Zu diesem Zweck ist die abzukühlende Kühlraumluft über die Wärmetauschfläche des Verdampfers anhand von Luftführungskanälen geführt, welche von einer Zwischenwand getragen sind und welche einerseits mit Abstand über dem Boden des Kühlraumes und andererseits an dessen Seitenwände, unmittelbar unter der Decke des Kühlraumes, im Nahbereich der Tür ihre Austrittsöffnungen aufweisen. Durch die Anordnung der Luftaustrittsöffnungen und der Luftführung innerhalb des Kühlraumes wurde zwar in diesem bereits weitestgehend eine homogene Temperaturverteilung auf dem bestimmungsgemäßen Temperaturniveau erreicht, jedoch tragen im Bereich der Türablagefächer, insb. im oberen Türablagebereich Abweichungen davon auf.For this purpose, a cooling device was proposed in DE-PS 41 31 211, in which the air inside its cooling space was forcedly circulated by a fan and conveyed to cool it down by means of a cold wall evaporator. Diese sind strömungstechnisch an die Austrittsöffnungen der nach oben geführten äußeren Luftkanäle 21 angeschlossen und mit ihren Austrittsöffnungen bis in den Nahbereich der Zugangsöffnung zum Kühlfach 12 herangeführt. Die Zugangsöffnung ist mit einer am Gehäuse 11 angeschlagenen Tür 23 verschlossen, welche an ihrer dem Kühlfach 12 zugewandten Innenseite mit einer Innenverkleidung 24 ausgestattet ist, an deren umlaufenden Rändern eine Magnetdichtung 25 angeordnet ist, welche am Öffnungsrand der Zugangsöffnung zum Kühlfach 12 anliegt.Of the three
Die Innenverkleidung 24 der Tür 23 ist ferner mit nicht dargestellten Haltemitteln wie beispielsweise mit Einhängenocken oder Tragleisten versehen, welche zur Abstützung oder Halterung von Ablagefächern 26 dienen. Diese sind im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel behälterartig mit umlaufenden Seitenwandungen ausgebildet, wobei die der Innenverkleidung 24 zugewandte türseitige Seitenwandung 27 der Ablagefächer 26 mit Abstand zu Innenverkleidung 24 angeordnet ist, so daß zwischen der Seitenwandung 27 und der Innenverkleidung 24 ein Luftweg 28 freigespart ist. Dieser ist über die gesamte Länge der der Innenverkleidung 24 zugewandten Seitenwandung 27 der Ablagefächer 26 angeordnet und durch eine entsprechende Anordnung der Haltemittel für die Ablagefächer 26 erzeugt, so daß sich der Luftweg 28 nur aufgrund der Anbringung der Ablagefächer 26 an der Innenverkleidung 24 ergibt, ohne diese zur Ausbildung des Luftweges 28 zusätzlichen komplizierten Formgebungen unterziehen zu müssen. Der Luftweg 28 erhält durch die Ausbildung der der Innenverkleidung 24 zugewandten Längsseite der Ablagefächer als mit einer entsprechenden Höhe ausgestatteten Wandung neben der Innenverkleidung 24 als Führungselement eine gezielte zusätzliche seitliche Führung.The
Für den Fall, daß die behälterartigen Ablagefächer 26 wie oftmals üblich, zwischen senkrechten Holmen gehaltert sind, die an die Innenverkleidung 24 mitangeformt sind, ergibt sich zumindest im Bereich der behälterartigen Ablagefächer 26 eine schachtartige Ausbildung für den Luftweg 28, welcher eine besonders intensive Umstromung der Ablagefächer 26 an ihrer der Tür 23 zugewandten Längsseite mit Kühlluft bewirkt.In the event that the container-
Die Kühlluft innerhalb des Kühlfaches 12 wird vom Ventilator 19 zu seiner Abkühlung entlang der Lüftführungskanäle 21 und über die Wärmetauschfläche des Verdampfers 17 geführt. Hierbei tritt der in den äußeren Lüftführungskanälen 21 geführte Luftstrom über den an der Decke des Kühlfaches 12 im Nahbereich der Tür 23 vorgesehenen Austrittsöffnungen der Luftführungskanäle 22 aus, während der im Luftführungskanal 21 geführte Luftstrom 16 an dessen Austrittsöffnung in den Luftkanal 15 eintritt, welcher sich durch die Ausbildung und Anordnung des Schubfaches 14 bis unmittelbar unter die Ablagefächer 26 erstreckt. Am Ende des Luftkanales 15 findet eine Aufteilung des Luftstromes 16 in zwei Teilluftströme statt, von welchen einer aufgrund der Ausbildung des Luftweges 28 entlang der Innenverkleidung 24 strömt, während der andere Teilluftstrom dazu parallel auf der der Innenverkleidung 24 abgewandten Längsseite der Ablagefächer 26 entlangströmt. Durch die Einleitung des Teilluftstromes in den Luftweg 28 ergibt sich im Bereich der Ablagefächer 26, insb. in dem obersten eine an das bestimmungsgemäße Temperaturniveau des Kühlfaches 12 angepaßte Temperatur.The cooling air inside the
Abweichend von dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel können die Ablagefächer 26 auch als Abstellebenen ausgeführt sein, welche dann beispielsweise auf Tragleisten ruhen, wobei deren der Innenverkleidung 24 zugewandte Längsseite mit Abstand zu dieser angeordnet ist, um den Luftweg 28 auszubilden. Genauso ist es auch möglich, die Ablgefächer 26 mit Aussparung zur Ausbildung des Luftweges 28 zu versehen, anstatt deren türseitige Längsseite mit Abstand zur Innenverkleidung 24 anzuordnen.
