Abstract

Gemäß der Erfindung wird ein Gerät zum Öffnen von Fla­ schen mit Kronenkapsel oder Drehverschluß sowie zum zeitweiligen Verschließen der geöffneten Flasche, das aus einem an den Öffnungsrand der Flasche angepaßten Hinter­ schneidungsteil sowie einem Gegenlagerteil aus gummiarti­ gem Material zwecks Abdichtung der Öffnung der Flasche und einem an den Flaschenhals und die Kapsel angepaßten metalli­ schen Maulöffnungsteil zum Abheben der Kapsel sowie einem Hebelteil für den Abhebevorgang besteht, wobei der Hebelteil aus zwei Teilen gebildet ist, deren einer in den anderen tele­ skopartig einschiebbar ist, und wobei an dem einen Teil die Maulöffnung und an dem anderen Hebelteil der Hinterschnei­ dungsteil und der Auflagerteil ausgebildet bzw. angebracht sind, wobei die Maulöffnung (25) des metallischen Maulöff­ nungsteils (20) größer als der Außenumfang eines Drehver­ schlusses einer Flasche ausgebildet ist und am Rand mit min­ destens zwei Zahnungen (22) ausgebildet ist und der Maulöff­ nungsteil (20) mit zwei von der Maulöffnung weggebogenen und an ihren freien Enden nach einwärts abgebogenen Wider­ lagerteilen (21) ausgebildet ist.
