Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a roof support, in particular for flat roofs, with a rainproof support, under which a carrier is arranged.
Such elements for roof pads are already known and are often z. B. used on flat roofs. The support layer provides rain protection and the support supports the support on the one hand and also provides a certain amount of insulation. This carrier can consist, for example, of foamed material or of fiberboard or the like.
Roofs, especially flat roofs, are exposed to extreme weather conditions, and when the sun shines, the roofs become very hot and, especially in winter, they are exposed to low temperatures. In the case of flat roofs, these weather and temperature fluctuations often cause ice to form between the support layer and the carrier arranged thereon in the event of frequent temperature changes, particularly in the region of the freezing point. Since the ice has a hygroscopic effect, further water vapor that occurs in the environment accumulates on the ice, so that the ice mass grows, so that after several years the support layer can detach from the carrier layer and tear. It can be a proper mushrooming of the overlay on the carrier, which can lead to leakage of the overlay.
In order to solve these known problems, it has already been proposed, for example, to plant plants on a flat roof in order to alleviate the temperature peaks which act on the support layer. However, this method has not proven itself because, on the one hand, the plants and the required soil represent a considerable additional weight on the roof and, on the other hand, damage can occur due to plant roots and aggressive chemicals.
The invention has for its object to provide an inexpensive roof support, especially for flat roofs, which is easy to manufacture on the one hand and which is robust on the other hand and is waterproof even after many years of use.
This object on which the invention is based is achieved by the teaching of the characterizing part of the main claim.
In other words, it is proposed to provide cavities between the support and the support through which the condensate that forms on each flat roof can be discharged or air can circulate so that the local ice formation does not immediately destroy the flat roof.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are explained in the subclaims. In an advantageous embodiment, it is proposed to form the cavities in the adhesive layer between the support and the carrier. This is advantageous since any commercially available carrier and any commercially available edition can thus be used without, for. B. to have to produce a specially designed support film.
A simple production of the adhesive layer having the cavities is achieved by using adhesive strips which are arranged next to one another, so that the cavities form between the adhesive strips.
If the adhesive strips are arranged parallel to one another, hollow spaces or vapor compensation strips are arranged between these adhesive strips, which are evenly distributed over the roof covering and therefore cause an effective removal of the water vapor that is formed.
In an advantageous embodiment, a so-called APP web is used as a support.
A particularly effective discharge of the water vapor that is formed is achieved when the cavities occupy approximately the same area of the roof covering as the areas in which adhesive is applied.
This can advantageously be achieved simply in that the adhesive strips have approximately the same width as the cavities arranged between them.
A particularly good release of the discharged water vapor is achieved in that the cavities in the edge region of the roof support or in the edge region of the connection of the carrier to the support are open.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing, wherein a roof support 1 consists essentially of a
In order to fix the
The flat roofs are often inclined upwards by a few degrees so that the rainwater can run off more easily. It is advantageous to arrange the roof support 1 shown in such a way that the formed
Of course, the adhesive layer between
In addition, e.g. B. the
