Abstract

Das erfindungsgemässe Hörgerät ist ganz im Gehörgang zu tragen und ist durch Giessen eines Körpers in einem Gehörgang oder in einem Gehörgangmodell an einen individuellen Gehörgang anpassbar, das heisst individualisierbar. Der Körper wird in einem durch eine dehnbare Membran (14) mindestens teilweise begrenzten Giesshohlraum (15) gegossen. In seinem generellen Zustand, das heisst vor und insbesondere während dem Giessen des Körpers, trägt das erfindungsgemässe Hörgerät einen Positionier-Aufsatz (20), der den innersten Teil des Hörgerätes mindesten radial rund herum umgibt. Dieser Positionier-Aufsatz (20), der rohr- oder kappenförmig ausgestaltet ist, dient zur Zentrierung des innersten Teils des Gerätes, wenn dieses für die Individualisierung in den Gehörgang oder dessen Modell eingeführt wird. Nach dem Giessen des Körpers wird der Positionier-Aufsatz (20) entfernt. Der innerste Teil des individualisierten Gerätes ist nach Entfernung des Positionier-Aufsatzes (20) derart relativ zum Körper des Gerätes orientiert, dass er beim Tragen des Gerätes die Gehörgangwand nicht berührt.
