- la figure 1 représente une vue schématique en perspective d'une machine de formation remplissage et fermeture automatique de sacs conforme à la présente invention,
- les figures 2 et 3 illustrent schématiquement deux variantes de mise en oeuvre de l'invention,
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe verticale de la machine selon la vue référencée II-II sur la figure 1,
- la figure 5 représente une vue latérale d'un sac conforme à la présente invention, et
- la figure 6 représente une vue en perspective d'un sac à soufflets conforme à la présente invention.
- des moyens 10 d'acheminement du film F,
- un col de formage 20,
- une goulotte de remplissage 30,
- des moyens 40 de soudure longitudinale, et
- des moyens 50 de soudure transversale et de séparation des sacs.
- un guide rectiligne 100 superposé au film F, transversalement à la direction de déplacement de celui-ci, en amont du col de formage 20 ; ce guide 100 étant conçu pour positionner avec précision au moins un profilé de fermeture P, transversalement au-dessus du film F, et
- un moyen 150 de préhension de l'extrémité amont du profilé de fermeture P ; lequel moyen de préhension 150 est susceptible de déplacement transversal, le long du guide 100, pour acheminer le profilé de fermeture P dans ce dernier par traction sur l'extrémité amont du profilé de fermeture.
- comme schématisé sur la figure 5, la possibilité de réaliser des lignes de prédécoupe 80 entre les profilés de fermeture P et la seconde soudure transversale 82 (une telle ligne de prédécoupe peut être réalisée, de façon classique en soi grâce à des couteaux à dents associés aux mâchoires de soudure transversale 50),
- la possibilité de réaliser des soudures longitudinales incurvées dites type "porte manteau" comme illustré en 84 sur la figure 5, notamment pour des applications à contenu liquide. De telles soudures 84 ont une forme globalement arrondie, convexe vers l'intérieur du sachet, et convergent vers le sommet de celui-ci qui coïncide avec la seconde soudure transversale 82. Sur la figure 5, on a illustré en 86 la première soudure transversale et en 88 la soudure longitudinale réalisée à l'aide des mâchoires 40 pour relier entre eux les bords longitudinaux du film F. De préférence, les soudures longitudinales 84 en "porte manteau" sont symétriques par rapport à un plan médian du sachet transversal aux soudures 82, 86 et réalisées à l'aide de mâchoires de soudure de formes complémentaires,
- la possibilité de réaliser des sachets à soufflets latéraux 90, 92, comme schématisé sur la figure 6, grâce à la réalisation de plis longitudinaux sur le film F avant l'entrée sur le col de formage 20.
- le dépôt des profilés de fermeture P par traction, et sur un guide 100 permet un positionnement très précis sur la largeur du film F et à l'état rectiligne,
- une grande facilité de mise en oeuvre, et
- une bonne étanchéité (des profilés de fermeture s'étendent parallèlement aux moyens de soudure transversale 50 et ne perturbent pas le fonctionnement de ceux-ci).
Claims (19)
- Machine de formation d'emballage à base de film (F) muni de profilés de fermeture complémentaires (P), comprenant des moyens d'acheminement des profilés de fermeture, transversalement, sur le film (F) qui incluent un guide rectiligne (100) superposé au film (F), transversalement à celui-ci, conçu pour positionner avec précision au moins un profilé de fermeture (P), transversalement au-dessus du film (F), caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'acheminement comprennent en outre un moyen (150) de préhension de l'extrémité amont du profilé de fermeture, susceptible de déplacement transversal, le long du guide (100), pour acheminer le profilé de fermeture (P) dans ce dernier par traction sur l'extrémité amont du profilé de fermeture, et par le fait que le guide rectiligne (100) est constitué d'un canal formé de mors pivotants susceptibles d'ouverture pour faciliter la dépose des profilés.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la machine de formation constitue une machine de formation, remplissage et fermeture automatique d'emballage, comprenant un col de formage (20) qui reçoit en entrée le film à l'état plan en provenance d'un dérouleur et fournit en sortie le film (F) conformé en tube, une goulotte de remplissage (30) qui débouche dans ce col de formage (20) et par conséquent dans ledit tube, des moyens (200, 202, 204) pour acheminer des profilés de fermeture (P) transversalement sur le film (F) avant que celui-ci n'atteigne le col de formage (20) et pour fixer ceux-ci sur le film (F), des moyens (40) de soudure longitudinale pour fermer le tube longitudinalement et des moyens (50) aptes à générer séquentiellement une première soudure transversale avant qu'un produit ne soit introduit dans le tube par la goulotte de remplissage (30), puis une seconde soudure transversale quand le produit a été introduit dans le tube, pour fermer un emballage autour de ce dernier.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la machine de formation, constitue une machine de préparation de film équipé de profilés de fermeture, lequel film équipé de profilés de fermeture est ensuite acheminé pour approvisionner des machines de formation, remplissage et fermeture automatiques d'emballage.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens d'acheminement des profilés de fermeture (P) sont adaptés pour fixer sur le film (F) l'un (P1) de deux profilés complémentaires, en prise, possédant chacun une longueur de l'ordre de la moitié de la largeur du film (F), et il est prévu en outre des moyens (52) aptes à fixer le second profilé de fermeture (P2), sur la paroi interne du film conformé en sachet, après remplissage de celui-ci, au moment de la finition du sachet.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que les deux profilés de fermeture (P1, P2) sont portés par des bandes support (54, 56) de largeur différente.
- Machine selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que la bande support (54) du profilé de fermeture (P2) fixé en second est plus large que la bande support (56) du profilé de fermeture (P1) fixé au niveau du poste de dépôt.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens d'acheminement des profilés de fermeture (P) sont adaptés pour fixer sur le film (F) un ensemble de profilés de fermeture (P) couvrant toute la largeur du film (F), lequel ensemble de fermeture vient en prise uniquement après repli et écrasement du film tubulaire (F) après remplissage du sachet, lors de la finition de celui-ci.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de préhension (150) sont formés d'un système de pince commandé à l'ouverture et à la fermeture.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de préhension (150) comprennent une tête aspirante.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de préhension (150) comprennent une aiguille associée à des moyens adaptés pour déplacer alternativement ladite aiguille en rapprochement et en éloignement du guide rectiligne (100) pour piquer le profilé (P) en position rapprochée d'une part, et pour déplacer alternativement l'aiguille le long du guide pour acheminer le profilé de fermeture par traction sur son extrémité amont.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée par le fait qu'il est prévu des moyens de déplacement transversal des moyens de préhension (150) synchronisés sur le déplacement du film (F).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée par le fait qu'il est prévu des moyens (206) de sectionnement des profilés (P) par tronçons.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens (120) de fixation des profilés de fermeture (P) sur le film (F) sont formés de mâchoires de soudure.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend des moyens (53) aptes à réaliser au moins une ligne de prédécoupe (80) entre les profilés de fermeture (P) et la seconde soudure transversale (82).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend des moyens (40) aptes à réaliser une soudure longitudinale incurvée type "porte manteau" notamment pour des applications à contenu liquide.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend des moyens aptes à réaliser des plis longitudinaux sur le film (F) avant l'entrée sur le col de formage (20), pour réaliser des sachets à soufflets latéraux (90, 92).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend des moyens aptes à acheminer des profilés de fermeture (P) male/femelle dissymétriques complémentaires.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend des moyens (208) aptes à acheminer un profilé (P) de section constante apte à venir en prise après repliement sur lui-même.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisée par le fait que les profilés (P) sont adaptés pour définir une température de fusion, sur la surface extérieure de leurs bandes support (54, 56), inférieure à la température de fusion-sur la surface interne de celles-ci.
