Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a port system for bags that Contain liquids for medical applications, i.e. liquids for infusions, clinical nutrition or dialysis or irrigation solutions.
A port system, of which the preamble of the claim 1 is known from WO92 / 00118. At This port system has two protruding parts on one bag Pipes attached, one of which has a removal port and the other forms an addition port. From FR-A-2 291 109 is a port system for medical Bag known, which is also the preamble of the claim 1 corresponds. Furthermore, is on the closure part and a stopper is provided on the cap body, who after tearing off the closure part in the then opened passage opening are pressed in can and seals them. The sealing element is made thereby from a partition wall belonging to the pipe, which is not self-sealing after piercing. The Cap is using to the outer end of the tube of a solvent welded on.
The invention has for its object a port system for a bag with a high level of safety to create that can be easily assembled.
This object is achieved with the invention the features specified in claim 1.
In the port system according to the invention there is a cover present, which after tearing off the closure part the cap body is placed and its access opening closes. The lid is on the tube, the cap body or the closure part attached. The lid is therefore a captive part that is related to that Port forms a unit and is not lost can. The lid also does not require independent disposal, but with the entire port system, after it has been used, disposed of.
Preferably, the lid is designed so that after locked on the cap body locked on this is and cannot be removed without this damage to the lid or cap body is visible.
The fact that the access opening of the cap body through a lid is permanently closed in the case of the addition port achieved that the injection of a Drug to the contents of the bag only in the immediate Connection to the opening of the addition port is possible. After injecting one or more drugs the user closes the addition port with the lid, which is not recognizable from the outside would be solved again. So that is achieved that the user inject a drug only once can, and not a double injection performs because he is distracted in the meantime and has forgotten the first injection. It also ensures that no third party Substances through the addition port in the bag introduces unnoticed.
Generally the cover is intended for an addition port, however, a removal port through which Liquid is removed from the bag in the inventive Be trained. The removal port comes with a lid after the first removal locked. This makes sense, for example, if the bag contents immediately after opening the Bag must be consumed and one in the bag still contained rest can no longer be used afterwards may.
The port system is preferably at least two Pipes equipped, one of which to a removal port and the other belongs to an addition port. The Both tubes form one together with a base part one-piece unit. The base part comes with the bag wall welded to seal. The entire port system consists of very few components, namely the Base part with the tubes attached to it the ends of the pipes and the between the caps and tubes clamped membranes. At So two ports are only three plastic parts necessary, namely the base parts with the tubes and the Caps with the closure parts molded onto them. The Lids are either molded onto the part to which the tubes belong, or the individual caps or their Closure parts.

medizinischen Einsatz bestimmte steril verschlossene
Basisteil 12 ragen zwei Rohre 13,14 parallel zueinander
nach außen. Das Rohr 13 ist Bestandteil des Entnahmeports
15 und das Rohr 14 ist Bestandteil des Additionsports
16. Auf jedem Rohr sitzt eine Kappe 17. Die beiden
Kappen 17 sind einander gleich. Jede Kappe 17 besteht
In the embodiment of FIGS. 1-3 is on one
18 abgenommen werden kann.1 is the
aufgesetzten Deckel 24 verschlossen.
27 enthält Verriegelungselemente 28 in

bilden. Dabei wird der Einstechdorn 30 zunächst axial
in den Entnahmeport eingesteckt und anschließend gedreht,
wodurch er gegen axiales Herausziehen gesichert
ist. Fig. 3 shows that in the passage opening 27 of the
As is also apparent from Fig. 3, is located inside

The internal structure of the
bildet. Der Innendurchnesser des Rohres 13 ist entsprechend
dem Außendurchmesser des Einstechdornes 30 relativ
groß, während das Rohr 14 einen geringeren Durchmesser
hat, um den Portraum zu minimieren. Beide Rohre
13,14 führen durch das Basisteil 12 hindurch und münden
in den Beutel 10 ein.For both ports, the transition from the tube is 13, 14 in
