Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Anwendung des Verfahrens zum Spinnen von thermoplastischen Fäden. Bei diesem Verfahren wird der Hauptschmelzestrom durch einen Extruder erzeugt und einem Spinnbalken mit einer Spinnstelle zugeführt. Die Spinnstelle weist einen Mischer, eine Verteilerpumpe und mehrere Spinndüsen auf, die innerhalb des Spinnbalkens mittels eines Heizmediums temperiert werden. Mit einer Einspeiseeinrichtung (Pumpe, Extruder) wird ein Nebenstrom erzeugt und dem Hauptschmelzestrom zum Zweck einer Additivbeimengung zugeführt. Erfindungsgemäß werden der Nebenstrom und der Hauptschmelzestrom innerhalb des Spinnbalkens vereint.The invention relates to a method and a device for use of the process for spinning thermoplastic threads.
