Description
- Technisches Gebiet
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Stent mit einer axialen Flexibilität und einem Zurückspringen in seine expandierte Form.
- Hintergrundtechnik
- Ein Stent wird üblicherweise als eine röhrenförmige Struktur verwendet, die innerhalb des Hohlraumes eines Ganges belassen wird, um eine Obstruktion zu entlasten. Im Allgemeinen werden Stents in den Hohlraum in einer nicht-expandierten Form eingeführt und werden dann autonom (oder mit der Hilfe einer zweiten Vorrichtung) in situ expandiert. Ein typisches Verfahren für die Expansion erfolgt durch die Verwendung eines am Katheter angebrachten Angioplastieballons, der innerhalb des stenosierten Gefäßes oder Körperdurchganges aufgeblasen wird, um die Obstruktionen abzuscheren und zu zerreißen, die mit den Wandbestandteilen des Gefäßes verbunden sind, und um einen vergrößerten Hohlraum zu erhalten.
- Bei Abwesenheit eines Stents kann Restenose als Ergebnis eines elastischen Zurückspringens der stenotischen Läsion erfolgen. Obwohl eine Anzahl von Stentkonstruktionen berichtet worden sind, haben diese Konstruktionen unter einer Anzahl von Unzulänglichkeiten gelitten. Diese umfassen Beschränkungen hinsichtlich der Größe des Stents, wie sie einen Stent beschreibt, der steife Enden (8 mm) und einen flexiblen Mittelteil aus 7 bis 25 mm aufweist. Diese Vorrichtung wird aus mehreren Teilen ausgebildet und ist entlang seiner Längsachse nicht durchgehend flexibel. Andere Stentkonstruktionen mit steifen Segmenten und flexiblen Segmenten sind ebenfalls beschrieben worden.
- Andere Stents sind als in Längsrichtung flexibel beschrieben worden, bestehen aber aus einer Vielzahl von zylindrischen Elementen, die durch flexible Elemente verbunden sind. Diese Konstruktion weist wenigstens einen wichtigen Nachteil auf, beispielsweise dass, gemäß dieser Konstruktion, vorstehende Kanten auftreten, wenn der Stent um eine Kurve gebogen wird, was zur Folge hat, dass möglicherweise eine unabsichtliche Retention des Stents an Plaques erfolgt, die auf Arterienwänden abgelagert sind. Dies kann dazu führen, dass der Stent embolisiert oder aus der Position gebracht wird und weiter eine Beschädigung an der Innenauskleidung von gesunden Gefäßen verursacht (siehe
1(a) unten). - Die in der Technik bekannten Stents, die durch Ballonangioplastie expandiert werden können, weisen somit im Allgemeinen eine axiale Flexibilität auf, um eine Expansion zu erlauben, und liefern eine gesamtstrukturelle Integrität.
- In WO 96/29955 ist ein gegabelter Stent gezeigt, in dem ein erster Stentabschnitt eine Öffnung in einer Seitenwand aufweist, wobei ein zweiter Stentabschnitt mit dem ersten Abschnitt durch die Öffnung in Verbindung steht.
- In WO 97/15346 ist in einer Diskussion des Standes der Technik ein Stentsystem von der Art offenbart, wie es im Oberbegriff des beigefügten Anspruches 1 angegeben ist.
- Zusammenfassung der Erfindung
- Gemäß der Erfindung wird ein Stentsystem bereitgestellt, wie in dem beigefügten Anspruch 1 angegeben.
- Weitere Aspekte der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen 2 bis 7 angegeben.
- Auf diese Weise sind die Stents in der Lage, an einer Gabelung angeordnet zu werden, ohne Schweißen oder irgendeine spezielle Befestigung. Der Verriegelungsmechanismus kann in die Stentkonstruktion aufgenommen werden, um zu bedingen, dass der Stent während des Zusammenbaus der Vorrichtung an der erwünschten Position verriegelt wird.

14 eine Modifikation des Stents in einer Anordnungsansicht zeigt. - Detaillierte Beschreibung und spezifische Ausführungsformen
- Verbesserungen, die durch Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung bereitgestellt werden, umfassen (a) erhöhte Flexibilität in zwei Ebenen des nicht-expandierten Stents, während radiale Festigkeit beibehalten wird, und einen hohen Prozentsatz offener Fläche nach Expansion; (b) gleichmäßigen Druck auf den expandierenden Stent, der einen konsistenten und kontinuierlichen Kontakt des expandierten Stents mit der arteriellen Wand gewährleistet; (c) Verhindern von vorstehenden Teilen während des Biegens; (d) Entfernen von bestehenden Beschränkungen hinsichtlich des Maximums des Stents; und Verringerung von irgendeiner Verkürzungswirkung während der Expansion des Stents.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird ein expandierbarer zylindrischer Stent
10 mit einer mit Fenstern versehenen Struktur bereitgestellt zum Platzieren in einem Blutgefäß, Duktus oder Hohlraum, um das Gefäß, den Duktus oder den Hohlraum offen zu halten, spezieller zum Schützen eines Arterienabschnittes vor Restenose nach Angioplastie. Der Stent10 kann in Umfangsrichtung expandiert und in einer expandierten Konfiguration gehalten werden, die in Umfangsrichtung steif ist. Der Stent10 ist axial flexibel und wenn er an einem Band gebogen wird, verhindert der Stent10 irgendwelche nach außen vorstehenden Komponententeile. -
1 zeigt, was mit einem Stent10 geschieht, der eine ähnliche Konstruktion wie eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform hierin aufweist, aber stattdessen eine Reihe von in Umfangsrichtung angeordneten Bändern verwendet, wenn er dazu gebracht wird, sich in einer Art und Weise zu Biegen, die wahrscheinlich in einem Hohlraum des Körpers auftritt. Ein Stent10 mit einer Anordnung von Bändern (10 ) in Umfangsrichtung erfährt eine Wirkung analog einer Reihe von Eisenbahnwaggons auf einer Schiene. Während sich die Reihe aus Eisenbahnwaggons entlang einer Biegung fortbewegt, wird die Ecke eines jeden Wagons, der um die Kurve biegt, nach der Kupplung dazu veranlasst, über die Kontur der Schiene vorzustehen. In ähnlicher Weise weisen die serpentinenmäßigen Umfangsbänder vorstehende Teile (2 ) oberhalb der Oberfläche des Stents10 auf, während sich der Stent10 biegt. - Im Gegensatz dazu verhindert die Konstruktion der in den
1(c) und1(d) und7 gezeigten Ausführungsform, bei der die Bänder (3 ) axial flexibel und entlang der Längsachse angeordnet sind, eine derartige Wirkung, wenn der Stent10 gebogen wird, so dass die gebogenen Bänder (10 ) nicht aus dem Profil der Kurve des Stents10 vorstehen. Weiterhin ist ein jegliches Aufweiten an den Enden des Stents, das bei einem Stent (10 ) mit einer gleichförmigen Struktur auftreten kann, im Wesentlichen durch Einführen einer Modifikation an den Enden des Stents10 beseitigt. Diese Modifikation umfasst eine Verringerung der Raumfrequenz und eine Erhöhung der Weite der entsprechenden Bänder in einer Umfangsrichtung (LA und A) verglichen mit der des Mittelabschnittes (LB und B). - In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann die Raumfrequenz LA um 0 bis 50 % bezüglich LB verringert werden, und die Weite A kann im Bereich von 0 bis 150 % bezüglich B erhöht werden. Andere Modifikationen an den Enden des Stents
10 können eine Erhöhung der Stärke der Wand des Stents10 und selektives Elektropolieren umfassen. Diese Modifikationen schützen die Arterie und schützen irgendwelche Plaques davor, abgerieben zu werden, was durch die Enden der Stents10 während des Einführen des Stents10 bedingt werden kann. Diese Modifikation kann auch eine erhöhte Strahlenundurchlässigkeit an den Enden des Stents10 bereitstellen. Es kann somit möglich sein, den Stent10 genauer zu lokalisieren, wenn er einmal im Körper vor Ort ist. - Die in
2 und6 gezeigte Ausführungsform weist den einzigartigen Vorteil auf, dass sie wirksam „Federn" in sowohl der Umfangs- als auch der Längsrichtung aufweist, die als Elemente (5 ) bzw. (6 ) gezeigt sind. Diese Federn verleihen dem Stent10 die Flexibilität, die erforderlich ist, um sowohl durch die Blutgefäße in dem Körper mit verringerter Reibung zu steuern, als auch an der ausgewählten Stelle in einer Art und Weise ohne unangemessene Kraft zu expandieren, die die notwendigen expandierten Endgrößen bereitstellt, während strukturelles Rückspringen der expandierten Struktur beibehalten wird. - Wie in den
2 ,4 und6 gezeigt onduliert ein jedes Längsband durch etwa zwei Zyklen, bevor eine Verbindung in Umfangsrichtung mit einem benachbarten Band ausgebildet wird. Vor der Expansion kann die Welle W, die mit einem jeden der Bänder verbunden ist, in etwa die gleiche Grundraumfrequenz aufweisen und die Bänder sind so angeordnet, dass die mit ihnen verbundene Welle W räumlich miteinander ausgerichtet sind, so dass sie im Allgemeinen wie in6 gezeigt miteinander in Phase sind. - Die ausgerichteten Bänder auf der Längsachse sind an einer Vielzahl von periodischen Stellen durch eine kurze Umfangsverbindung mit einem benachbarten Band verbunden. Man betrachte eine erste gemeinsame axiale Position wie beispielsweise durch die Linie X-X in
4 und6 gezeigt. Hier ist ein benachbartes Paar von Bändern durch die Umfangsverbindung7 verbunden. In ähnlicher Weise sind auch andere Bandpaare an dieser gemeinsamen axialen Position verbunden. An einer zweiten gemeinsamen axialen Position, in6 durch die Linie Y-Y gezeigt, ist ein benachbartes Bandpaar durch die Umfangsverbindung8 verbunden. Ein jedes gegebene Bandpaar, das an X-X verbunden ist, ist jedoch nicht an Y-Y verbunden und umgekehrt. Das X-X-Muster aus Verbindungen wiederholt sich an der gemeinsamen axialen Position Z-Z. Allgemein gibt es somit zwei Gruppen von gemeinsamen axialen Positionen. An einer jeden der axialen Positionen von einer Gruppe befinden sich Verbindungen zwischen den gleichen Paaren benachbarter Bänder und die Gruppen alternieren entlang der Längsachse der Ausführungsform. Auf diese Weise werden die Umfangsfeder6 und die Längsfeder6 bereitgestellt. - Ein Merkmal des Expansionsereignisses besteht darin, dass das Muster aus offenem Raum in dem Stent
10 der Ausführungsform von2 vor der Expansion verschieden ist von dem Muster des Stents10 nach der Expansion. Insbesondere ist in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform das Muster aus offenem Raum auf den Stent10 vor der Expansion serpentinenförmig, wohingegen sich nach Expansion das Muster einer Diamantenform annähert (3a ,3b ). In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung kann eine Expansion erreicht werden unter Verwendung von Druck von einem expandierenden Ballon oder durch andere mechanische Mittel. - Im Verlauf der Expansion neigen die Bänder mit der Form der Welle W dazu, gerader zu werden, wie in
3 gezeigt. Wenn die Bänder gerader werden, werden sie steifer und widerstehen deshalb vergleichsweise hohen radialen Kräften.3 zeigt, wie die radiale Expansion des Stents10 dazu führt, dass sich die Öffnung in eine Diamantenform öffnet, wobei die maximale Belastung an den Scheitelpunkten des Diamanten entlang der Längsachse aufgewandt wird. Als man eine Finite-Elemente-Analyse einschließlich Spannungsstudien am Stent10 durchführte, hat man festgestellt, dass die maximale Spannung an den Bändern und Verbindungen auftrat und unterhalb des Maximums lag, das als erforderlich identifiziert war, um strukturelle Integrität aufrechtzuerhalten. - Die Optimierung der Spannung des Stents
10 wird erreicht, indem in der Welle W ein so groß wie möglicher Biegeradius erzeugt wird, die mit einem jeden Band in dem nicht-expandierten Stent verbunden ist. Dies wird erreicht, während eine ausreichende Anzahl von Bändern und Verbindungen beibehalten wird, um die strukturelle Integrität des Stents10 nach der Expansion beizubehalten. In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann die Spannung weniger als 0,57 (Zoll pro Zoll) für rostfreien Stahl 316 L sein. Der Expansionsdruck kann von 1,0 bis 7,0 Atmosphären reichen. Die Anzahl von Bändern und die Raumfrequenz der Welle W auf der Längsachse beeinflusst auch die Anzahl der Umfangsverbindungen. Die Umfangsverbindungen tragen zur strukturellen Integrität während der Anwendung von Radialkraft bei, die bei der Expansion des Stents10 und bei der Aufrechterhaltung der expandierten Form verwendet wird. Während man nicht auf einen einzelnen Parametersatz beschränkt ist, kann ein Beispiel für einen Stent10 mit einer Längsachse und einer axialen Flexibilität von der in6 gezeigten Art, einen Stent10 umfassen, der einen expandierten Durchmesser von 4 mm und eine Länge von 30 mm aufweist, der beispielsweise etwa 8 bis 12 Reihen, insbesondere 10 Reihen und etwa 6 bis 10 Schlitze, insbesondere 8 Schlitze (ein Schlitz ist in6 als sich zwischen X und Z erstreckend dargestellt) mit einer Wellen W-Amplitude von etwa 1/4 bis 1/10 einer Schlitzlänge, insbesondere 1/8 einer Schlitzlänge aufweist. - Der Stent
10 kann mittels vieler Verfahren hergestellt werden. Beispielsweise kann der Stent10 aus einem hohlen oder geformten Rohr aus rostfreiem Stahl hergestellt sein, das ausgeschnitten sein kann unter Verwendung von Laser, Fräsen mittels elektrischer Entladung (EDM), chemisches Ätzen oder andere Mittel. Der Stent10 wird in den Körper eingeführt und an der erwünschten Stelle in einer nicht-expandierten Form angeordnet. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform wird die Expansion des Stents10 in einem Blutgefäß vermittels eines Ballonkatheters bewirkt, wobei der Enddurchmesser des Stents10 eine Funktion des Durchmessers des verwendeten Ballonkatheters ist. - Der Stent
10 der Erfindung kann mit irgendeiner erwünschten Länge hergestellt sein, am bevorzugtesten mit einer nominalen Länge von 30 mm, die um Inkremente verlängert oder verkürzt werden kann, beispielsweise um Inkremente von 1,9 mm. - Es wird anerkannt werden, dass ein Stent
10 in einem Formgedächtnismaterial ausgeführt sein kann, umfassend, beispielsweise, eine geeignete Legierung aus Nickel und Titan; oder rostfreien Stahl. In dieser Ausführungsform kann er, nachdem der Stent ausgebildet worden ist, komprimiert werden, um einen Raum zu belegen, der ausreichend klein ist, um seine Einführung in ein Blutgefäß oder andere Gewebe durch Einführungsmittel zu erlauben, wobei das Einführungsmittel einen geeigneten Katheter oder flexiblen Stab umfasst. Beim Austreten aus dem Katheter kann der Stent10 so konfiguriert sein, dass er in die erwünschte Konfiguration expandiert, wobei die Expansion automatisch erfolgt oder durch eine Änderung des Druckes, der Temperatur oder durch elektrische Stimulation ausgelöst wird. - Eine Ausführungsform des verbesserten Stents
10 ist nicht nur in Blutgefäßen, wie oben beschrieben, nützlich, sondern auch in jeglichen röhrenförmigen Systemen des Körpers, wie beispielsweise den Gallengängen, dem Harnsystem, dem Verdauungstrakt und den Gängen des reproduktiven Systems sowohl bei Männern als auch bei Frauen. - In einer noch weiteren Ausführungsform wird ein Stent
10 beschrieben, wie er derzeit offenbart ist, der eine Vielzahl von krummlinigen Segmenten20 enthält. Diese krummlinigen Segmente20 sind miteinander vermittels eines im Allgemeinen senkrechten Verbinders25 verbunden. Der im Allgemeinen senkrechte Verbinder25 liegt im Wesentlichen in der Ebene, die senkrecht zur Längsachse des Stents10 ist. Ein jedes der Segmente des Stents10 , wie hierin beschrieben, ist mit einem benachbarten Segment des Stents10 verbunden. Dies erfolgt unter Verwendung einer Reihe von flexiblen Verbindern. Es ist wichtig, dass die Verbinder selbst an ihren Mittelpunkten enger gemacht sein können. Dies erhöht die Flexibilität hinsichtlich einer Biegung an diesem Punkt. Natürlich soll auch anerkannt werden, dass alternative Konstruktionen des Verbinders möglich sind und durch diese Erfindung ins Auge gefasst werden, um die Flexibilität zu gewährleisten. - Das Wesentliche ist, dass der Stent
10 , wie er in8 beschrieben ist, ein Stent10 mit verglichen mit steiferen geradlinigen Stents beachtlicher Flexibilität ist. Nichtsdestotrotz weicht der Stent10 insoweit nicht von den hierin angegebenen Basiskonzepten ab, als dass er eine kontinuierlich krummlinige Strebe offenbart. Diese krummlinige Strebe ist mit anderen krummlinigen Streben vermittels einer Reihe von „sekundären" flexibleren Verbindern verbunden, wie oben beschrieben. - Auf jeden Fall ist ersichtlich, dass der Stent
10 verschiedene nützliche Elemente enthält. Eines davon ist der flexible Verbinder in Verbindung mit einem im Allgemeinen krummlinigen Stent. Ein weiteres ist die Verwendung der im Allgemeinen größeren Streben an den Enden des Stents10 , um eine fortgesetzte Stütze an den Enden des Stents10 bereitzustellen. Ein letzter Aspekt ist die Verwendung von flexiblen Verbindern unter den Segmenten des Stents10 , um eine erhöhte Flexibilität bereitzustellen. - Ein Stent, wie in den vorhergehenden Absätzen beschrieben, ist aus WO 97/26840 bekannt.
- Wie aus den
11 bis14 ersichtlich ist, kann eine verbesserte Vorrichtung100 der vorliegenden Erfindung so sein, dass sie in einer gegabelten Art und Weise funktioniert. In diesem Sinne enthält der Stent101 eine zentrale Öffnung102 . Diese zentrale Öffnung102 erlaubt den Durchtritt von einem nicht-expandierten Stent103 der gleichen Größe. Typischerweise werden natürlich die zwei Stents101 ,103 die gleiche allgemeine Konfiguration aufweisen und einer kann durch den anderen auf einem Ballon mit der gleichen Art von Durchmesser hindurchgehen. Tatsächlich ist der Ballon150 , wie er in den derzeitigen11 bis14 zu sehen ist, ein gegabelter Ballon, muss es aber nicht sein. Zwei getrennte Ballons sind sicherlich in der Lage, die gleiche Funktion bereitzustellen. Die Ballons weisen in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform bevorzugterweise weniger als 2 mm (6 Fr) in ihrer nicht-expandierten Form auf, müssen aber natürlich nicht so beschränkt sein. - Wie in den
11 bis14 zu sehen, wird der erste Stent101 (der untere in der Figur) auf einen der Ballone151 geladen. Er weist eine Öffnung102 in seiner Mitte auf. Diese Öffnung liegt dem oberen Stent103 und dem Ballon152 gegenüber, wobei der obere Stent102 auf den zweiten Ballon152 aufgeladen ist. Der obere Stent103 weist, wenn er auf den zweiten Ballon152 aufgeladen ist, ebenfalls eine Öffnung104 auf, die dem unteren Stent101 gegenüberliegt. Auf diese Weise wird er, während der zweite Stent103 sich durch den ersten Stent101 spannt, in einer solchen Art und Weise platziert, dass er in wechselseitig gegenüberliegendem Kontakt mit dem ersten Stent101 ist. Dann werden, wenn die Kombination aus Ballon und Stent durch die menschliche Anatomie gesteuert wird, die Vorrichtungen zu einer Gabelung gelangen. Wenn dies erfolgt, wird die Vorrichtung unter Verwendung verschiedener Führungsdrahttechniken veranlasst, sich zu teilen. Dann wird ein jeder der entsprechenden Ballons aufgeblasen. - Mit diesem Aufblasen wird die gesamte Vorrichtung wie in
13 ersichtlich expandiert. Somit wird die gesamte Gabelung abgedeckt und doch in einer viel leichteren als den typischen gegabelten Expansionen. Was einzigartig ist, ist das, dass es kein Verschweißen der Stents101 ,103 gibt, sie können „fertige" Stents sein, die nur geringfügig modifiziert sind, um für dieses spezielle Bedürfnis geeignet zu sein. - Es sollte festgehalten werden, dass der Stent der
11 bis14 aus einer Schlitz- oder Drahtkonfiguration oder aus irgendwelchen hochdichten Materialien und Verbundmaterialien konstruiert und ballonexpandierbar oder selbstexpandierbar oder sogar die Kombination aus beiden sein kann. Die Vorrichtungen können getrennt von getrennten Kathetern verkauft werden, die während des erwünschten Eingriffes durch die Ärzte zusammengebaut werden sollen; sie können mit einem gegabelten Ballon oder zwei getrennten Ballonen verwendet werden; oder mit einem oder mehreren strahlenundurchlässigen Markern versehen werden, um ein besseres Positionieren bei der Undurchlässigkeit für Röntgenstrahlen zu erlauben. Das gegabelte Stentabgabesystem wird durch Fälteln über zwei Ballone platziert und dann bei Ansichtigwerden der Läsion expandiert. - Es ist jedoch zu anzuerkennen, dass die vorliegende Erfindung in jeglicher Hinsicht durch die beigefügten Ansprüche bestimmt wird.
Claims (7)
- Stentsystem umfassend: einen ersten Stent (
101 ) mit einer Öffnung (102 ) in seiner Seitenwand; und einen zweiten Stent (103 ) mit einer Öffnung (104 ) in seiner Seitenwand; wobei der zweite Stent (103 ) durch die Seitenwandöffnung (102 ) des ersten Stents (101 ) in Stellung gebracht werden kann, so dass ein Abschnitt des zweiten Stents (103 ) von dem ersten Stent (101 ) getrennt gehalten wird; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stents (101 ,103 ) in der Lage sind, dass einer bezüglich des anderen gedreht werden kann, so dass der zweite Stent (103 ) und der erste Stent (101 ) wechselseitig einander gegenüberliegend in Kontakt sind, um die Stents (101 ,103 ) in einer engen Befestigungsbeziehung zueinander in einem gegabelten Hohlraum des Körpers zu halten. - System nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Stent (
101 ) ein erstes und ein zweites Ende mit einem dazwischenliegenden Zwischenabschnitt aufweist, der erste Stent (101 ) weiter eine Längsachse und eine Vielzahl von in Längsrichtung angeordneten Zellen aufweist, wobei eine jede Zelle eine Öffnung darin aufweist; und der zweite Stent (103 ) ein erstes und ein zweites Ende aufweist mit einem dazwischenliegenden Zwischenabschnitt, wobei der zweite Stent (103 ) weiter eine Längsachse und eine Vielzahl von in Längsrichtung angeordneten Zellen aufweist, wobei eine jede Zelle eine Öffnung darin aufweist; und wobei ein jeder der Stents (101 ,103 ) in der Lage ist, von einem ersten entsprechenden Durchmesser auf einen größeren zweiten entsprechenden Durchmesser zu expandieren; und wobei der zweite Stent (103 ) hinsichtlich seines ersten entsprechenden Durchmessers so konfiguriert ist, dass er durch eine Zelle des ersten Stents (101 ) in seinem ersten Durchmesser passt. - System nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Seitenwandöffnungen (
102 ,104 ) größer sind als die anderen Zellöffnungen. - System nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei ein jeder Stent (
101 ,103 ) durch eine Reihe von sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Streben ausgebildet ist, die durch Verbindungen (7 ,8 ) verbunden sind und wobei eine jede Verbindung axial von irgendeiner in Umfangsrichtung benachbarten Verbindung versetzt ist. - System nach Anspruch 4, wobei an einer jeden von einer ersten Gruppe von gemeinsamen Axialpositionen (X, Y, Z) eine Umfangsverbindung (
7 ,8 ) zwischen einem jeden von einem ersten Satz von benachbarten Paaren von Streben vorhanden ist. - System nach Anspruch 5, wobei an einer jeden von einer zweiten Gruppe von gemeinsamen Axialpositionen (X, Y, Z) eine Umfangsverbindung (
7 ,8 ) zwischen einer jeden eines zweiten Satzes von benachbarten Reihen von Streben existiert, wobei, entlang der Längsachse, eine gemeinsame Axialposition alternierend in der ersten Gruppe und in der zweiten Gruppe auftritt und wobei die ersten und zweiten Sätze so ausgewählt sind, dass eine gegebene Strebe mit einer benachbarten Strebe an nur einer der von der ersten und der zweiten Gruppe von gemeinsamen Axialpositionen verbunden ist. - System nach Anspruch 4, 5 oder 6, wobei die Raumfrequenz (LA) der Welle (W), die mit einer jeden der Streben verbunden ist, in einer ersten Endregion, die proximal zu dem ersten Ende liegt, und in einer zweiten Endregion verringert ist, die proximal zu dem zweiten Ende liegt, verglichen mit der Raumfrequenz (LB) der Welle in dem Zwischenabschnitt.
