A refrigeration device intended to be worn under a thermally insulating garment, of the kind comprising at least one reserve of frigories (4), characterized in that it comprises, attached to a support (2), a thermally insulating sheet (3, 3 ′, 3˝) carrying this reserve of frigories (4, 5) by being interposed between it and the body to be cooled. 2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la réserve de frigories est emballée dans cette feuille qui est munie d'éléments élastiques d'ouverture (8) tendant à déplier cette feuille, d'organes complémentaires de maintien ( 6, 9, 10, 12) adaptés à maintenir de façon transitoire la feuille en sa configuration d'emballage et de moyens de déverrouillage (7, 13, 20, 21, 23) à commande manuelle adaptés à commander une dissociation de ces éléments de maintien.2.
