Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe gelingt dadurch, daß der Hilfsträger vor dem Transferdruck geprägt wird, worauf die Textilien im üblichen Transferdruckverfahren bedruckt werden.This problem is solved by embossing the auxiliary carrier before transfer printing, whereupon the textiles are printed in the usual transfer printing process.

Versuche haben ergeben, daß durch diesen einfachen, zusätzlichen Schritt, nämlich den Hilfsträger, üblicherweise das Transferdruckpapier, vor dem Transferdruck zu prägen, ein neuer, zusätzlicher Glanzeffekt auf den im üblichen Transferdruckverfahren bedruckten Textilien erzielt wird. Dies beruht darauf, daß die Prägung des Transferdruck-Hilfsträgers beim Umdruckvorgang im Transferkalander eine zusätzliche Strukturierung im Druck der Textilien ergibt. Im üblichen Transferdruckverfahren wird somit die laufende Textilbahn gleichzeitig thermobedruckt, nämlich wie üblich uni oder gemustert, und zusätzlich wird die Prägung des Hilfsträgers auf die laufende Textilbahn übertragen, ohne daß hierzu zusätzliche Geräte oder dergleichen Hilfsmittel notwendig sind.
