Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Rahmen für insbesondere Doppelbodenplatten.The invention relates to a frame for double floor panels in particular.

Bei derartigen Bodenplatten besteht ein Problem dar­in, daß die Biegekante zwischen an der Trittfläche der Platte liegendem Schenkel einerseits und die Sei­tenkante der Platten bildendem Teil des Rahmenbleches andererseits einen Radius von in der Regel mindestens etwa 1 mm aufweist. Dadurch bildet sich bei einem An­einanderlegen der Platten ein entsprechend großer Spalt, der in der Praxis unerwünscht ist. Besonders störend wirkt dieser Spalt z.B., wenn die Bodenplat­ten mit einem dünnen Hartbelag als Trittflächenbelag versehen werden. In solchen Fällen kann es nämlich passieren, daß der Hartbelag durch Belastung, z.B. durch auf diese Stelle mit Pfennigabsätzen auftreten­de Damen, einbricht. Dabei kann dieser von dem freien Seitenrand 6 gebildete Abschluß mit dem am weitesten außen liegenden Bereich des Teiles 4 des Blechprofils 1 übereinstimmen. Claims (2)

1. dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schenkel (2) aus einem auf sich selbst um 180 Grad zurückgebogenen Blechteil (5) besteht, bei dem das umgeklappte Ende in der die Trittflä­che bildenden Plattenoberfläche liegt und dort mit seinem freien Seitenrand (6) den seitlichen Plattenabschluß bildet.

daß jedes Blechprofil (7) entweder in der den Seitenabschluß der Platte bildenden Fläche oder in dem umgebogenen Schenkel (2) zunächst nahe der Biegekante (8) eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende Sicke (9) aufweist, die anschließend in die je­weilige Ebene des Bleches so verformt wird, daß Material lediglich in Richtung der Biegekante (8) zur Bildung einer nach außen exakt rechtwinkligen Biegekante (8) fließen kann, wozu einerseits die nicht in Fließrichtung liegenden Teile des Blech­profiles (7) während des Verformens der Sicke (9) lagefixiert sind und daß dabei andererseits der Biegekanten (8)-Bereich in eine Form mit recht­winkliger Innenkontur zu liegen kommt.
