Das Schlagwerk 5 ist durch ein an sich von Bohrhämmern her bekanntes Taumelgetriebe 6 angetrieben, das ein Drehantriebsglied 7 und einen hin- und hergehend angetriebenen Kolben 8 aufweist. Das Drehantriebsglied 7 trägt einen Teil einer Kupplung 10, deren anderer Teil an einer Schalthülse 11 angeordnet ist.
