Description

  • Die Erfindung richtet sich auf einen Wischbezug für die Naß- oder Feuchtreinigung von Fußböden, bestehend aus einem textilen Trägergebilde in länglicher Form mit oberseitig endständig aufgebrachten Haltereinschubtaschen und unterseitig aufgebrachtem Material zur Aufnahme von Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit in Form von Zotteln, Fransen, Schlingen, Schwammtuchstreifen o. dgl.
  • Derartige Wischbezüge werden bei der Fußbodenreinigung verwendet. Hierzu werden die Wischbezüge auf Halter aufgezogen. Dabei werden die Enden der Halter in die Haltereinschubtaschen eingeführt. Die Halter weisen einen Stiel auf, so daß die Halter mit aufgezogenem Wischbezug bequem über die zu reinigenden Fußböden geführt werden können.
  • Ein gattungsgemäßer Wischbezug, bei welchem die Haltereinschubtaschen aus textilem Flächengebilde gebildet sein können, ist aus DE-A-2 551 678 und DE-C-3809279 bekannt. Bei einem derartigen Wischbezug kann die Einführung des Halters in die Haltereinschubtaschen aber nur bei geöffneten bzw. offenstehenden Taschen erfolgen. Da die Wischbezüge bei der Benutzung aber häufiger zur Entwässerung Pressen zugeführt werden und in regelmäßigen Abständen auch in Waschmaschinen gewaschen und gereinigt werden, kommt es vor, daß die Taschen nicht offenstehen, sondern auf dem textilen Trägergebilde aufliegen. Um den Halter einführen zu können, müssen die Taschen dann zunächst von Hand aufgerichtet werden.
  • Ein weiterer Wischbezug, bei welchem die Haltereinschubtaschen aus Kunststoff bestehen, ist aus der DE-A-37 37 414 bekannt. Auch dieser Wischbezug weist die vorstehend aufgeführten Nachteile auf.
  • Um hier Abhilfe zu schaffen, sind Wischbezüge bekannt, die im Bereich der Taschenöffnungen Verstärkungen in Form von eingezogenen steifen Plastikstreifen oder ähnliche Stege aufweisen. Diese sind in den Haltereinschubtaschen eingenäht.
  • Derartige Verstärkungen weisen aber eine Reihe von Nachteilen auf. Zunächst einmal verursachen diese steifen Stege beim Auspressen der Wischbezüge in Pressen Probleme. Die Wischbezüge klemmen dann häufig zwischen den Preßrollen der Pressen. Auch wird hier bei Verstärkungsstreifen aus Plastik oder Kunststoff häufig eine Zerstörung der Verstärkungen festgestellt, so daß die Funktion des Offenhaltens der Taschenöffnungen anschließend nicht mehr gegeben ist. Des weiteren weisen die bekannten Vorschläge Nachteile bei der Reinigung, also beim Waschen der Wischbezüge auf. Die versteiften Bereiche behindern den Walkprozeß beim Waschen der Wischbezüge in Waschmaschinen. Weiterhin scheuern die steifen Stege und Taschen beim Waschprozeß auf dem Trägergebilde und führen so zu einer frühzeitigen Zerstörung des Wischbezuges. Auch wird das Gewicht der Waschgutmenge durch die Versteifungen erhöht, da die Haltereinschubtaschen nunmehr schwerer sind. Schließlich besteht die Gefahr, daß sich die in Form von Plastik- bzw. Kunststoffstreifen ausgebildeten Verstärkungen beim Trocknen in Trockenmaschinen aufgrund der relativ hohen Temperaturen verformen und damit ihre Funktion nicht mehr erfüllen.
  • Aus der DE-C-31 24 292 ist ein quellfähiges verzwirntes Kombinationsgarn bekannt, das beispielsweise bei der Herstellung von Wegwerfwindeln Verwendung findet.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist die Schaffung einer Lösung, mit der ein Offenhalten der Taschen zu bewirken ist, ohne die weiteren Gebrauchseigenschaften eines Wischbezuges zu beeinträchtigen.
  • Bei einem Wischbezug der eingangs bezeichneten Art wird diese Aufgabe gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß die Haltereinschubtaschen im Bereich der Taschenöffnung Streifen aus wasseraufnahme- und quellfähigem Material, vorzugsweise aus Zellulosevlies, in einer Stärke von 0,5 - 10 mm aufweisen, die nach Ausdehnung durch Flüssigkeits aufnahme die Taschen öffnungen öffnen bzw. offenhalten.
  • Die Wischbezüge kommen beim Naß- und Feuchtwischen von Fußböden mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit in Berührung. Diese wird von den vor der ersten Benutzung trockenen, aus wasseraufnahme- und/oder quellfähigem Material bestehenden Streifen aufgesogen, wodurch sich deren Volumen vergrößert bzw. diese sich audehnen. Hierdurch wird ein Öffnen bzw. das Offenhalten der Haltereinschubtaschen bewirkt. Diese, das Offenhalten der Einschubtaschen bewirkende, erfindungsgemäße Lösung, ist aber nicht von den obenstehend aufgeführten Nachteilen begleitet. Da das wasseraufnahme- und/oder quellfähige Material elastisch ist, behindern die Streifen das Auspressen der Wischbezüge nicht. Weiterhin beeinträchtigen sie beim Waschen der Wischbezüge nicht den in Waschmaschinen ablaufenden Walkprozeß und weist der Wischbezug auch keine versteiften Bereiche mehr auf, die auf der Textillage scheuern und deren Haltbarkeit beeinträchtigen könnten. Auch für das Taschenmaterial als solches besteht die Gefahr, daß es durch Reiben oder Scheuern an etwaigen eingezogenen Verstärkungen beschädigt wird, nicht. Ferner ist mit der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung keine wesentliche und ins Gewicht fallende Gewichtserhöhung des Wischbezuges verbunden.
  • In für das Offenhalten der Haltereinschuböffnungen vorteilhafter Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind die Streifen derart angeordnet, daß sie die Stirnkanten der Taschenöffnungen und innen und außen angrenzende Randbereiche der Haltereinschubtaschen überdecken.
  • Da die Haltereinschubtaschen auf der Textillage üblicherweise aufgenäht werden, sind die Streifen gemäß weiterer Erfindung zweckmäßigerweise dadurch mit der Tasche zu verbinden, daß die Streifen mit der jeweiligen Haltereinschubtasche vernäht sind.
  • Schließlich besteht eine Ausführungsart der Erfindung darin, daß die Taschen doppellagig ausgebildet sind und auf der Seite der Taschenöffnung zwischen den Lagen jeweils ein Streifen in Form eines Steges eingelegt und ggf. mit der Tasche vernäht ist. Dies hat produktionstechnisch den Vorteil, daß bei der Herstellung der Streifen zwischen die beiden Lagen der jeweiligen Tasche zunächst eingelegt werden kann und dort fixiert ist, bevor er anschließend ggf. mit der Tasche vernäht wird.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand der einzigen Zeichnung beispielsweise näher erläutert.
  • Diese zeigt einen erfindungsgemäßen Wischmop in teilweise geschnittener Darstellung.
  • Der insgesamt mit 1 bezeichnete Wischbezug weist ein textiles Trägergebilde 2 auf, auf welches längsendseitig jeweils eine Einschubtasche 3 für einen darin einzusetzenden Halter aufgenäht ist. Die Einschubtaschen 3 sind vorzugsweise jeweils als ein Kunststoffteil ausgebildet, können aber auch aus textilen Flächengebilden gebildet sein. Auf der Unterseite, d. h. auf der reinigungsaktiven Seite, weist das textile Trägergebilde 2 in Reihen nebeneinander angeordnete Streifen 4 aus Schwammtuchmaterial auf. Diese Streifen 4 sind in Längsrichtung des Trägergebildes 2 parallel nebeneinander angeordnet und jeweils bereichsweise entlang Linien 5 (gestrichelt) an dem Trägergebilde 2 befestigt. Umlaufend am äußeren Rand des textilen Trägergebildes 2 sind an dessen Unterseite ferner Fransen 6 befestigt. Ebenso sind zwischen den bogenförmigen Schwammtuchstreifen 4 Fransen 7 angeordnet.
  • Die auf die Oberseite des textilen Trägergebilde 2 aufgenähten Haltereinschubtaschen 3 weisen im Bereich der Taschenöffnungen 8 für die Einführung des Halters Streifen 9 auf. Diese Streifen 9 sind auf den Stirnkanten der Haltereinschubtaschen 3 und dem innen und außen angrenzenden Randbereich der Haltereinschubtaschen 3 aufgebracht. Die Streifen 9 bestehen aus einem wasseraufnahme- und quellfähigen Material, vorzugsweise aus einem Zellulosevlies, und sind längs von Nähten 10 mit den Haltereinschubtaschen 3 vernäht. Bei doppellagig ausgebildeten Haltereinschubtaschen 3 verbleibt jeweils von einer Naht 10 zu der Stirnseite im Bereich der Öffnungen 8 der Haltereinschubtaschen 3 hin zwischen den beiden Lagen des Taschenmaterials eine kanalartige Einschuböffnung. In diese jeweilige Einschuböffnung kann jeweils ein Streifen 9 eingebracht werden. Vorzugsweise sind die Streifen 9 so bemessen, daß sie aus der kanalartigen Einschuböffnung hervorstehen und um die Stirnkanten der beiden Lagen des Taschenmaterials herumgelegt und mit diesen, beispielsweise entlang der Nähte 10, vernäht werden können. Die Streifen 9 weisen eine Stärke von 0,5 - 10 mm, vorzugsweise eine Stärke von 4 mm, auf. Die Streifen 9 haben die Form und Funktion eines Steges.
  • Die Doppellagigkeit der Haltereinschubtaschen 3 kann auch dadurch gebildet sein, daß das Taschenmaterial im Bereich der Taschenöffnungen 8 unter Ausbildung der Öffnungsstirnkanten längs einer Falt- oder Falzlinie umgeschlagen oder umgefaltet und längs der Nähte 10 mit sich selbst vernäht wird. Im Bereich von den Nähten 10 bis zu den Stirnkanten der Taschenöffnungen 8 wird hierdurch ein Hohlraum geschaffen, an dessen Position vor dem Umfalten und Vernähen des Taschenmaterials jeweils ein Streifen 9 auf das Taschenmaterial gelegt wird. Dieses wird mit eingefaltet und ist nach Vernähen des Taschenmaterials verrutschsicher positioniert.

Claims (4)

  1. Wischbezug (1) für die Naß- oder Feuchtreinigung von Fußböden, bestehend aus einem textilen Trägergebilde (2) in länglicher Form mit oberseitig endständig aufgebrachten Haltereinschubtaschen (3) und unterseitig angebrachtem Material (4, 6, 7) zur Aufnahme von Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit in Form von Zotteln, Fransen, Schlingen, Schwammtuchstreifen o. dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Haltereinschubtaschen (3) im Bereich der Taschenöffnungen (8) Streifen (9) aus wasseraufnahme- und quellfähigem Material, vorzugsweise aus Zellulosevlies, in einer Stärke von 0,5 - 10 mm angeordnet sind, die nach Ausdehnung durch Flüssigkeitsaufnahme die Taschenöffnungen (8) öffnen bzw. offenhalten.
  2. Wischbezug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen (9) die Stirnkanten der Taschenöffnungen (8) und innen und außen angrenzende Randbereiche der Haltereinschubtaschen (3) überdecken.
  3. Wischbezug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen (9) mit der jeweiligen Haltereinschubtasche (3) vernäht sind.
  4. Wischbezug nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltereinschubtaschen (3) doppellagig ausgebildet sind und auf der Seite der Taschenöffnung zwischen den Lagen jeweils ein Streifen (9) in Form eines Steges eingelegt und ggf. mit der Tasche (3) vernäht ist.
