Die gegenständliche Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Saugkörpers für Reinigungszwecke bzw. einen derartigen Saugkörper.The subject invention relates to a method for producing an absorbent body for cleaning purposes or to such an absorbent body.

Es ist bekannt, für Reinigungszwecke aus einem stark saugfähigen Material gefertigte Saugkörper, welche eine quadrische Form aufweisen, zu verwenden. Der gegenständlichen Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, derartige Abfallmaterialien dadurch einer Verwertung zuzuführen, daß sie zur Herstellung eines handelsfähigen Produktes verwendet werden. Dies wird erfindungsgmäß erzielt, daß derartige Reststücke bzw. Abfallstücke von der Herstellung von Saugtüchern bzw. Saugkörpern mit einem Saugtuch umgeben werden, welches in der Folge zu einem Polster verarbeitet wird, dessen Füllung durch die Reststücke bzw. Abfallstücke gebildet ist. Ein erfindungsgemäßer Saugkörper für Reinigungszwecke ist demnach als Polster ausgebildet, dessen Füllung durch Reststücke bzw. Abfallstücke, welche bei der Konfektionierung von Saugtüchern bzw.
