Definitions
- the invention relates to a barrier post for temporarily blocking access to parking lots, driveways and access routes, which is anchored in the ground and can be pivoted about a joint arranged in the region of the ground and extending transversely to its longitudinal axis and to which is associated a drive effecting the pivoting around the joint which is designed to be switchable via a receiver corresponding to a portable transmitter.
- Barriers or gates are known for shutting off covered or free parking spaces, driveways and access routes, which can be controlled with the appropriate drives and also controlled with the help of remote controls.
- Barriers have a fixed, usually cast-iron base, the upper end of which is designed as a kind of spherical head, around which a correspondingly designed barrier can be pivoted by 90 ° or approximately 90 °.
- Such a barrier or locking device is known from DE-A-1960669.
- a locking device, which is basically the same, is known from DE-B-2712546, in which, however, the graphic representation of the fixed, cast iron post has been dispensed with.
- the actual barrier can be pivoted about a joint arranged on the tip of this post, whereby a locking device ensures that it can also be operated by hand in a simple manner.
- entry or entry blocking simple posts made of round material or square, which are designed to be foldable around a joint near the ground in order to release the entry or entry if necessary by folding (DE-A-2816965 and BE-A-900018 ).
- the post is folded over a remote-controlled drive with receiver.
- the drive is located next to the post. It must be designed to be strong enough to move the post from the vertical to the horizontal position and vice versa.
- its susceptibility to failure is to be regarded as particularly disadvantageous, with it and the entire control system additionally having to be protected against weather influences by separate devices.
- the invention has for its object to provide a permanently safe, easy to install and little space-consuming barrier post.
- the post which is set up in its vertical position in the direction of access with inclination, is designed as a drive rod and receiver receiving hollow rod and the joint as a hinge lying above the roadway, that the drive is assigned an externally switchable heater and that he is locked the post in the upright position.
- a barrier post which can only be operated by the transmitter corresponding to the receiver on the post, that is to say only by one authorized person.
- a different backup is therefore generally not necessary.
- the post can be operated from the vehicle without difficulty, but in any case can be operated from a greater distance, so that parking and parking as well as turning into driveways and access routes is considerably accelerated and facilitated.
- Such car ports are much easier and cheaper to manufacture, so that more and more are being used for this way in new construction projects. It is easily possible to secure the access of such car ports by several posts, for example to increase the security of such a parking space.
- the post is arranged inclined in the approach direction and the drive locks the post in the vertical position in order to ensure that due to its own weight it folds down so that it can easily be passed through by the vehicle.
- the drive and the control are advantageously safely housed, since both the drive and the receiver are housed in the hollow rod, where they are protected from damage but also from the weather. Due to the design as a hinge, the required energy supply lines or other connecting parts can be supplied from the ground out of the post without being visible or influenced from the outside. The heating ensures that safe operation is guaranteed even in the most unfavorable weather conditions. Neither drive parts nor control parts can be impaired in their function, for example by frost. Since the joint lies above the road and the drive and receiver are housed in the post, there is no need for earthwork. The entire device is simply “placed” on the road.
- a simple and low-maintenance design provides that a cable is assigned to the drive, the cable end of which is fixed in the ground in the direction of access in front of the post and is guided over a deflection roller in the region of the joint.
- the post can be folded over at a sufficient speed, but still securely, and can also be pulled up again.
- the drive can be designed as a simple electric motor, which can be easily supplied with the necessary energy and which easily applies the necessary forces to operate the cable.
- the solar cells supplying the drive are attached to the outside of the post are ordered. Even without direct sunlight, the solar cells known today bring the necessary energy to supply a drive for folding or pulling up a post. In addition, the outer surface of the post forms enough space to attach the required solar cells. Incoming rays are caught from all possible sides and effectively converted into electrical energy, so that ultimately the necessary energy is available even in the dark. In unfavorable conditions, the invention provides that an energy store is connected between the solar cells and the drive, in order to hold and store the energy required for night operation or foggy days.
- a flashing light is assigned to the post provided with signal colors.
- the turn signal lamp is suitably illuminated in the approach direction, and on the other hand, the existing barrier is pointed out at an early stage.
- the solar cells have a significant advantage because they provide the energy required to operate the flashing light at all times.
- Damage to the post on the one hand or to a vehicle on the other hand is reliably prevented by the drive being provided with overload protection. If he encounters an obstacle while tipping over or flipping over, the further flipping process is automatically stopped, thus preventing damage. The same applies to the erection of the post.
- the invention provides that the receiver is designed as a selenium cell that responds only to the vehicle's headlight flasher and has an associated time delay relay.
- the post can only be operated from the vehicle that is already at a certain distance from the post or is moving towards it. Damage to the vehicle due to accidentally raised bollards cannot occur. It is particularly expedient if the receiver can be armed via the selenium cell and only then can it be addressed by the transmitter. The cooperation of both initiators ensures at the same time that the post is not erected or knocked down by an unauthorized third party.
- the headlight flasher advantageously acts as an additional safeguard, wherein an associated time delay relay, in particular when the vehicle is moving away, can prevent any contact with the vehicle; and it is also conceivable that a suitable other light source is used instead of the flashing light.
- the invention provides that the drive, receiver and the mechanical parts are assigned to a mounting rail which can be fixed in the post. It is only necessary to accommodate or fasten the mounting rail within the post, while the entire remaining assembly can be carried out in the manufacturing plant, so that only the connections have to be made at the installation site during the final assembly.
- the entrances and entrances secured by such posts may have to be kept passable by the fire brigade, emergency doctor or ambulance.
- the invention provides that a switch which can be actuated by a triangular security key is assigned to the drive.
- These triangular safety keys are common for the cases described and can also be used here to make the barrier posts passable at any time in emergencies. Either the key is used to actuate the drive and the post is flipped over, or the key and the drive and thus the lock are switched off so that the post can be flipped over by hand. It is also conceivable that the receivers and transmitters assigned to the posts are equipped with coordinated locking elements.
- a general circuit can be specified by appropriate blocking elements, which then enables the fire brigade, the police, the emergency doctor and the ambulance to also remove the barrier by remote control.
- the invention is particularly characterized in that a barrier post is created which can be controlled and operated safely and without great effort from the approaching vehicle or from any other distance without direct influence.
- the barrier post according to the invention offers the advantageous possibility of securing so-called car ports and access routes without the need for additional monitoring personnel.
- the person authorized can easily block the barrier Operate posts from a sufficient distance, which is pleasant and advantageous, especially in unfavorable weather.
- the empty parking lot is kept free for the owner by the remote-controlled bollard, which is a considerable advantage in the confined space in the residential areas.
- the car ports offer the option of raising the barrier post after the vehicle has run over it, so that it is secured when parking.
- the post 1 shown in perspective in FIG. 1 can be folded around the joint 2, this joint being arranged as close as possible to the base plate 3 embedded in the carriageway 4.
- the post 1 is provided with a signal color code 5 and additionally with the flashing light 6, which is flashing or illuminated in the direction of access.
- solar cells 8, 9 are arranged distributed over the surface of the post 1. These solar cells can also cover the entire surface, depending on how much energy is required.
- the folding of the post 1 takes place with the aid of the drive 10, which is accommodated above the joint 2 in the hollow post 1.
- a cable 11 with a pulley 12 and a rope 13 is assigned to the drive 10.
- the rope 13 is guided in the region of the joint 2 via a deflection roller 14 and fixed with its rope end 15 to the stop 16 of the base plate 3.
- the post 1 set up with an inclination in the direction of travel tilts over due to its own weight and takes the rope 13 with it when the drive 10 is idling. As a result, sufficient braking occurs so that the post 1 is brought into its end position relatively gently.
- the joint 2 is expediently designed as a hinge and thus adequately sealed.
- the other sides have a protruding seal 17, so that negative weather influences can not be noticed here.
- the drive 10 is assigned an on / off switch 21 in order to switch off the drive 10 if necessary and to enable manual actuation of the post 1.
- Fig. 4 finally shows that the automatic flipping of the post 1 when unlocking the drive 10 instead of only by tilting the post 1 can also be done by appropriate assignment of a weight attached to the tip 22 and overhanging weight 23.
- FIG. 5 shows a possibility of erecting a post 1.
- all parts of the post 1 are arranged above the carriageway 4.
- the drive 10 and the other parts are housed within the hollow post 1.
- the value of such a locking device increases, so that it can be quite expedient to provide a separate anti-theft device here.
- This can be, for example, that the attachment to the substrate, i.e. is covered with the roadway 4 so that it can only be reached by unauthorized persons by destruction.
- Other covers can be provided to shield the folded post 1, the cover being additionally secured, for example, by suitable locks or similar barriers.
Description
- Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Darstellung des Absperrpfostens,
