) enthalten, sind ebenso bekannt, wie zum Beispiel aus der EP-A-13487 ersichtlich ist.
- Formulierungen, die große Mengen 4,4'-MDI und Polyetherpolyole mit hohen EO-Gehalten umfassen, wurden schon zur Herstellung von Polyurethan-Weichschäumen verwendet, wie zum Beispiel aus den EP-A-547764, EP-A-547765 und EP-A-549120 ersichtlich ist.

DE 3113690 offenbart geschlossenzellige Polyurethan-Formteile mit einer integralen Haut aus einem Prepolymer, basierend auf einem Diisocyanat und einem linearen Polyester-polyol oder Polytetramethylenether-glykol und aus Wasser und einem Katalysator. Das Polyisocyanat kann aus einer Palette von Diisocyanat ausgewählt werden, wie etwa, u.a., 4,4'-Diphenylmethan-diisocyanat (MDI) und bevorzugt 1,5-Naphtalyn-diisocyanat (NDI). Alle Beispiele beziehen sich auf NDI. Das Material des Beispiels 1 zeigt einen Maximalwert des tan δ von 0,8059.DE 3113690 bezieht sich auf Elastomere, welche geschlossene Zellen aufweisen, integrale Haut und ein geringes Wasseraufnahmevermögen trotz der Tatsache besitzen, dass sie wassergeschäumt sind. - Die Dissertation „Synthese und Charakterisierung von Hartsegment – Modellverbindungen und segmentierten Polyurethan – Elastomeren mit Naphtalin-Hartsegment-Strukturelement" durch G.W. Fertel an der Universität Bayreuth, 1995, bezieht sich auf Elastomere auf der Grundlage von NDI, insbesondere Vulkollan, welches ein Elastomer auf der Grundlage von Polyesterpolyolen ist. Keine der angegebenen Diagramme offenbart ein Elastomer mit einem Maximalwert von tan δ oberhalb 0,8.
- Keines der bekannten Elastomere auf Isocyanatbasis zeigt jedoch ein zufriedenstellendes dynamisches Modulverhalten über einen breiten Temperaturbereich.
- Nun wurde eine neue Klasse von Polyurethanelastomeren gefunden, die ein quasi-perfektes Elastomerverhalten über einen breiten Temperaturbereich zeigen.
- So bezieht sich die Erfindung auf Elastomere auf Polyisocyanatbasis, welche ein Verhältnis des Speichermoduls (E') bei 20°C zu dem Speichermodul (E') bei 120°C zwischen 0,75 und 1,5, einen tan δ bei 100°C von weniger als 0,1 und einem Maximalwert von tan δ von mehr als 1,0 aufweisen, wobei tan δ das Verhältnis des Verlustmoduls (E'') zu dem Speichermodul (E') ist, wobei der Speicher- und Verlustmodul mittels dynamisch-mechanischer Thermoanalyse gemäß ISO/DIS 6721–5 gemessen wird; und auf ein Elastomer auf Isocyanatbasis, welche ein Verhältnis des Speichermodulus (E') bei 20°C zu dem Speichermodulus (E') bei 120°C zwischen 0,75 und 1,5, einen tan δ bei 100°C von weniger als 0,1 und einen Maximalwert des tan δ von mehr als 0,8 und bevorzugt mehr als 1,0 aufweisen, wobei tan δ das Verhältnis des Verlustmoduls (E'') zu dem Speichermodul E' ist, wobei der Speicher- und Verlustmodul mittels dynamisch-mechanischer Thermoanalyse gemäß ISO/DIS 6721–5 gemessen wird, wobei das Elastomer aus einer Reaktionsmischung hergestellt wird, welche eine Polyisocyanatkomponente, eine Polyolzusammensetzung, einen Kettenverlängerer und wahlweise ein Vernetzungsmittel umfasst, wobei die Polyisocyanatkomponente wenigstens 85 Gew.% 4,4'-Diphenylmethandiisocyanat oder eine Variante davon enthält, die Polyolzusammensetzung wenigstens ein Polyoxyalkylenpolyol umfasst, das Oxyethylenreste enthält, wobei die Polyolzusammensetzung eine mittlere nominale Hydroxylfunktionalität von 2 bis 4, ein mittleres Hydroxyläquivalentgewicht von 500 bis 7000 und einen mittleren Oxyethylengehalt zwischen 50 und 85 Gew.% aufweist und der Kettenverlängerer ein mittleres Hydroxyläquivalentgewicht von bis zu 250 besitzt; und auf ein Verfahren für die Herstellung von Elastomeren auf Polyisocyanatbasis, welche ein Verhältnis des Speichermoduls (E') bei 20°C zu dem Speichermodul (E') bei 120°C zwischen 0,75 und 1,5, einen tan δ bei 100°C von weniger als 0,1 und einem Maximalwert von tan δ von mehr als 0,8 aufweisen, wobei tan δ das Verhältnis des Verlustmoduls (E'') zu dem Speichermodul (E') ist, wobei der Speicher- und Verlustmodul mittels dynamischmechanischer Thermoanalyse gemäß ISO/DIS 6721–5 gemessen wird, wobei das Elastomer aus einer Reaktionsmischung hergestellt wird, welche eine Polyisocyanatkomponente, eine Polyolzusammensetzung, einen Kettenverlängerer und wahlweise ein Vernetzungsmittel umfasst, wobei die Polyisocyanatkomponente wenigstens 85 Gew.% 4,4'-Diphenylmethandiisocyanat oder eine Variante davon enthält, die Polyolzusammensetzung wenigstens ein Polyoxyalkylenpolyol umfasst, das Oxyethylenreste enthält, wobei die Polyolzusammensetzung eine mittlere nominale Hydroxylfunktionalität von 2 bis 4, ein mittleres Hydroxyläquivalentgewicht von 500 bis 7000 und einen mittleren Oxyethylengehalt zwischen 50 und 85 Gew.% aufweist und der Kettenverlängerer ein mittleres Hydroxyläquivalentgewicht von bis zu 250 besitzt.
- Das Verhältnis des Speichermoduls (E') bei 20°C zu dem Speichermodul (E') bei 120°C liegt vorzugsweise zwischen 0,8 und 1,2, und am meisten bevorzugt zwischen 0,85 und 1,1.
- Es ist bevorzugt, dass sie einen tan δ bei 100°C von weniger als 0,05 aufweisen. Am meisten bevorzugt ist tan δ bei 100°C weniger als 0,03.
- Das Hauptmaximum von tan δ erscheint bevorzugt bei einer Temperatur unterhalb von 0°C, am meisten bevorzugt unterhalb von –10°C.
- Der Speicher- und Verlustmodul wird mittels dynamischmechanischer Thermoanalyse (DMTA, gemäß ISO/DIS 6721–5) gemessen.
- Diese neuen Polyurethanelastomere können aus Formulierungen hergestellt werden, die Polyole mit hohen Oxyethylengehalten oder Polyolmischungen enthalten, welche Polyesterpolyole und hohe Konzentrationen an Polyolen mit hohen Oxyethylengehalten enthalten, und ferner im Wesentlichen reines 4,4'-MDI oder ein Derivat davon und einen Kettenverlängerer mit niedrigem Molekulargewicht und wahlweise ein Vernetzungsmittel enthalten.
- Die erfindungsgemäß verwendete Polyiscocyanatkomponente kann jedes aromatische oder aliphatische Polyisocyanat sein, wie etwa TDI, NDI oder reines 4,4'-Diphenylmethandiisocyanat oder eine Mischung aus diesem Diisocyanat mit einem oder mehreren weiteren organischen Polyisocyanaten, insbesondere weiteren Diphenylmethandiisocyanatisomeren, zum Beispiel dem 2,4'-Isomer, wahlweise in Verbindung mit dem 2,2'-Isomer. Die Polyisocyanatkomponente kann auch eine MDI-Variante sein, die sich von einer Polyisocyanatzusammensetzung ableitet, die wenigstens 85 Gewichts-% 4,4'-Diphenylmethandiisocyanat enthält. Die MDI-Varianten sind in der Technik wohlbekannt und schließen für die erfindungsgemäße Verwendung insbesondere flüssige Produkte ein, die durch die Einführung von Uretonimin- und/oder Carbodiimidgruppen in die Polyisocyanatzusammensetzung und/oder durch Reaktion mit einem oder mehreren Polyolen erhalten werden.
- Als die Polyisocyanatkomponente sind Polyisocyanatzusammensetzungen bevorzugt, die wenigstens 90 Gewichts-% 4,4'-Diphenylmethandiisocyanat enthalten. Polyisocyanatzusammensetzungen, die wenigstens 95 Gewichts-% 4,4'-Diphenylmethandiisocyanat enthalten sind am meisten bevorzugt.
- Die Polyolzusammensetzung kann aus einem oder mehreren Polyetherpolyolen bestehen, welche wahlweise mit weiteren Polyolen, wie etwa Polyesterpolyolen, vermischt sind.
- Die Zusammensetzung kann ein einzelnes Polyoxyalkylenpolyol umfassen, welches bevorzugt ein Poly(oxyethylen-oxypropylen)polyol mit der erforderlichen Funktionalität, dem erforderlichen Äquivalentgewicht und Oxyethylengehalt ist. Solche Polyole sind in der Technik wohl bekannt und können in herkömmlicher Weise durch gleichzeitige Reaktion und/oder durch stufenweise Reaktion gemäß irgendeiner Abfolge von Ethylen- und Propylenoxiden mit einem Initiator, wie etwa Wasser, einem Polyol, einem Hydroxylamin und einem Polyamin mit 2 bis 4 aktiven Wasserstoffatomen erhalten werden.
- Alternativ dazu kann die Polyolzusammensetzung eine Mischung aus zwei oder mehreren Polyoxyalkylenpolyolen umfassen, so dass die gesamte Zusammensetzung die erforderliche mittlere Funktionalität, das erforderliche Äquivalentgewicht und den erforderlichen Oxyethylengehalt aufweist. Die in solchen Mischungen vorhandenen Polyoxyalkylenpolyole sind bevorzugt Poly(oxyethylen-oxypropylen)polyole, wobei aber auch ein oder mehrere Polyoxyethylenpolyole und/oder Polyoxypropylenpolyole vorhanden sein können.
- Bevorzugte Polyetherpolyolzusammensetzungen umfassen:
- (a) 75 bis 100 Gewichts-% einer ersten Polyolkomponente, die wenigstens ein Polyoxyalkylenpolyol umfasst, welches Oxyethylenreste enthält, wobei die Polyolkomponente eine mittlere nominale Hydroxylfunktionalität von 2 bis 4, ein mittleres Hydroxyläquivalentgewicht von 1.000 bis 5.000 und einen mittleren Oxyethylengehalt von 60 bis 85 Gewichts-% aufweist, und
- (b) 25 bis 0 Gewichts-% einer weiteren Polyolkomponente.
- Geeigneterweise besitzt die Polyolkomponente (b) eine mittlere Funktionalität von 2 bis 4, ein mittleres Äquivalentgewicht von 1.000 bis 3.000 und kann zum Beispiel ein Polyoxypropylenpolyol, ein Polyoxyethylenpolyol oder ein Poly(oxyethylen-oxypropylen)polyol sein, welches weniger als 60 Gewichts-% oder mehr als 85 Gewichts-% Oxyethylenreste enthält.
- Der Ausdruck "mittlere nominale Hydroxylfunktionalität" wird hierin verwendet, um die mittlere Funktionalität (Zahl der Hydroxlgruppen pro Molekül) der Polyolzusammensetzung zu kennzeichnen, unter der Annahme, dass die mittlere Funktionalität der darin vorhandenen Polyoxyalkylenpolyole mit der mittleren Funktionalität (Zahl der aktiven Wasserstoffatome pro Molekül) des Initiators/der Initiatoren, der/die zu deren Herstellung verwendet wird/werden, identisch ist, obwohl sie in der Praxis aufgrund einer gewissen terminalen Ungesättigtheit häufig etwas geringer sein wird.
- Es ist bevorzugt, dass die mittlere nominale Hydroxylfunktionalität der Polyolzusammensetzung im Bereich von 2 bis 3 liegt.
- Wenn es gewünscht ist, kann das Polyoxyalkylenpolyol (oder eines oder mehrere der Polyoxyalkylenpolyole, wenn eine Mischung verwendet wird) dispergierte Polymerteilchen enthalten. Solche Polymer-modifizierten Polyole wurden vollständig im Stand der Technik beschrieben und schließen Produkte ein, welche durch die in situ-Polymerisation eines oder mehrerer Vinylmonomere, z.B. Acrylnitril und Styrol, in Polyoxyalkylenpolyolen oder durch die in situ-Reaktion zwischen einem Polyisocyanat und einer Amino- oder Hydroxyfunktionellen Verbindung, zum Beispiel Triethanolamin, in dem Polyoxyalkylen erhalten wurde.
- Als Polyol (b) sind auch Polyesterpolyole geeignet. Polyesterpolyole, die verwendet werden können, schließen ein: Hydroxyl-terminierte Reaktionsprodukte mehrwertiger Alkohole, wie etwa Ethylenglykol, Propylenglykol, Diethylen glykol, Dipropylenglykol, 1,4-Butandiol, Bis(hydroxyethyl)terephthalat, Glycerol, Trimethylolpropan, Hexandiol, Neopentylglykol, Methylpentandiol, Pentaerythrit oder Polyetherpolyole oder Mischungen solcher mehrwertiger Alkohole, und Polycarbonsäuren, insbesondere Dicarbonsäuren oder deren esterbildenden Derivate, zum Beispiel Succin-, Glutar- und Adipinsäuren oder deren Dimethylester, Sebacinsäure, Phthalsäureanhydrid, Tetrachlorphthalsäureanhydrid oder Dimethylterephthalat oder Mischungen davon.
- Bevorzugte Polyester besitzen ein zahlengemitteltes Molekulargewicht von 750 bis 4.000, insbesondere von 750 bis 2.500, und eine mittlere nominale Funktionalität von 2 bis 3.
- Geeignete Kettenverlängerer schließen Diole mit niedrigem Molekulargewicht, Aminoalkohole oder Diamine ein, wie etwa Ethylenglykol, Diethylenglykol, Dipropylenglykol, Tripropylenglykol, Propandiol, Butandiol, Pentandiol, Hexandiol, 3-Methylpentan-1,5-diol, Ethanolamin oder Diethyltoluoldiamin.
- Isocyanat-reaktive Verbindungen mit einem niedrigen Molekulargewicht, welche eine mittlere Funktionalität von 3 oder mehr aufweisen, wie etwa Glycerol, Pentaerythrit oder Triethanolamin, können als Vernetzungsmittel hinzugefügt werden.
- Es ist bevorzugt, kleine Mengen an Wasser, am meisten bevorzugt weniger als 2 Gewichts-%, basierend auf dem gesamten Gewicht der Isocyanat-reaktiven Verbindungen, zu der Formulierung hinzuzugeben. Der Isocyanat-Index des Reaktionssystems, zu dem die Polyolzusammensetzung, das Wasser und jede weitere Isocyanat-reaktive Spezies, z.B. Kettenverlängerer und wahlweise Vernetzungsmittel, zählen, kann so gering sein wie 85 oder so hoch sein wie 120. Bevorzugt liegt der Isocyanat-Index zwischen 90 und 110. Am meisten bevorzugt liegt der Isocyanat-Index zwischen 95 und 105.
- Die Elastomeren-bildende Reaktionsmischung kann eines oder mehrere der solchen Reaktionsmischungen üblicherweise zugesetzten Additive enthalten. Solche Additive schließen Katalysatoren, zum Beispiel tertiäre Amine und Zinnverbindungen, oberflächenaktive Mittel und Schaumstabilisatoren, zum Beispiel Siloxan/Oxyalkylen-Copolymere, flammenhemmende Mittel, organische und anorganische Füllmittel, Pigmente und interne Formenfreisetzungsmittel ein.
- Beim Betreiben des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens, wurden die wohlbekannten einstufigen Semi-Präpolymer- oder Full-Präpolymer-Verfahren zusammen mit einer herkömmlicherweise bei der Elastomerenherstellung verwendeten Mischungsanordnung angewendet.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Elastomeren sind vor allem für die Verwendung in Anwendungen geeignet, in denen gute Energieabsorbier- und Ermüdungseigenschaften erforderlich sind und ein gutes elastomeres Verhalten über einen breiten Temperaturbereich, z.B. in der Automobil- und Schuhindustrie, verlangt wird.
- Die Erfindung wird durch die folgenden Beispiele veranschaulicht, in denen alle Teil-, Prozent- und Verhältnisangaben auf das Gewicht bezogen sind.
- Das folgende Materialverzeichnis ist eingeschlossen, um die Reaktionskomponenten zu kennzeichnen, die nicht anderweitig in den Beispielen gekennzeichnet sind. VERZEICHNIS
Polyisocyanat I: reines 4,4'-MDI (Suprasec MPR; kommer ziell erhältlich von Imperial Chemical Industries PLC; Suprasec ist eine Marke von ICI PLC). Polyisocyanat II: Uretonimin-modifiziertes MDI (Suprasec 2020; kommerziell erhältlich von Imperial Chemical Industries PLC). Polyisocyanat III: MDI-basiertes Präpolymer (Suprasec 2433; kommerziell erhältlich von Imperial Chemical Industries PLC). Polyisocyanat IV: Isocyanat-Präpolymer, das durch die Reaktion von Polyisocyanat I und Polyol B (NCO-Gehalt = 8,66 %) herge stellt wurde. Polyol A: EO/PO-Triol mit 70 % zufällig verteil ten EO-Gruppen; einem OH-Wert von 42 mg KOH/g und ungefähr 45 % primären OH-Gruppen. Polyol B: EO/PO-Diol mit 75 % zufällig verteil ten EO-Gruppen und einem OH-Wert von 27 mg KOH/g. Polyol C: 70/30-Mischung eines EO/PO-Diols (22 % endständiges EO; OH-Wert = 35 mg KOH/g) und eines EO/PO-Triols (15 % end ständiges EO; OH-Wert = 32 mg KOH/g). Polyol D: Polymer-modifiziertes Polyol (Glycerol-initiiertes Polyol, welches einen OH-Wert von 34 mg KOH/g, 15 % end ständiges EO, 75 % primäre OH-Gruppen aufweist und 20 % Styrol/Acrylnitril- Copolymer-Teilchen enthält). Polyol E: EO/PO-Diol mit 27 % endständigem EO und einem OH-Wert von 30 mg KOH/g. Katalysator 1: Dabco EG; kommerziell erhältlich von Air Products. Katalysator 2: Niax A1; kommerziell erhältlich von Union Carbide. EG: Ethylenglykol. - BEISPIELE
- Beispiele 1, 2, 3 und 4 und Vergleichsbeispiele 1 und 2
- Die Elastomere wurden im Labor gemischt und in einer 15 × 10 × 1 cm großen Form auf herkömmliche Weise unter Verwendung der in Tabelle I aufgezeigten Formulierungen geformt und es wurden die in Tabelle I angegebenen Eigenschaften gemessen.

- Das Verhältnis E'(20°C)/E'(120°C) der Elastomere gemäß der Vergleichsbeispiele ist höher als 1,5 und ihr Maximalwert von tan δ ist geringer als 0,8.
- DMTA-Test
- Die Messungen wurden gemäß der ISO/DIS 6721–5 auf einem rheometrischen, wissenschaftlichen DMTA-Gerät unter Anwendung eines 3-Punkt-Biegeverfahren durchgeführt. Die Dimensionen der Testproben waren: Länge 1,0 cm, Breite 1,3 cm, Dicke 0,4 cm. Angelegte Verformungsamplitude 64 × 10–4 cm, Frequenz 1 Hz, Heizrate 2°C/min. Die Elastomerproben wurden bei 23°C und 50 % relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit über 24 Stunden vor dem Testen vorkonditioniert. Die Elastomerproben wurden auf –120°C abgekühlt (Kühlrate 8,5°C/Min.) und bei dieser Temperatur für 5 Minuten gehalten, bevor das Erwärmen der Probe gestartet wurde.
- Die
1 bis4 zeigen die DMTA-Kurven der Beispiele 1 bis 4. Die DMTA-Kurven der Vergleichsbeispiele 1 und 2 sind in den5 und6 gezeigt.
Claims (18)
- Elastomer auf Polyisocyanatbasis, welches ein Verhältnis des Speichermoduls (E') bei 20°C zu dem Speichermodul (E') bei 120°C zwischen 0,75 und 1,5, einen tan δ bei 100°C von weniger als 0,1 und einen Maximalwert von tan δ von mehr als 1,0 aufweist, wobei tan δ das Verhältnis des Verlustmoduls (E'') zu dem Speichermodul (E') ist, wenn der Speicher- und Verlustmodul durch eine dynamisch-mechanische Thermoanalyse gemäß der ISO/DIS 6721–5 gemessen wird.
- Elastomer auf Polyisocyanatbasis, welches ein Verhältnis des Speichermoduls (E') bei 20°C zu dem Speichermodul (E') bei 120°C zwischen 0,75 und 1,5, einen tan δ bei 100°C von weniger als 0,1 und einem Maximalwert von tan δ von mehr als 0,8 aufweist, wobei tan δ das Verhältnis des Verlustmoduls (E'') zu dem Speichermodul E' ist, wobei der Speicher- und Verlustmodul mittels dynamisch-mechanischer Thermoanalyse gemäß ISO/DIS 6721–5 gemessen wird, wobei das Elastomer aus einer Reaktionsmischung hergestellt wird, welche eine Polyisocyanatkomponente, eine Polyolzusammensetzung, einen Kettenverlängerer und wahlweise ein Vernetzungsmittel umfasst, wobei die Polyisocyanatkomponente wenigstens 85 Gew.% 4,4'- Diphenylmethandiisocyanat oder eine Variante davon enthält, die Polyolzusammensetzung wenigstens ein Polyoxyalkylenpolyol umfasst, das Oxyethylenreste enthält, wobei die Polyolzusammensetzung eine mittlere nominale Hydroxylfunktionalität von 2 bis 4, ein mittleres Hydroxyläquivalentgewicht von 500 bis 7000 und einen mittleren Oxyethylengehalt zwischen 50 und 85 Gew.% aufweist und der Kettenverlängerer ein mittleres Hydroxyläquivalentgewicht von bis zu 250 besitzt.
- Elastomer gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei das Polyisocyanat wenigstens 90 Gewichts-% 4,4'-Diphenylmethandiisocyanat enthält.
- Elastomer gemäß Anspruch 3, wobei das Polyisocyanat wenigstens 95 Gewichts-% 4,4'-Diphenylmethandiisocyanat enthält.
- Elastomer gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welches ein Verhältnis des Speichermoduls (E') bei 20°C zu dem Speichermodul (E') bei 120°C zwischen 0,8 und 1,2 aufweist.
- Elastomer gemäß Anspruch 5, welches ein Verhältnis des Speichermoduls (E') bei 20°C zu dem Speichermodul (E') bei 120°C zwischen 0,85 und 1,1 aufweist.
- Elastomer gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einem tan δ bei 100°C von weniger als 0,05.
- Elastomer gemäß Anspruch 7 mit einem tan δ bei 100°C von weniger als 0,03.
- Elastomer gemäß den Ansprüchen 2 bis 8 mit einem Maximalwert von tan δ von mehr als 1,0.
- Elastomer gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welches das Hauptmaximum von tan δ bei einer Temperatur unterhalb von 0°C aufweist.
- Elastomer gemäß Anspruch 10, welches das Hauptmaximum von tan δ bei einer Temperatur unterhalb von –10°C aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Elastomeren auf Polyisocyanatbasis, welche ein Verhältnis des Speichermoduls (E') bei 20°C zu dem Speichermodul (E') bei 120°C zwischen 0,75 und 1,5, einen tan δ bei 100°C von weniger als 0,1 und einem Maximalwert von tan δ von mehr als 0,8 aufweisen, wobei tan δ das Verhältnis des Verlustmoduls (E'') zu dem Speichermodul (E') ist, wobei der Speicher- und Verlustmodul mittels dynamisch-mechanischer Thermoanalyse gemäß ISO/DIS 6721–5 gemessen wird, wobei das Elastomer aus einer Reaktionsmischung hergestellt wird, welche eine Polyisocyanatkomponente, eine Polyolzusammensetzung, einen Kettenverlängerer und wahlweise ein Vernetzungsmittel umfasst, wobei die Polyisocyanatkomponente wenigstens 85 Gew.% 4,4'-Diphenylmethandiisocyanat oder eine Variante davon enthält, die Polyolzusammensetzung wenigstens ein Polyoxyalkylenpolyol umfasst, das Oxyethylenreste enthält, wobei die Polyolzusammensetzung eine mittlere nominale Hydroxylfunktionalität von 2 bis 4, ein mittleres Hydroxyläquivalentgewicht von 500 bis 7000 und einen mittleren Oxyethylengehalt zwischen 50 und 85 Gew.% aufweist und der Kettenverlängerer ein mittleres Hydroxyläquivalentgewicht von bis zu 250 besitzt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 12, wobei die Polyolzusammensetzung wenigstens ein Poly(oxyethylen-oxypropylen)polyol umfasst.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 13, wobei die Polyolzusammensetzung folgendes umfasst: (a) 75 bis 100 Gewichts-% einer ersten Polyolkomponente, die wenigstens ein Polyoxyalkylenpolyol umfasst, welches Oxyethylenreste enthält, wobei die Polyolkomponente eine mittlere nominale Hydroxylfunktionalität von 2 bis 4, ein mittleres Hydroxyläquivalentgewicht von 1.000 bis 5.000 und einen mittleren Oxyethylengehalt von 60 bis 85 Gewichts-% aufweist, und (b) 25 bis 0 Gewichts-% einer weiteren Polyolkomponente.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, wobei die Polyolzusammensetzung eine mittlere nominale Hydroxylfunktionalität von 2 bis 3 aufweist.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, wobei die Reaktionsmischung weiterhin Wasser umfasst.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 16, wobei die Wassermenge weniger als 2 Gewichts-%, basierend auf dem gesamten Gewicht der Isocyanat-reaktiven Verbindungen, beträgt.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, welches bei einem Isocyanat-Index zwischen 90 und 110 durchgeführt wird.
