Die Flächen 3 und 4 weisen Bohrungen 6 auf, die gleichmäßig mit einem gegenseitigen Abstand von etwa 5o mm über die Flächen verteilt sind und einerseits in den Umriß des Verkleidungsteiles 5 führen während die Bohrungen in dem Teil 1 in einen abgeschlossenen Raum 7 führen zu dem eine abschließbare Leitung 8 führt. Durch die Leitung 8 können vortemperierte Gase oder Dämpfe in den Raum 7 und durch die Bohrungen 6 in der Fläche 3 in den Umriß des zu fertigenden Verkleidungsteiles 5 geführt werden. Die Bohrungen 6 in der Fläche 4 führen in den umgebenden freien Raum. Mit einer solchen Vorrichtung können Verkleidungsteile gemäß der oben genannten irischen Patentanmeldung gefertigt werden indem durch Einleitung von Gasen mit 6 - 10 bar und mit einer Temperatur von etwa 200 Grad C in den Raum 7 das untere Vlies 9 verdichtet und das obere Vlies 10 entsprechend gedehnt wird, sodaß ein Feder-Masse-System entsteht. Auch kann auf das Vlies 9 gemäß Figur 2 eine Dekorschicht 16 aufkaschiert werden, wenn die Dekorschicht soweit luftdurchlässig ist, daß sie die Kompression des Vlieses 9 nicht behindert oder mit entsprechen höherem Druck in dem Raum 7 gearbeitet wird.In Figure 1, the upper part of the mold with 1 and the lower part with 2 is designated. Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von multifunktionalen Verkleidungsteilen, die die Form eines Feder-Masse-Systems haben und aus durch Sperrschichten getrennten Vliesen verschiedener Dichte bestehen deren unterrschiedliche Dichte durch die Einwirkung von Druck und Temperatur eingestellt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorrichtung aus einer zweiteiligen Form (1,2) besteht deren beide Teile
in Arbeitsstellung die Umriße des zu fertigenden Verkleidungsteiles einschließen,
in den die die Umriße einschließenden Flächen (3,4)in flächenhaft gleichmäßiger Verteilung Bohrungen (6) aufweisen, die einerseits in den Umriß des zu fertigenden Verkleidungsteiles (5)
und andererseits an mindestens einem der beiden
Teile in einen abgeschlossenen Raum (7) führen in den Gas oder Dampf mit vorgegebener Temperatur eingeführt werden können oder in dem ein Vakuum erzeugt werden kann.
