Abstract

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Innensack für ein wenigstens nach Ingebrauchnahme oben offenes Behältnis, der nach seiner Befüllung verschlossen und zur Abtrennung eines Oberteils in einem umlaufenden Bereich oberhalb des Füllguts bestimmt ist, um so in oben offener From die Entnahme des Füllguts zu erlauben.The invention relates to an inner bag for a container which is open at least after being put into use and which is closed after it has been filled and is intended for separating an upper part in a circumferential region above the filling material, so as to allow the filling material to be removed in an open manner from above.

Es ist bekannt, Schüttgüter in Säcken bzw. Beutel abzufüllen, und die verschlossenen Beutel bzw. Säcke in stabilen Behältnissen, wie beispielsweise verklebten Faltschachteln zu transportieren. Die Innensäcke können dabei als Ventilsäcke oder als oben offene Säcke ausgebildet sein, die nach dem Befüllen mit dem Füllgut möglichst dicht verschlossen werden. Bekannt ist ein derartiger Innensack, der aus einem stabilen Kunststoff besteht und nach dem Befüllen durch Verschweißen, Verkleben o.ä. hermetisch verschließbar ist, wobei der Sack durch das Füllgut nur zu einem gewissen Teil gefüllt wird. Der bekannte Sack ist mehrteilig hergestellt und weist ein Unterteil mit einem nach außem umgelegten Faltrand auf, an den das Oberteil angeschweißt ist. Zur Entnahme des Füllguts wird das durch die Faltschachtel gebildete Behältnis an einem horizontal umlaufenden Aufreißstreifen aufgerissen und das Oberteil entfernt. Der verschlossene Innensack steht nunmehr über die verbliebene obere Kante des Untereils des Behältnisses heraus und wird durch Abschneiden des Oberteils des Sackes entlang der durch die Faltkante gebildeten Schnittlinien abgeschnitten, so daß das oben offene Unterteil des Sacks in dem Behältnis verbleibt, so daß das Füllgut nunmehr frei zugänglich und leicht entnehmbar ist.It is known to fill bulk goods in sacks or bags, and to transport the closed bags or sacks in stable containers, such as, for example, glued folding boxes. Der Innensack besteht erfindungsgemäß aus Papier und kann somit in gleicher Weise wie eine Faltschachtel aus Pappe entsorgt werden. Die an sich bestehende Ungeeignetheit des mehrlagigen Papiermaterials zur Abtrennung des Oberteils des Sackes wird erfindungsgemäß in einfacher Weise dadurch beseitigt, daß der Papiersack aus wenigstens zwei Lagen besteht, die miteinander in dem horizontal umlaufenden Bereich, der zur Abtrennung des Oberteils von dem Unterteil des Sackes vorgesehen ist, miteinander verklebt sind. Die entpsrechende Klebschicht wird bei der Ausbildung des Sackschlauchs aufgetragen, so daß die Verklebung durch das Aufeinanderbringen der beiden Papierschläuche ausgebildet wird. Der Innensack kann in herkömmlicher Weise als Block- oder Klotzbodensack, als Kreuzbodenventilsach o.ä. ausgebildet sein. Der Innensacke kann als oben offener Sack befüllt und anschließend durch Umfalten und/oder Verkleben verschlossen werden.
