Abstract

A shoe insole, made of latex for example, is described, which is closed off both on the underside and on the upper side with an air-permeable fibrous non-woven made of natural fibres or of other natural materials. The sole can be latticed and form a frame for the insole, which is provided on top with knobs and forms raised acupressure points and/or ridges, and between the webs and the like physiologically active material is intercalated. The anatomically formed sole is closed around the edge. As the lowest layer of the insole, turned towards the sock of the shoe, a metal foil can be arranged, on which there are also semi-conductor element spangles; uppermost, it can have a natural skin stuck on it.

Description

The invention relates to a shoe insole made of synthetic or natural materials, preferably made of non-porous latex and other materials for the top and bottom.

Not only during the cold season does a high percentage of the population of our latitudes suffer continuously or only temporarily from so-called "cold feet". This does not only occur when the outside temperature is below freezing, but mostly especially at higher temperatures, when after intensive walking the temperature of the foot skin rises above the usual 35 ° C due to this work. Because now there is a greater excretion of moisture, which can only be fully absorbed by the footwear first, because the water-absorbent part will soon be saturated. If only limited air movement is possible in the interior of the shoe, the small air space between the foot and shoe material can no longer absorb enough water vapor that could be evacuated by convection. The density of the stockings, but especially the material of the shoe, can only do this imperfectly that the moisture - even at temperatures in living rooms - is condensed again as a liquid: the foot remains moist. These effects can still be felt for hours, especially when sedentary activity the feet themselves no longer have to do any actual work. Due to the continuously low evaporation of this moisture film, the temperature of the foot skin remains significantly lower: not only subjectively, you got "cold feet"!

A working group at the Institute for Occupational Physiology at the Technical University of Munich carried out basic scientific research on the bioclimate in closed shoes from 1970 to 1975, which raised the awareness of the importance of a microclimate of clothing not only for well-being, but also for human health is relevant. The result showed that relative air humidity up to 65% and skin temperature between 30 and 35 ° C are subjectively perceived as pleasant: with the higher percentage value for air humidity one would have a damp and not a dry 'overall impression'. The combination of the temperature and the humidity in the shoe is therefore a dynamic equilibrium, which reacts to endogenous and exogenous influences that develop particularly due to the different physical properties of the footwear; the qualities of stockings or shoes are crucial here, like this Mi is perceived as a climate. It was found to be essential that even in our temperate climate the amount of liquid per foot can be 70 ml for a period of 12 hours.

The resulting hypothermia of the foot can now be harmful to health: due to the liquid film that has existed for a long time, the tissue of the epidermis is so attacked that it is particularly susceptible to mycoses. On the other hand, it is also so weakened that eczema can develop, allergies are observed less frequently. It is therefore not surprising that, according to current estimates, the majority of all residents of our latitudes suffer from some kind of foot dermatosis, i.e. an infectious foot disease. This is strongly encouraged by the fact that it is easy to get infected in indoor pools, changing rooms of outdoor pools, saunas and sports venues of all kinds, despite the fact that there are usually disinfection showers for the feet, since the importance of organizing leisure time through sports has increased significantly.

So it is an extremely important task to increase the level of humidity directly near your feet lower that the effects described above can not occur and this is also guaranteed regardless of the worn shoe or hosiery, because a satisfactory convection in this strongly constricted foot space is only possible to an extremely limited extent. The stocking material used in particular contributes to this negative effect, since it is becoming more and more common to add such a synthetic type to the natural fibers or to replace them entirely with the second-mentioned. However, this means that the hosiery is hardly able to isolate the heat emitted by the foot so that only the excess moisture emitted can escape to the outside while the main part is absorbed by the hosiery material. However, the hosiery made of synthetic fibers is practically ineffective in solving these bioclimatic problems. Which would reach the point at which a shoe insole should not only take on these tasks.

It is also known in medicine to apply specialties to the skin, for example by means of a plaster, in such a way that the active agent reaches the organism in microns of amounts through the epidermis over a longer period of time. Even very voluminous molecules, mostly lipophilic in character, can be incorporated into the ser kind become physiologically effective.

The object of the invention described below is therefore a shoe insole that not only enables a perfect water vapor exchange combined with appropriate heat insulation, but also guarantees better blood circulation in the sole of the foot, massages and irritates at certain acupuncture points or in the known reflex zones and meridians the overlying tissue shapes and supports the foot.

This object is achieved by the configurations described in the claims.

The load-bearing frame of the shoe insole, hereinafter referred to as the insole, comprises a 5 mm high frame made of a suitable material, for example of 3-6 mm latex or a similar material. It is sufficient, but also stiff enough to provide effective support for the various foot shapes thanks to its anatomically shaped surface. The material can absorb a pressure of approx. 1.5 - 3.5 N / mm without being irreversibly deformed. The load-bearing webs of the scaffold, which can be arranged in a wide variety of ways, are used for the even derivation of dynamic and static pressures that are in the This order of magnitude and for an inventive special purpose, which will be described below.

In addition, they are provided with knobs at their crossing points. These elevations massage the entire bottom of the foot.

The above-mentioned webs of the insole, which virtually represent a framework, form a cavity within the sole with one another and with the edge of the insole, which can have different volumes and the most varied shapes. The cavities that are delimited by the webs can delimit large areas of the insole, but also small ones that correspond to so-called reflex zones of the sole of the foot or that combine several such reflex zones.

The main zones of this insole are mainly in the heel, instep and toe areas in the form of webs from z. B. pore-free latex, which converge at one point so that they form a punctiform or rib-shaped elevation. At these points, comparable to the acupuncture points and / or meridians, a special irritation and massage are inevitably exerted on the foot tissue above.

The top and bottom of the insole are each air-permeable by fibers made of natural materials, these can be fleece, fabric, or knitted fabric z. B. from sisal or coconut fibers. If desired and applicable, the underside and the top of the shoe sole can also be covered from a material made of synthetic fibers or from a material which contains synthetic and natural fibers as a mixture.

Verbindundungen bilden. The bottom layer of this insole can also be a perforated or closed metal foil or contain one, so that it controls the desired convection currents in the foot space delimited by the shoe. In addition, the metal foil can be equipped with a wide variety of metal particles, for example with germanium or other analog semiconductor particles, and / or can form a total of their alloys or compounds.

The top layer of the insole is a natural material. This natural fabric can also be in the form of natural fibers such as wool, cotton or a suitable piece of fur. In addition, virgin wool that has not yet been degreased has an important capacity for absorbing condensation, which can be up to a quarter of the weight of the virgin wool used.

According to the invention, however, it is particularly important that the cavities or chambers of the framework of the insole, which are formed by the intersecting and connected webs, for example made of latex, and which are covered on the top and bottom as described above, are filled with physiologically relevant specialties which can now act on the organism in a selectable manner.

According to the invention, medicinally effective specialties are now in powder, granule, leaf, tablet, etc. form. so filled into the chambers described above that they are available over a long period of time in the small climate of footwear which is favorable for this type of application and are therefore applicable. Since there is little free air volume in the footwear and this is filled to a finite amount with a suitably tempered water vapor, the effectiveness of the specialties is guaranteed, which have a finite vapor pressure and can react both lipophilic and hydrophilic. This does not only apply to fragrances such as Musk or for organic substances that have a relatively high vapor pressure, such as. B. camphor, wintergreen oil, eucalyptus, but with medicinal teas, that is, for medicinal plant parts, but also for trace elements, which can be mixed with the teas or medicinal plant parts such as leaves. Chemical, relevant compounds can also be included.

Spray-dried products are advantageous according to the invention because high concentrations can be accommodated in the limited spaces or chambers.

A spray-dried tea extract is therefore a cheap form of application.

The chambers of the sole can, for example, be filled with the following specialties in a suitable form, such as dried plant particles in, for example, pressed form or in the form of spray-dried extract:
Tea made from: gentian root, bitter orange peel, centaury, wormwood, cinnamon
or from valerian roots, caraway seeds, peppermint leaves, chamomile flowers
or from fennel, chamomile flowers, peppermint leaves, senna leaves.

The teas listed above are only examples of active ingredients which, individually or in a mixture with other active ingredients, can be broken, pressed or selected as spray-dried extract or spray-dried material in the cavities of the insole described above, that is, taking into account those mentioned above Reaction zones attached to the sole of the foot and, due to the special type and arrangement of the insole, act on the human body.

Das erfindungsgemäß ausgeformte Kammersystem läßt dieses ohne weiteres zu.They take effect either alone or in groups of several, which means that a global mixture is not filled in all chambers, but is given separately in certain districts. The chamber system formed according to the invention allows this without further ado.

However, it is also possible to fill the above-mentioned chambers and cavities with agents which themselves contain liquids or water-containing extracts and which act on the sole of the foot through the function of the insole. However, the liquid-containing agents are so dimensioned that they do not adversely affect the function of the insole. If the ideas of the invention are successful, it is possible to introduce moisture-absorbing substances into the cavities, which in turn release their moisture, and finally the cavities can additionally contain agents which sorb the moisture and are used, for example, for deodorization.

The invention has been described in the above description in its application to an insole that can be worn in normal and everyday footwear. However, the invention is just as effective, even more effective if it has the shape and arrangement of a shoe sole on a slipper like the one worn in the house, clinics, saunas or spa centers.

In such a case, the insole would meet the criteria of the above invention, would only be of a larger volume, and would be made of a material that would suit this application.

It could e.g. B. a slipper made of woven or knitted or fur-like upper material, the sole of which is provided with an inner frame, the chambers or cavities are large, however, and the material of the insole does not have to be necessary durability as in a street shoe. The use of such a shoe, which could be called a slipper or spa shoe, would have the advantage that it could be combined with treatment measures.

The invention is more effective because there is no need to wear the stockings. As is known, spa guests with limited activities spend their stay in a spa center or in a sanatorium, in which slippers are mainly worn because one spends a long time indoors.

The shoe can also have the shape of a so-called "slipper" or a "slipper".

The invention will now be explained with reference to the drawing, which shows examples.

  • Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt der Einlegesohle nach Fig. 1 auf der Linie A - A,
  • Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt von der Linie A - A′ der Fig. 3 und
They represent:
  • 1 shows an embodiment of an insole according to the invention with four chambers or cavities which can be filled with active substance,
  • 2 shows a cross section of the insole according to FIG. 1 on the line A - A,
  • 3 shows a further embodiment of an insole in a wide variety of shapes and sizes,
  • Fig. 4 shows a cross section from the line A - A 'of FIGS. 3 and
  • Fig. 5 is a schematic representation of the sole of the foot with the reflex zones. The left sole of the foot is shown.

In Fig. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes the insole, which consists of a frame with webs 2 and edge 3, which are connected to one another and form chambers 4, which are filled with the most physiologically effective specialties in the form of plant parts or extracts. The edge 5 is the connecting edge between the cover 6 of the top and the cover 7 of the bottom. The edge 5 can of course also be omitted in that the edge 3 is laid further outwards or the edge 5, which can be referred to as the quilted edge, can be glued upwards from the outside against the edge 3. The cover 6 above and below 7 is made of the materials mentioned in the description.

Diese Erhebungen dienen der mechanischen Einwirkung auf die Fußsohle.3 shows a further possibility of producing and designing an insole according to the invention. Here, too, webs 2 are available in a wide variety of lengths and arrangements, which now form chambers 4 'in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, so it can be seen that there are larger chambers in the toe area of the sole than in the middle area and in the heel area at 8. The arrangement of these walls must be adapted to the intended use of the insole. As shown, large and small chambers can be combined and particularly strong webs as shown at 2 'and thin webs as at reference number 2. As with 9, at the intersection points of the webs 2 nub-like or rib-like elevations can be made, as indicated at 10 and 11. These elevations serve the mechanical impact on the sole of the foot.

The material 6 for the upper side and that for the lower side 7 is fastened to the frame of the sole, which is formed by the partition walls of the chambers in connection with the outer edge 12, for example by gluing or welding.

In Fig. 4, the filling with the effective specialties is indicated in the two right chambers at 13 by the points. The upper cover 6 can be a fur-like natural material in FIG. 4.

The framework of the insole can consist of a suitable latex, which ensures both the required strength and the stability of the sole in itself. 5 are known reflex zones which can be influenced by the design of the insole according to the invention.
