Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for producing decorative elements, decorative elements produced by this process and the manufacture box shapes serving as decorative elements.
Under Decorative elements "are to be understood as meaning elements equipped with decorative structures on one side as well as on several sides. Elements structured on one side serve to clad surfaces. For example, solid elements structured on two opposite surfaces can be used to build walls or walls.
When creating film, theater, trade fair or similar structures it is always necessary, wall and also ceiling, floor and roof surfaces to dress up. In addition, there is often the need, at least to build walls equipped with decorative structures on both sides. An essential requirement is that the cladding or walls a present fictional reality convincingly.
To this day, superstructures of the type mentioned are manufactured individually, which is particularly expensive when the surfaces of the Decorative elements for the purpose of creating a depth effect must be designed in relief.
The present invention has for its object structures of the beginning mentioned type produce much cheaper than before and to be able to assemble without sacrificing high display quality have to. To solve this problem, those contained in the claims Measures proposed.
The invention provides an inexpensive industrial manufacturing method the possibility of a high-quality stage design design. The idea of giving such decorative form to various decorative elements Giving that they are compatible with each other opens up a variety of design options and at the same time allows a particularly simple and inexpensive Creation of high quality decorative structures.
Another advantage of the edge design and surface division according to the invention is that the different basic elements of a species (e.g. Quarry stone), as well as various types (e.g. quarry stone and brick) in irregular Order and offset and toppled together can, so that repetitions of surface motifs or butt lines do not are recognizable.
In order to further expand the design options of the modular system, become wall elements of the corresponding surface and edge design as one-piece full stone base and additional elements with relief designs made on several sides. This is to make sense, visible on both sides, solid Build up wall sections or reinforced backdrops in one step can.
There is a particular advantage of the manufacturing method according to the invention in that it is the formation of undercuts in the surface relief of the Decorative elements which are responsible for the visual effect of the walls or Wall coverings are of great importance, allowed without further ado. At The individual molding steps are always a soft and a hard partner available, so that undercuts - with each of the steps - without Problems persist.
The use of new series matrices, with only one each limited number of decorative elements is produced has the advantage a constant quality of the end products. Same quality and Ensure the same dimensions of both the matrices and the decorative elements their compatibility with each other. In addition, the need for a time-consuming post-processing (deburring).
Expediently comprises a product range designed in the manner of a modular system Basic and additional elements, the edges of which are designed so that they can be joined together across the entire space to give the user the greatest possible Variety. Because even with a very many elements Modular system is not always to be expected that each surface only can be disguised with undivided elements, it is useful for one-sided elements equipped with decorations the back of the decorative elements to be equipped with linear depressions (material weakening). They allow simple, quick and accurate scaling down of an element. The lines are advantageously chosen so that they match the edge design corresponds to other elements of the modular system, so that time-consuming Adjustment work is reduced to a minimum.

Grundelementes 14 (Figur 4).
The box shape shown in Figure 4a is used to manufacture

A product range does not have to be limited to a group of similar motifs

In
The
Figures 19 (view) and 20 (section) show part of a
