Description
The invention relates to a System consisting of one or more identical profiles and at least one compact plate, according to the kind defined in the preamble of claim 1.
The construction of compact panels, especially so-called HPL (high pressure laminate) compact sheets, is defined in accordance with DIN 16926 and ISO 4586. Under the term compact panels also includes such panels, the one very similar to the DIN or ISO standard Own structure. The components of such compact panels are made of the same materials in the the same high-pressure presses as all HPL. plates and contain, depending on the molding process, occasionally adhesive layers. The one-sided or two-sided decorative coloring of the compact panel can a smooth or textured surface become.
The core of HPL compact panels has a very great strength and therefore can be great forces record without breaking or closing deform.
Such panels are used especially for facade and wall coverings due to their high weather and dimensional stability used, whereby care is taken that the attachment of the plates is invisible from the outside on a wall or a body. Such invisible ones Fastenings have so far been implemented for HPL compact panels in such a way that these panels glued or fastened with screws. In the case of screw connections, this is done directly with the compact panels, generally with the dowels in the panels. The connection with the wall behind or with the base body behind it is done using brackets. When the compact panels are fastened to the wall, the screw connections are generally used made with the help of dowels in the plates. It is due to the high bending stiffness the compact plates required, depending on the load and the format of the compact plate, to provide a relatively large number of fastening points, which makes the entire assembly on site time-consuming and accordingly becomes expensive. Different plate formats, when fixed invisibly Compact panels usually require complicated processing steps on site or Additional processing steps in the workshop for the preparation of the compact panels.
Grundkörper her. Grundkörper frei bewegen kann.DE-A 24 60 880 describes a fastening system which has an anchor for connecting Has facade panels with supporting elements attached to an anchoring base. The anchor engages in an undercut recess of a building or basic body. With the anchor is a U-profile firmly connected. The U-profile provides the connection with another component or Basic body. The cross section of the millings in the component or base body coincides with the cross section of the anchor. Since the U-profile is firmly connected to the anchor and otherwise takes up a facade panel in two slots, there is no possibility that the Facade panel can move freely relative to the component or base body.
For the production of corner connections in wood and for the linear guidance of slides or Such machine parts, it is known, tongue and groove connections or guide grooves and to use with these engaged sliders that have the same cross section as the Have guide groove, and are fitted into this.
The object of the invention is to provide a fastening system and a compact plate which largely tension-free is connected to the fastening system, whereby by the Dimensioning of the milling in the compact plate the mechanical strength of the compact plate should be weakened as little as possible.
This object is achieved in such a way that sections of the individual profiles in Cross sections of the individual milling, the side facing the base body or a wall the compact plate is attached, intervene positively so that the depth t of the milling a third up to half the thickness d of the compact plate is that the milling over part or over the total size of the individual compact plate extends and that the compact plate along the Profiles is freely movable.
The invention is further developed in such a way that the milling is dovetail-shaped Has cross section and a dovetail-shaped section of the profile in a form-fitting manner encloses.
The further embodiment of the invention results in such a way that the milling of two there is a mirror image of a cross section arranged perpendicular to the compact plate, which run at an angle to the surface of the compact panel, an angle of 50 to 120 ° with each other enclose and pick up square sections of the profile.
Die Weiterbildung der Erfindung ergibt sich aus den Merkmalen der Patentansprüche 4 bis 9.The development of the invention results from the features of claims 4 to 9.
With the invention the advantages are achieved that in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the profile Compact plates are freely movable, so that because of different materials Compact plate and wall or base body occurring thermal and hygroscopic Differences in materials included and can be compensated. Through the Fixing the compact plate on the profile results depending on the milling and profile dimensions as well as an increase in the profile material the bending stiffness of the compact plate combination - Profile, in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the Profiles, perpendicular to the board surface. Through the correct dimensioning will be the connection Compact panel - profile - wall or - basic body kept tension free.

den waagerechten Schenkel des Teilstücks 20 an und
hat einen schwalbenschwanzförmigen Querschnitt, der
nahtlos in die Fräsung 5 der Kompaktplatte 3 einschiebbar
ist. Das Teilstück 20 ist in einen
Einschnitt 24 eines Grundkörpers 4 formschlüssig
einsetzbar.

Figure 2 shows a detail and on an enlarged scale

Different formats can be used with this fastening system the compact panels before assembly without any problems are taken into account, for example by the Lengths of the profiles to the different dimensions of the one or the other compact plate can be shortened. This allows the processing and assembly times or costs are kept low in comparison the common adhesive techniques for Compact plates are complicated because of the temperature and depend on moisture during assembly and also a lot of preliminary work, such as degreasing, basic and Apply adhesive layers, require. The usual Screw fastenings are labor-intensive because both the profile and the compact panel together must be screwed as well as the profile with the Wall or the base body.
