Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning agent according to the preamble of the main claim.
- the liquid consists of a halogen-containing solvent
- the urea / formaldehyde polymer consists of a powder and to achieve improved removability of the dirt-enriched substances from the carpet or from the upholstery , especially with a vacuum cleaner, from a cationic antistatic.
- This is not optimal.
- the cationic antistatic retains the moisture on a carpet or upholstery material, which favors the re-soiling of the cleaned object.
- the sodium aluminum silicate has a high cleaning effect.
- the removal of the sodium aluminum silicate from the cleaning object is generally not a problem, because laundry or the like can be treated with a sufficiently large amount of water. This is not possible with carpets, upholstered furniture, etc.
- the object of the invention is to provide a generic cleaning agent which takes advantage of the high cleaning power of the sodium aluminum silicate, can be sprayed and is nevertheless easy to remove or suction from upholstery materials, carpets etc.
- the main cleaning effect of this product is the sodium aluminum silicate.
- the use of the urea-formaldehyde resin foam in the form of open-cell foam particles of the appropriate density in uncrushed form and in a corresponding particle size range brings - as has surprisingly been found, almost 100% removability of the detergent substance contaminated with the dirt particles by merely brushing or vacuuming, for example using a brush vacuum.
- the open-cell foam particles have been found to have a carrier / transport function for the sodium aluminum silicate particles. The latter adhere to the foam particles and are carried along or entrained during the movement of the foam particles, the physical structure and the mechanical surface structure of the open-line foam particles in particular having a considerable part in this "piggyback" effect.
- This active ingredient is used in the aerosol at 65.0% by weight, the propellant gas content is 35.0% by weight.
- a propane-butane mixture with reduced flammability is used as the blowing agent.
- the residual moisture content of the carrier materials should preferably be at most 20.00% by weight.
- the moisture determined must be subtracted from the water content of the recipe when the product is manufactured.
- the density of the urea / formaldehyde foam before shredding (dry) is in the range of 50 +/- 10 kg per cubic meter, measured on the block.
- the bulk density of the foam is preferably in the range of 150 +/- 50 g / l.
- the bulk weight of the sodium aluminum silicate should be in the range of 450 +/- 100 g / 1.
- the solids content of the product lies preferably at 14.5 +/- 0.5% by weight.
- the pH of the cleaning agent substance must be 7.5 +/- 0.5.
- the density of the cleaning agent substance at 20 ° Celsius should be about 1.060 +/- 0.005 g / cm 3 .
- the attached figure shows an electron microscope image in a thousand times magnification. It demonstrates the surprising mode of action of the open-cell foam particles in relation to the sodium aluminum silicate particles, which are ideal for cleaning purposes:
- F denotes the carpet upholstery fiber.
- the open-cell foam particles are marked with Sch and the sodium-aluminum-silicate particles with NA.
- this effect of the urea-formaldehyde resin foam particles used makes the use of the antistatic agents associated with negative side effects superfluous.
Description
- 1. Na-AI-Silikat (Handelsname HAB A 100) 10,00 Gew. %
- 2. Harnstoff-Formaldehyd-Harzschaumstoff 5,00 Gew. %
- 3. Pglysaccharid (Kelzan.) als Absetzverhinderungs- bzw. Schwebemittel 0,05 Gew.
- 4. Isopropanol kosmetisch reinst 10,00 Gew. %
- 5. Waschaktive Substanz (Ubatol. VTR 317) 2,50 Gew. %
- 6. Essigsäure mind. 96 Gew. % reinst, entsprechend DAB 6 0,40 Gew. %
- 7. Silikonentschäumer (Baysilon) 0,20 Gew. %
- 8. Duftstoff (Kobanja HL 1365 0/218710) 0,10 Gew. %
- 9. Wasser 10° dH 77,75 Gew. % Gesamt: 100,00 Gew. %
- - eingetragenes Warenzeichen.
- Dieser Wirkstoff wird mit 65,0 Gew. % im Aerosol eingesetzt, der Treibgasanteil beträgt 35,0 Gew. %.
