Abstract

A swing seat for children, which is held on a cable or a chain, such as can be used for children's play equipment and, in particular, in conjunction with movable trolleys which roll along, for example, on an inclined cable. Since there are risks in the movement of such play equipment when impacting on an obstacle, the swing seat is to be designed wherever possible in such a way that the risk of injury during use is largely avoided. The swing seat is constructed in such a way that it has a seat disc (2) which is constructed in the form of an inverted shell (8), consists of an elastic material and merges evenly at its edge into a downwardly and inwardly rounded moulded-on annular bulge (7). Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen an einem Seil oder einer Kette gehaltenen Pendelsitz für Kinderspielgeräte.The invention relates to a pendulum seat held on a rope or chain for children's play equipment.

Derartige Pendelsitze werden z. B. bei Spielgeräten verwandt, bei denen auf einem Seil, das zwischen einem höchsten und einem niedrigsten Punkt eingespannt ist und das etwas geneigt gegen die Horizontale verläuft, eine Seillaufkatze verfahrbar ist. An dieser Seilbahnlaufkatze hängt der Pendelsitz, auf dem ein Kind sitzend mit der Seilbahnlaufkatze entlang dem Seil selbsttätig abwärts fahren kann. Es ist nun ein Bestreben, bei derartigen Pendelsitzen, bei denen der Sitz selbst durch eine Schaukelbewegung oder aber, wie in dem obigen Beispiel beschrieben, durch die Fahrt der Seilbahnlaufkatze kinetische Energie gewinnt, den Pendelsitz derart auszugestalten, daß auch bei dem Aufprall des Pendelsitzes auf ein Kind die Gefahr von Verletzungen ausgeschlossen wird. Andererseits sollen derartige Pendelsitze aber auch der Forderung genügen, daß sie einen möglichst hohen Spielwert aufweisen, damit das Spielgerät als solches überhaupt von den Kindern akzeptiert wird und somit seienen eigentlichen Zweck erfüllt.Such pendulum seats are z. In Fig. 1 ist ein mit allgemein 1 bezeichneter Pendelsitz dargestellt. Der Pendelsitz weist eine allgemein mit 2 bezeichnete Sitzscheibe auf, die, wie aus Fig. 2 zu ersehen ist, rotationssymmetrisch um die Mittellängsachse 3 ausgebildet ist. Die Sitzscheibe weist etwa die Form einer umgekehrten Schale auf, in deren Mitte eine sich nach aufwärts verjüngenden Nabe 4 angeformt ist. Die Nabe bildet somit etwa einen kegelstumpfförmigen Teil, dessen äußere Mantelfläche 5 verhältnismäßig steil gegen die Horizontale abfällt. Der äußere Rand des in Form einer umgekehrten Schale ausgebildeten Teils der Sitzscheibe ist in Form eines Ringwulstes 7 ausgebildet. Die Sitzfläche 6 geht kontinuierlich in die Außenfläche des Ringwulstes 7 über. Die Außenfläche des Wulstes hat praktisch die Form eines Halbkreises. D. h., diese Fläche ist derart ausgebildet, daß sie ausgehend von der Sitzfläche 6 zunehmend stärker nach abwärts und sodann schließlich nach einwärts gegen die Mittellängsachse 3 hingeneigt ist. Durch den schalenförmigen Teil 8 mit seinem als Ringwulst 7 ausgebildeten Rand wird auf der Unterseite der Sitzscheibe 2 ein etwa kugelkalottenförmiger Raum 9 gebildet. In Richtung der Mittellängsachse 3 ist eine die Nabe 4 und den schalenförmigen Teil 8 durchsetzende Längsöffnung 10 vorgesehen, die eine Verbindung zwischen dem Nabenteil 4 und dem Raum 9 bildet.In Fig. 1 a generally designated 1 pendulum seat is shown. Zur Befestigung der Sitzscheibe 2 an dem Seil 18 wird das Auflageteil 11 mit den daran befestigten Platten 12 und 13 derart von unten durch den Raum 9 eingeführt, daß die Platten 12 und 13 in die Längsöffnung 10 hineinragen, während das Auflageteil 11 gegen die Unterseite des schalenförmigen Teils 8 der Sitzscheibe anliegt. Sodann wird das untere Ende des Seiles 18 so weit in die Längsöffnung 10 abgesenkt, daß das Befestigungsteil 16 zwischen den Platten 12 und 13 zu liegen kommt und die Augen 14 und 15 mit dem Auge 17 ausgerichtet sind. Sodann wird durch eine in der Nabe 4 ausgebildete quer zu der Mittellängsachse 3 verlaufende Queröffnung 19 eine Imbusschraube 20 eingeführt, die das Befestigungsteil 16 mit den Platten 12 und 13 verbindet. Die Länge der Imbusschraube wird zweckmäßigerweise so gewählt, daß sie lediglich dem Durchmesser der Längsöffnung 10 entspricht.
