Definitions
- the invention relates to a bracket on facade panels, the several retaining bolts projecting on the wall have plate-parallel retaining collars by at least one hook-like wall anchors are engaged with an anchor bolt can be anchored in the wall and the retaining bolts in suspension slots takes up, with a releasable assembly tool is available.
- a bracket on facade panels, several on the wall projecting retaining bolts with retaining collars parallel to the plates, which engage behind at least one hook-like wall anchor are anchored in the wall with an anchor bolt, is known from DE-A-3 737 081.
- the well-known retaining bolt is axially positively connected to the facade panel and supports a threaded nut on the wall that holds the plate-parallel retaining collar forms.
- This collar or the well-known mother becomes gripped by a wall anchor, the frame construction is formed, which with fastening screws in the wall is anchored.
- DE-A-1 916 590 discloses lightweight concrete slabs and Screw the retaining strips together using retaining bolts and the retaining strips to be provided with wall anchors in the existing ones in the wall large pear-shaped, undercut anchor holes inserted in which mortar is then poured in around the lightweight concrete slabs to fix.
- the wall anchors are bolts with nuts to be attached to the retaining bar, which via spacers screwed to the back of the lightweight concrete slabs.
- the bracket is accordingly constructed in many parts and complex to manufacture. The positioning of the lightweight concrete slabs is not uncritical as you have to wait until the mortar is cured. The assembly effort with the known bracket is accordingly high.
- FR-A-2 540 160 is a bracket with the entry known features known.
- the facade panel is large in size and correspondingly heavy, so it will be with a hoist raised to a position in the lower retaining bolt of the facade panel positioned in slots of anchor bolts are.
- a wall-side metal bracket used, the tilting of the facade panel from the wall as long prevents up to the upper retaining bolts in the facade panel are screwed in and hold them against tipping. Then it will be the metal clip is removed.
- the well-known metal clip is in essentially an assembly safety device. On your application can be dispensed with if that takes place in the usual way mechanical connection between wall anchor and retaining bolt is done quickly enough. As a result, it complicates known metal bracket the attachment of the facade panels.
- the invention is based on the object To improve the bracket with the features mentioned above, that the facade panels with simple means and in simple Way can be attached to the wall.
- This object is achieved in that as a releasable assembly aid a spring element between the retaining bolt and the wall anchor is present, the wall anchor against the retaining bolt pulls and is fixed on a plate edge.
- the facade panels with a substructure namely is moved away with the wall anchors. Rather, they are hook-like Wall anchors available, into which the retaining bolts with their plate-parallel retaining collars are attached. Accordingly the assembly of the facade panel with the wall anchors is extremely simple. A screw connection is not necessary. Accordingly the assembly effort is drastically reduced.
- the for the permanent connection of the facade panels with the wall anchors required holes in the facade panels and as retaining bolts Items to be used can be manufactured in the factory and can also be used on site in a simple manner.
- the wall anchors and the retaining bolts always have the same relative position to one another. Only then is it guaranteed that the anchor bolts of all wall anchors can be used correctly in the wall holes, which according to the scheme of the distribution of the retaining bolts over the facade panel were manufactured. So in order to achieve that Anchor bolts of the wall anchors have the same distribution pattern, like the retaining bolts, the bracket is designed so that before the plate assembly a permanent cohesion between the retaining bolts given a plate and its associated wall anchors is. The detachable connection of both components makes it possible to the insertion of the anchor bolts into the wall or after fastening the anchor bolt in the wall, e.g.
- the facade panels can be easily attached to the retaining collar their retaining bolts hooked back into their wall anchors be, the wall hole filled with adhesive the anchor bolt through unsolvable Adhesion holds so that a change in the desired Position of the facade panel relative to the wall is not he follows.
- the bracket is in view of the detachable connection the retaining bolt with its wall anchors designed so that for the detachable connection between the retaining bolt and the wall anchor a spring element is present that against the wall anchor pulls the retaining bolt and fixes it to a plate edge is.
- the spring element clamps the retaining bolt with the wall anchor, so that both together with the facade panel form a structural unit.
- the spring element because of its detachable attachment to the plate edge can be easily removed so that a solution of the connection between the retaining bolt and the wall anchor, for example after the wall anchor is fixed in place is.
- the repeal of the setting of the spring element on the Panel edge makes this assembly tool easy from the space between the facade panel and the wall remove what there is enough space for, e.g. because of that in this Thermal insulation still to be installed, for example after after removing the facade panels and after check that the anchor bolts are properly seated in the wall has been.
- the bracket is designed so that the spring element with a rigid hook the wall anchor and with another dimensionally stable hook engages behind a plate edge.
- the rigid Hooks allow a secure attack on the wall anchor or at the edge of the plate with simultaneous freedom in the Design of the spring element between these two hooks. A secure fit is guaranteed.
- the holder is advantageously designed such that that the hook engaging behind the wall anchor has a plate flanged lower edge for a plate-shaped anchor hook with a slanted bottom edge.
- the holder can also be designed in this way be that the hook engaging behind the plate edge a sheet metal plate with the sheet edge encompassing the plate edge is.
- the hooks described above must on the one hand on the designs consider the retaining bolt and the wall anchor, on the other hand also that on the back of the Facade plate a variety of brackets or retaining bolts and wall anchors are present.
- the Bracket designed so that the behind the wall anchor Hook a slot open in the area of a hook edge for embracing the anchor bolt and the game Has retaining collar and / or that the behind the plate edge Hook a recess to enclose a plate edge near Bracket.
- the open slot can be used during manufacture the hook is punched out by punching be, whereby the game is dimensioned so that the hook without long trials can be put.
- designing the hook behind the plate edge can take this into account be taken that two retaining bolts are aligned and that Assembly aids of a retaining bolt in or over the area the other retaining bolt would have to be relocated. The one with it associated difficulties are exacerbated by the the hook behind the plate edge avoided.
- bracket It is necessary to design the bracket so that the hooks engaging behind the wall anchor or the plate edge Have fasteners for the spring element, so a variety of separate parts for each other a single securing point or a single retaining bolt is avoided.
- the spring element is a perforated rubber band that with its holes over at least one each as a locking projection trained fastener one of the rear engaging Hook is buttoned.
- the rubber perforated tape can with the Snap projections of the hooks can be easily assembled. This assembly is reliable and cannot be solved accidentally.
- the perforated rubber band can easily be used again unbuttoned, for example if it is very worn or torn out at one end, or when another Length should be set, if with the same assembly tool a facade panel of a different size can be installed should.
- the bracket is designed so that the retaining bolt one in the plate arranged dowels with a radially projecting ring collar and a dowel retaining screw with a radial ring collar outstanding head that forms the plate-parallel collar and that the ring collar of the dowel in a hanging slot a plate-parallel anchor hook is attached.
- the retaining bolt is a two-part component, whose dowel holding screws perform two functions, namely on the one hand, securing the position of the dowel in the facade panel in the intended spread position and on the other the secure connection to the wall anchor by the plate parallel Retaining collar is designed so that it from the anchor hook of the wall anchor can be accessed.
- the holder can advantageously be developed in this way be that the anchor bolt near its wall end one covering the associated wall hole on the bolt when it is pushed into the bore elastic cover plate is provided.
- the elastic cover plate leaves out excess adhesive a wall hole, but prevents it from flowing out unintentionally.
- bracket with one after applying a thermal barrier coating pluggable between the wall and the facade panel Insulation layer holding disc is provided. Consequently it is possible to count the number of others outside the range the anchor bolts to be used to hold the thermal insulation layer at least to decrease.
- the bracket can also be perfected be that attached to the wall over the top plate edge Facade panel at least one on the facade side projecting mounting aid rail is releasably hooked, the Retaining hook after attaching another facade panel from the joint between the two facade panels after twisting can be pulled out by 90 °.
- the auxiliary mounting rail allows it, a facade panel assembled with wall anchors guided on the lower edge with the anchor bolts leading to the Push the wall closed, the anchor bolts of the wall anchors being correct engage in the holes in the wall and load the Facade panel over their retaining bolts due to tilting of the Facade panel is minimized. Accordingly, the mounting bolts holding the mounting bolts and the wall anchors together relieved. Because the retaining hook on the joint width can be adjusted, it is possible to use the auxiliary mounting rail easy to remove.
- bracket Another specialization of the bracket is given if the retaining hook with the mounting aid rail crosswise to Plate connected in an adjustable manner and in its screw-in positions can be fixed with a locking screw.
- a Bracket or an auxiliary mounting rail with such Holding hook makes it possible to also use the mounting aid rail for different Use plate thicknesses.
- the holder can be designed that the mounting aid rail is removable after next to it support in the joint between the two facade panels are introduced.
- the early removal of an assembly aid rail allows you to use it elsewhere, when fixing the anchor bolt in a hole in the Wall is not yet immovable. Secure during this time the support means the position of the facade panel sufficiently.
- the holder is advantageously designed such that that the wall anchor has an anchor bolt parallel to the retaining bolt, the plate-side end of a plate-parallel anchor hook Has.
- the anchor bolt is designed so that the wall anchor can be conveniently anchored in the wall.
- the design of the anchor bolt can be left to the respective application stay. However, this is the end of the anchor bolt on the plate side provided with a plate-parallel anchor hook that the hanging of the facade panels or the retaining bolts Facade panels made easier.
- the holder is advantageously designed so that the plate-parallel anchor hook from a flat plate consists of an anchor bolt designed as a threaded bolt is welded.
- the level forming the anchor hook Plate can be easily made by punching and their welding to the anchor bolt is easy mechanically possible. Because the anchor bolt as a threaded bolt is formed, it can easily in a wall Dowels are used, but preferably as adhesive anchors, by filling the threaded bolt with a wall hole filled with adhesive takes up, with an inseparable bond of the threaded bolt takes place with the wall.
- the bracket is advantageously designed so that the plate-parallel anchor hook has a vertical, open top Has a slot that is longer than that Joint width between two facade panels.
- a simple slit is sufficient to hold the facade panels in the wall anchor.
- the hanging length is dimensioned so large that a facade panel located in a composite panel not unintentionally from the associated suspension slots of the wall anchors can be removed, namely larger than the joint width between two facade panels.
- the plate-parallel anchor hook several each other has parallel suspension slots for one retaining bolt each it is possible to use a facade panel with fewer wall anchors Attach to wall.
- the one with its mutually parallel suspension slots a corresponding Number of retaining bolts and the facade panel with it supported in several places.
- the position of the plate anchor of the wall anchor on the retaining bolt or relative to the facade panel determined by the fact that the dowel holding screw between their Head and the thread one in the installation position directly or has a spacer collar that supports the dowel via an annular collar, whose height is slightly larger than the plate thickness of the anchor hook is.
- the dowel retaining screw with its axial play Spacer collar lightly in the hook slot of the anchor hook be hung up. The spacer collar ensures that the head the anchor screw always for the thickness of the anchor hook maintains the required distance from the dowel.
- the Bracket designed so that the anchor hook on the plate side Spacer projections is provided, whose projection is approximately the same the thickness of the ring collar of the anchor and / or the anchor screw is.
- the bracket can advantageously be designed such that a U-shaped resilient bracket is available for Holding a wall anchor together with a facade panel fastening the facade panel to the wall with a Leg over the retaining bolt and with the other leg below the wall anchor is clamped.
- the two legs of the bracket apply the retaining bolt and the wall anchors to each other to, whereby the arrangement of the dowel holding screw in Slot base of the suspension slot is guaranteed and thus as close as possible to the anchor bolt.
- the retaining clip of the bracket is as immovable as possible is, the latter is designed so that the retaining clip the mutually facing leg edges locking recesses and / or has an insertion stop.
- the retaining bolt and the wall anchor as immovable as possible in a predetermined relative position
- To connect with each other is to design the bracket so that to hold together a wall anchor with a facade panel before fastening the facade panel to the wall a clamping part is pushed onto the head of the dowel holding screw and / or is attached, which latches the anchor bolt.
- the fastening of the clamping part on the dowel holding screw can meet the requirements for connection strength be designed accordingly, for example as a clamp seat, while the locking takes place exclusively on the anchor bolt. It is also a very material-saving design.
- the retaining clip or the Clamping part with a plate-length handle and / or with spacing projections is provided.
- the bracket With the plate-length handle the bracket can be removed once the wall anchor is sufficiently firmly connected to the wall. That is with one Glue the case when the adhesive has hardened sufficiently.
- the spacing projections serve an improved Alignment of the retaining clip or the clamping part between the facade panel and the wall parallel to both.
- the bracket is designed so that the anchor hook and / or the retaining collar is a conical or the like. Clamping spring bridging with the hanging game turned off across the facade panel.
