Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif d'introduction de petits paquets (10), en particulier de paquets de cigarettes, dans un gros récipient, en particulier un carton (16), les paquets (10) étant orientés en rangées ou en couches à l'intérieur du gros récipient, avec les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) le dispositif présente un récipient intermédiaire (18) dans lequel les paquets sont susceptibles d'être insérés et d'où ils peuvent être transférés dans le grand récipient,
    b) le récipient intermédiaire (18) présente plusieurs chambres (19), délimitées par des parois horizontales (26) situées les unes au-dessus des autres,et prévues pour recevoir chacune un groupe de paquets (20) constitué de plusieurs paquets (10),
    c) les chambres (19) sont ouvertes pour permettre l'expulsion de paquets (10) regroupés en groupes (20) et correspondant au contenu d'un gros récipient et pour permettre l'insertion dans le gros récipient, aux extrémités mutuellement opposées,
    d) pour assurer l'expulsion hors du récipient intermédiaire (18) et l'introduction dans le gros récipient tourné par un côté ouvert vers le récipient intermédiaire, il est prévu un organe d'expulsion (42) dont les poussoirs (43) pénètrent dans le récipient intermédiaire sur un côté ouvert de celui-ci opposé au gros récipient,
    caractérisé par les propriétés ci-après :
    e) le récipient intermédiaire (18) présente, pour délimiter les chambres (19), également des parois verticales (25) de manière que les chambres (19) soient en fonction de la formation des paquets à l'intérieur du gros récipient disposées rangées les unes au-dessus des autres et également les unes à côté des autres,
    f) les poussoirs (43), pour assurer l'expulsion des paquets (10), pénètrent dans les chambres (19), dans la direction axiale de celles-ci.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le nombre des paquets (10) pouvant être introduits par transport globalement dans le récipient intermédiaire (18) correspond au contenu d'un ou plusieurs grands récipients, et que la section transversale intérieure libre et la longueur des chambres (19) correspondent respectivement à la section transversale et à la longueur d'un groupe de paquets (20).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'expulsion (42) présente un nombre de poussoirs (43) correspondant au nombre des chambres (19) à vider dans la durée d'une phase cadencée opératoire et dans la formation des chambres.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que les chambres (19) sont dimensionnées pour recevoir un groupe de paquets (20) constitué d'une pluralité et en particulier de deux rangées de paquets (17) disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autre, des paquets (10) parallélépipédiques étant orientés de préférence avec leur longueur orientée transversalement par rapport à la direction axiale des chambres (19).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'un tronçon de paquets (15) en progression continue peut être introduit de manière correspondante à la section transversale de remplissage des chambres (19), les uns après les autres dans les chambres (19) jusqu'à ce que celles-ci soient remplies.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que le tronçon de paquets (15) peut être amené au récipient intermédiaire (18) au moyen d'un transporteur d'amenée (28) qui débouche devant une chambre respective des chambres (19) à remplir.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que des récipients intermédiaires (18) et des transporteurs d'amenée (28) sont déplaçables les uns par rapport aux autres au moins dans la zone de l'embouchure de celui-ci, afin de remplir les chambres (19) les unes après les autres.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le transporteur d'amenée (28) est déplaçable par rapport au récipient intermédiaire, au moins par pivotement dans le plan vertical pour remplir des chambres (19) disposées les unes à côté des autres dans un plan.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient intermédiaire (18) est déplaçable de façon cadencée par rapport à l'embouchure du transporteur d'amenée (28), dans une direction horizontale et/ou verticale.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient intermédiaire (18) rempli peut être amené depuis un poste de remplissage (27), par un transport vertical, à un poste de transfert (35) dans lequel le récipient intermédiaire (18) est positionné dans une position relative précise par rapport à un carton (16) ouvert.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que les récipients intermédiaires (18) sont susceptibles d'être amenés au poste de remplissage (27) par le dessous, les uns après les autres, à une position de remplissage, le récipient intermédiaire (18) qui se trouve dans la position de remplissage pouvant être soulevé de façon cadencée au moyen d'un récipient intermédiaire (18) se trouvant au-dessous, de manière correspondante au processus de remplissage.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que des récipients intermédiaires (18) vidés pouvent être amenés au poste de remplissage, sur un transporteur de retour (51) s'étendant au-dessous de la position de remplissage, et peuvent être soulevés les uns après les autres, jusqu'au niveau de la position de remplissage par un transporteur vertical (52).
