Bei einem Ausführungsbeispiel war der Abstand zwischen den beiden Bereichen 14 und 15 im wesentlichen doppelt so gross wie der Abstand zwischen den Bereichen 13 und 14 bzw. 15 und 16. Die Abstützeinlage 2 ist bezüglich einer Mittellinie 20 symmetrisch. Aus Fig. 3 ist ersichtlich, dass sich die Bereiche 13 - 19 jeweils über die gesamte Breite der Abstützeinlage 2 erstrecken. Die Bereiche 13, 14, 15 und 16 weisen untereinander die gleiche Dicke auf. Das gleiche gilt auch für die Bereiche 17, 18 und 19, wobei die letztgenannten Bereiche aber dünner sind als die erstgenannten Bereiche 13 - 16.
