Ein eingangs genanntes Verfahren wird z.B. beim Bedrucken von CD's mit Hilfe einer Siebdruckmaschine verwendet. Das auf die CD's aufzudruckende Druckbild wird dabei in Form einer Druckfolie angeliefert. Diese Druckfolie muß für das Einbelichten auf dem Drucksieb so befestigt werden, daß beim Druckvorgang das aufzudruckende Druckbild exakt über der zu bedruckenden CD liegt. Dazu ist der Rahmen des Drucksiebes mit sogenannten Paßbohrungen versehen, die mit ortsfesten Paßstiften der Druckmaschine korrespondieren. Dabei sind die Paßbohrungen des Drucksiebes einerseits und die Paßstifte der Druckmaschine andererseits derart angeordnet und ausgebildet, daß nach dem Aufsetzen des Drucksiebes über seine Bohrungen auf die Paßstifte die auf dem Drucksieb angeordnete Mitte des Druckbildes genau über der Mitte der zu bedruckenden CD der Druckmaschine liegt. Dies bedeutet, daß die Paßbohrungen des Drucksiebes genau auf die Bildmitte des Druckbildes und die Paßstifte der Druckmaschine exakt auf die Mitte der zu bedruckenden CD ausgerichtet sind. Daraus folgt, daß die das Druckbild enthaltende Druckfolie exakt auf die Mitte des Drucksiebes aufgebracht werden muß, um Abweichungen zu vermeiden. Bisher wird die Druckfolie in Handarbeit und in Sichtkontrolle zentrisch ausgerichtet. Dazu werden bisher Hilfsfolien verwendet, die mit konzentrischen Kreisen unterschiedlichen Durchmessers versehen sind. Die das Druckbild enthaltende Druckfolie wird sodann von Hand so ausgerichtet, daß das Druckbild innerhalb eines dieser konzentrischen Hilfskreise zu liegen kommt. Diese Art der Ausrichtung des Druckbildes auf die geometrisch richtige Druckposition einer Druckmaschine ist sehr umständlich, zeitaufwendig und vielen Fällen auch ungenau, so daß beim Druckvorgang mehr oder weniger Ausschuß anfällt, da das Druckbild exzentrisch auf der CD angeordnet ist.One of the methods mentioned at the outset is used, for example, when printing CDs using a screen printing machine. Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst,

  • a) daß die Druckfolie mit mindestens zwei auf die Bildmitte ausgerichteten Passermarken versehen und etwa zentrich auf dem Drucksieb befestigt wird,
  • b) daß das Drucksieb verstellbar auf einer optischen Zentriereinrichtung befestigt wird, die mit den Paßstiften der Druckmaschine lageidentische Masterstifte aufweist,
  • c) daß die Passermarken der Druckfolie mit lageidentischen Passermarken der optischen Zentriereinrichtung in Deckung gebracht werden,
  • d) daß auf die Masterstifte Zentrierelemente paßgenau aufgeschoben werden und
  • e) daß die mit den Zentrierelementen versehenen Masterstifte mit Spiel in die radial vergrößerten Paßbohrungen des Drucksiebes eingeführt und in ihrer zentrierten Lage befestigt werden.

Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, das auf der Druckfolie angeordnete Druckbild unter Vermeidung einer ungenauen und zeitaufwendigen Handausrichtung auf automatische Weise auf die geometrisch richtige Druckposition der Druckmaschine auszurichten. Dies ist dadurch möglich, daß die das Druckbild enthaltende Druckfolie zurächst mit mindestens zwei Passermarken versehen und grob auf die Mitte des Drucksiebes ausgerichtet und dann befestigt wird. Die Paßbohrungen des Drucksiebes, die bisher paßgenau auf den Durchmesser der auf der Druckmaschine angeordneten Paßstifte ausgerichtet waren, sind jetzt erfindungsgemäß radial in ihrem Durchmesser vergrößert ausgebildet. Das auf diese Weise vorbereitete Drucksieb wird sodann in eine optische Zentriereinrichtung gebracht, die ebenfalls mit Passermarken, z.B. auf Monitoren, versehen ist, die gegenüber den Passermarken der Druckfolie lageidentisch ausgebildet sind. Diese Zentriereinrichtung enthält ferner sogenannte Masterstifte, die mit den Paßstiften der Druckmaschine lageidentisch ausgebildet sind. Sobald die Passermarken der Druckfolie mit den Passermarken der optischen Zentriereinrichtung in Deckung gebracht worden sind, werden auf die an der Zentriereinrichtung angeordneten Masterstifte die mit paßgenauen Bohrungen versehenen Zentrierelemente, z.B. Zentrierbuchsen, aufgeschoben, die danach unter Spiel in die erweiterten Paßbohrungen des Drucksiebes eingeführt werden. Das Einführen geschieht dadurch, daß die Zentriereinrichtung mit den an ihr angeordneten Masterstiften und den aufgeschobenen Zentrierbuchsen in Richtung auf das Drucksieb abgesenkt wird. Nach diesem Vorgang ist das auf dem Drucksieb angeordnete Druckbild exakt in der genau richtigen Druckposition. Danach werden die Zentrierbuchsen in den radial erweiterten Paßbohrungen festgelegt, z.B. durch einen schnell aushärtenden Kleber. Verfahren zur exakten Ausrichtung eines auf einer Druckfolie (14) angeordneten Druckbildes (15) auf eine geometrisch richtige Druckposition einer Druckmaschine (10) zum Bedrucken von Trägern (11), z.B. von CD's, wobei die Druckfolie (14) mit einem auf die Bildmitte (15a) ausgerichteten Lochsystem (14a) versehen ist und auf einem Drucksieb (13) befestigt wird, welches auf die Bildmitte (15a) ausgerichtete Paßbohrungen aufweist, die mit auf die Trägermitte (11a) ausgerichteten Paßstiften (19) der Druckmaschine (10) korrespondieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, a) daß die Druckfolie (14) mit mindestens zwei auf die Bildmitte (15a) ausgerichteten Passermarken (29) versehen und etwa zentrisch auf dem Drucksieb (13) befestigt wird, b) daß das Drucksieb (13) verstellbar auf einer optischen Zentriereinrichtung befestigt wird, die mit den Paßstiften (19) der Druckmaschine (10) lageidentische Masterstifte (27) aufweist, c) daß die Passermarken (29) der Druckfolie (14) mit lageidentischen Passermarken (31) der optischen Zentriereinrichtung in Deckung gebracht werden, d) daß auf die Masterstifte (27) Zentrierelemente (17) paßgenau aufgeschoben werden und e) daß die mit den Zentrierelemente (17) versehenen Masterstifte (27) mit Spiel in die radial vergrößerten Paßbohrungen (16) des Drucksiebes (13) eingeführt und in ihrer zentrierten Lage befestigt werden.
