Definitions
- the invention has for its object to provide a method for filling bags that allows good bag shape and safe filling for bulky products.
- bags are made on the left and boxes on the right.
- the bags can be produced from a continuous web 1, which consists of a heat-weldable material, which is provided with a weld seam along longitudinally abutting longitudinal edges.
- the adjacent ends of successively produced bags 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 are heat-sealed and cut off or separated from one another.
- the bags 5 and 6 shown in Fig. 1 are already separated.
- the boxes form rigid packaging, for example from preformed cardboard boxes 11, which are first closed on the floor, while the upper closing flaps remain open, preferably horizontally stretched outwards.
- the boxes 12, 13, 14, ... are shaped in a manner known per se and brought into the vicinity of the bags.
- the bags 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 are in a flat folded state after welding and separation.
- spreading devices 21, 22, 23,... are provided which, in the closed state, are inserted into the folded bags up to the bottom of the bag in order to subsequently open them, thereby opening the front wall from the rear wall of a bag to spread apart.
- the closed spreader 21 is prepared to be inserted into a bag; the closed spreading device 22 is partially inserted and the closed spreading device 23 entirely in the bag 5 or 6.
- the bags with the inserted, preferably still closed, spreading devices are at least partially inserted into the boxes in order to spread the bags in this position by opening the spreading devices and to fill them with the bulk material.
- the device according to FIG. 1 has a distributor 31, by means of which the bags are filled. If the bags were only partially inserted into the boxes at the beginning, this operation is now carried out completely until the bags at least approximately touch the bottom of the boxes.
- the open spreading devices are pulled out and the boxes are closed.
- FIG. 2 two bag-shaped or flat folded bags 41 and 42 and a closed spreading device 43 are shown, which is about to be inserted into the bag 42. Another closed spreading device 44 is inserted into a bag 45.
- the device 43 has four rigid shaping elements or fingers 46, 47, 48 and 49, which can be spread out in pairs.
- the fingers are in a closed position in which the tips of the fingers 46 and 47 or 48 and 49 almost touch, whereby they could preferably also touch flat on leveled surfaces.
- a third spreading device 51 is inserted, the shaping elements or fingers of which have already been spread out in pairs, so that the bag is no longer pocket-shaped, but at least approximately forms a cuboid or a parallelepiped.
- the bag 50 with the inserted open device 51 is located above a box 52, into which it is inserted in a later process step.
- FIG. 2 also shows a distributor in the form of a pair of spoons 53 which, for example, drops corn flakes or corn flakes 54 into a bag 55.
- a distributor in the form of a pair of spoons 53 which, for example, drops corn flakes or corn flakes 54 into a bag 55.
- the open spreading device 57 still inserted in it is pulled out, preferably by pulling the fingers together by a small amount before the spreading device is moved out.
Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for filling bags with bulk material according to claim 1 and a device for carrying out the method according to claim 7.
The invention has for its object to provide a method for filling bags that allows good bag shape and safe filling for bulky products.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a method according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in further claims.
- Fig. 1 is a schematic representation of a system with a device for performing the method according to the invention, and
- Fig. 2 is a schematic representation of an embodiment of the operation of such a device.
In the device shown schematically in FIG. 1, bags are made on the left and boxes on the right. The bags can be produced from a continuous web 1, which consists of a heat-weldable material, which is provided with a weld seam along longitudinally abutting longitudinal edges. The adjacent ends of successively produced
The boxes form rigid packaging, for example from
In a further process step, the bags with the inserted, preferably still closed, spreading devices are at least partially inserted into the boxes in order to spread the bags in this position by opening the spreading devices and to fill them with the bulk material. For this purpose, the device according to FIG. 1 has a
In Fig. 2 two bag-shaped or flat folded
The
In a
