Definitions

  • the invention relates to a floor and a laying method for such a floor according to the preambles of claim 1 and of claim 22.
  • parquet floors Such floors and laying methods are used for the production of floor coverings, in particular parquet floors.
  • the latter consists of individual plate elements in the form of parquet planks, boards or bars, which are placed on a substrate and connected to each other.
  • loose or so-called floating parquet floors have become known in practice in the meantime.
  • a floating installation of a parquet floor has several advantages over a firm attachment of the plate elements on the ground. It is most important that a floating laid parquet floor can easily be dismantled and relocated elsewhere, without causing individual plate elements are damaged or destroyed. An advantage of a floating installation continues that repairs to the parquet floor by replacing individual plate elements can be carried out particularly simple and inexpensive. Compared to gluing, the floating laying of a parquet floor also has the advantage that no harmful solvent vapors and unpleasant odors arise that often do not disappear completely for a very long time. Parquet floors nailed to the ground have the disadvantages compared to a floating installation that this type of fastening is very material and time-intensive and has a negative impact on the sanding of the parquet floor.
  • Parquet panels are known whose connection with each other by tongue and groove, by dowels, by U-shaped connecting webs which engage in the plates from below, or the like. is achieved.
  • the connection by dowel creates a positive connection of two adjacent plate elements on the one hand in the direction perpendicular and the other in a direction parallel to its top, however, it is difficult to make the connection on the dowel, which also have an alignment effect in addition to the connection effect , As described above, in addition to the effort required for this work also skill to properly and safely plug the dowels into corresponding recesses and not damage the latter when knocking the plates.
  • plate elements firmly connected by dowels are not easily removed from each other disconnect, so that such a parquet floor can not be easily dismantled without loss of plate elements again.
  • a parquet plate can be seen, which consists of individual parquet rods containing mutually aligned grooves in which ridge strips are inserted and fixed. This parquet plate can not be disassembled again. In addition, it can not be adapted to any room sizes.
  • the DE 38 26 307 A1 which represents the closest prior art discloses a floor covering for the ground (underground) one - especially only temporarily - for sports purposes such as in particular tennis, badminton, indoor handball, indoor hockey, athletics and the like. usable hall to be made.
  • a plurality of loosely or removably on the hall floor each side, in front and behind to be arranged, plate-shaped individual floor elements are provided, which are each at least at one portion of its circumferential end face (s) with at least one other single element to be positively connected such that the upper sides of adjacent floor elements are aligned with each other or run flush with each other, wherein adjacent floor elements are each releasably held by a clamping means or a clamping device in a solid, positive connection.
  • the present invention has the goal to provide a floor that is on the one hand again to reduce without significant damage, but on the other hand also allows safe and accurate and stable installation.
  • the alignment only form an adjustment and Ansetzssel when laying the plate elements and must at least during installation no firm fixation of the plate elements together accomplish. Ensure at the latest after completion of a corresponding floor covering the clamping devices. In any case, no force must be applied to introduce the alignment in the recesses. Furthermore, no special skill is required to make the smooth insertion of the alignment in the recesses. Thus, misalignments of the plate elements to each other are excluded in a simple manner and the installation costs significantly reduced.
  • the clamping devices reliably ensure sufficient cohesion of the laid plate elements. Neither the shrinkage / expansion behavior of some materials, nor sliding loads during use can thereby separate the connections of the plate elements.
  • the clamping devices can be used either from plate element to plate element, which need not be immediately adjacent, directly when laying or preferably after the laying of partial surfaces or more preferably after the laying of the total area.
  • the alignment devices include dowels and / or strips, which can be used between two or continuously over at least two adjacent to be laid plate elements in their recesses.
  • Strips whose length extends over more than two, for example five to seven, plate elements are particularly preferred.
  • two plate elements can generally be deployed out of the laying surface to accommodate the expansion of the entire parquet floor.
  • the erecting plate elements would be damaged, especially if the individual plate elements are connected by tongue and groove connections, since then break the spring strips.
  • This problem exists not only with wooden panel elements, but also with other materials, sometimes in more or less drastic effects and due to possibly other effects, such as sliding loads on the laid panel elements.
  • Especially the version with alignment in the form of strips with a length over more than two plate elements creates a safe remedy. The installation of individual plate elements is effectively prevented and can come at most to a slight curvature of the entire floor surface.
  • developments of the above embodiments of the invention include dowels and / or strips with a profile, such. a round profile, a triangular profile or a dovetail profile.
  • a profile such. a round profile, a triangular profile or a dovetail profile.
  • the recesses in the plate elements have a profile matching the profile of the dowels and / or strips.
  • the dowels and / or strips have a maximum of half the thickness of the plate elements.
  • strips are used as alignment devices, it is preferred if they have lengths which are greater than the dimensions of two plate elements through which they pass, as already explained above. In particular, it can be further provided that the strips have different lengths. This does not end all bars, such as
  • Gratings on a line on which it could come depending on the material of the plate elements to a weak point, but the ends of the strips and thus the joints to subsequent strips are distributed over a surface.
  • the dowels and / or strips have tapered ends for insertion into the recesses. As a result, the threading of the dowels and / or strips in the recesses or attaching the recesses on the dowels and / or strips is facilitated.
  • Another preferred embodiment of the floor according to the invention comprises plate elements which have on their peripheral sides parallel to the recesses used in the recesses form-locking devices which form a positive locking in the direction perpendicular to the alignment devices used in the recesses with an adjacent plate element, such. Dovetail or hook formations on one plate element and corresponding groove on the adjacent plate element. As a result, a further cohesion of the plate elements can also be achieved in the direction perpendicular to the alignment devices used in the recesses and the upper side of the plate elements.
  • This connection is particularly advantageous to plate elements at the edge of the laying surface, if not for whole plate elements space, so that eventually no alignment can be arranged more. In such a case, the partial plate elements are not inserted completely loosely on the edge and would have to be nails or the like. are attached, but are connected via the interlocking means with the respective perpendicular to the alignment devices used in the recesses adjacent plate elements.
  • the recesses in the peripheral sides of the plate elements borehole with round or angular profile and in particular closer to the undersides lie.
  • the recesses can be groove-like open in the lower sides and profiled so that a positive engagement between inserted in the recesses alignment devices and plate elements is ensured in the direction perpendicular to the tops, preferably in the form of a dovetail groove, and in particular from the bottom toward the top extend the plate elements over not more than half their thickness.
  • the borehole-like or groove-like recesses lying in the lower half of the thickness of the plate elements offer the possibility of being able to abrade their thickness up to about half, especially in the case of parquet floors to be ground later, without the connection of the plate elements being impaired by the alignment devices.
  • the alignment devices are dimensioned so that they lie completely within the groove-like recesses and in particular form a flat surface with the underside of the plate elements. As a result, the bearing surface of the plate elements with alignment on the ground is optimal.
  • the plate elements can be kept spaced from the ground via the elastic means, so that a spring travel is available.
  • a spring travel is available.
  • the laying system can also be used e.g. be used on a beam pad.
  • the distance of the groove-like recesses would then have to correspond to the distance of the beams and the alignment could then be easily mounted on the beam.
  • the cohesion and orientation of the plate members can be promoted by profiling the peripheral sides of the plate members, such that the peripheral side profiles of adjacent plate members match.
  • Suitable shapes are zigzag, wave, crown formations and the like. Preferably, these shapes extend over the entire height of the peripheral sides of the plate elements, since then even after, for example, repeated grinding of plate elements made of wood
  • a preferred development of the above-mentioned embodiment provides that the profiling of the peripheral sides of the plate elements in addition to the alignment devices forms coupling devices, such as tongue and groove connections over which adjacent plate elements are connectable.
  • coupling devices are not required for the cohesion of laid plate elements, but merely contribute to the stability of the connection.
  • the coupling devices should also not be firmly joined, but slightly e.g. be telescoped.
  • a pad for laying the plate elements is included.
  • a base comprises a mat-like or preferably reticulate layer or preferably with cork, rubber, rubber, jute, sisal, hemp, wool felt, coconut fibers, preferably a coconut fiber braid, and more preferably a rubber-pressed or siliconized coconut fiber braid.
  • the pad can be provided over the entire installation surface.
  • the pad is designed as impact sound insulation.
  • the above-mentioned preferred materials are advantageously natural renewable products.
  • this material is very resistant, flame retardant, 100% mothproof, foul-proof, moisture resistant, electrostatically non-chargeable, moisture-regulating, fully biodegradable, and has high insulating properties against impact noise and heat loss and air chamber formation and air circulation, resulting in optimal ventilation of a parquet underside results.

  • the balancers may be simple ribbons of elastic or non-elastic material.
  • Elastic bands equalize by reversible stretching or shrinkage according to the gap to be covered. In the case of non-elastic bands, they must be dimensioned according to the maximum expected gaps and are deposited e.g. in a reduction of the column, for example, by expansion of the wood material of the plate elements in folds together.
  • Preferred materials of the plate elements are: wood, cork, stone, plastic, composite material, laminate material, rubber, metal. The same materials can be used for the alignment devices.

  • each recess running in a peripheral side of the plate element running parallel to it is only half a recess
  • alignment devices can also run simultaneously in two plate elements which are thereby aligned together. This is useful, for example, if parts of plate elements are too small, depending on remaining dimensions of the surface to be occupied, to accommodate complete recesses. Such parts of plate elements benefit in terms of their orientation and possibly also their connection to adjacent plate elements of common alignment devices with the latter. Depending on the material of the plate elements, however, such a configuration of the recesses may also be useful in order to fix the edges of the plate elements relative to one another and possibly to fix them.
  • This laying method relates to plate members having upper and lower sides and peripheral sides thereof in which recesses are contained, and for connecting the plate members, aligning means are inserted into the recesses. According to the invention it is further provided that the plate elements are loosely pushed onto the alignment devices, that are interconnected via the alignment means plate elements connected to each other by clamping devices.

Abstract

The parquet flooring is made of wood or filling material. The individual flooring elements (1) may be square or rectangular and may have toothed edges (4) which interdigitate with the edges on the adjacent blocks. The flooring blocks may have dovetail slots in their undersides. There are several horizontal battens (2) lying on the support layer of the floor. They support the floor blocks and hold them together.

Description

The invention relates to a floor and a laying method for such a floor according to the preambles of claim 1 and of claim 22.

Such floors and laying methods are used for the production of floor coverings, in particular parquet floors. The latter consists of individual plate elements in the form of parquet planks, boards or bars, which are placed on a substrate and connected to each other. In addition to the traditional systems in which the plate elements are glued or nailed to the substrate, loose or so-called floating parquet floors have become known in practice in the meantime.

A floating installation of a parquet floor has several advantages over a firm attachment of the plate elements on the ground.

The laying of the previously known in practice loose or floating parquet floors is therefore very expensive, since firm connections of the plates are required, which are produced by suitable matching profiles, including a great effort and skill are required. In the transverse direction of the usually elongated plate elements adjacent plate elements are contracted, for example by resilient clamps, as became known in the practice. In the longitudinal direction of such plate elements but only by hand must be placed very close together. As a result, it not only requires a lot of power and causes corresponding noise by hammering, but it also requires a lot of skill, laying panel elements of this installation system.

From the DE-PS 800 915 Parquet panels are known whose connection with each other by tongue and groove, by dowels, by U-shaped connecting webs which engage in the plates from below, or the like. is achieved. Although the connection by dowel creates a positive connection of two adjacent plate elements on the one hand in the direction perpendicular and the other in a direction parallel to its top, however, it is difficult to make the connection on the dowel, which also have an alignment effect in addition to the connection effect , As described above, in addition to the effort required for this work also skill to properly and safely plug the dowels into corresponding recesses and not damage the latter when knocking the plates. In addition, plate elements firmly connected by dowels are not easily removed from each other disconnect, so that such a parquet floor can not be easily dismantled without loss of plate elements again.

Of the DE-PS 800 915 Furthermore, a parquet plate can be seen, which consists of individual parquet rods containing mutually aligned grooves in which ridge strips are inserted and fixed. This parquet plate can not be disassembled again. In addition, it can not be adapted to any room sizes.

The DE 38 26 307 A1 , which represents the closest prior art discloses a floor covering for the ground (underground) one - especially only temporarily - for sports purposes such as in particular tennis, badminton, indoor handball, indoor hockey, athletics and the like. usable hall to be made. In this case, a plurality of loosely or removably on the hall floor each side, in front and behind to be arranged, plate-shaped individual floor elements are provided, which are each at least at one portion of its circumferential end face (s) with at least one other single element to be positively connected such that the upper sides of adjacent floor elements are aligned with each other or run flush with each other, wherein adjacent floor elements are each releasably held by a clamping means or a clamping device in a solid, positive connection.

Compared to the prior art, the present invention has the goal to provide a floor that is on the one hand again to reduce without significant damage, but on the other hand also allows safe and accurate and stable installation.

This object is achieved with a floor according to claim 1 and with a laying method for a floor according to claim 22.

This ensures that the individual plate elements can not only be laid smoothly and reliably aligned with each other and reliably maintain their position relative to each other in the installed state, but also that the individual plate elements without great effort and the risk of damage can be reduced again. For the necessary cohesion of the plate elements, the clamping devices are sufficient.

The alignment only form an adjustment and Ansetzhilfe when laying the plate elements and must at least during installation no firm fixation of the plate elements together accomplish.

The clamping devices reliably ensure sufficient cohesion of the laid plate elements. Neither the shrinkage / expansion behavior of some materials, nor sliding loads during use can thereby separate the connections of the plate elements. The clamping devices can be used either from plate element to plate element, which need not be immediately adjacent, directly when laying or preferably after the laying of partial surfaces or more preferably after the laying of the total area.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided in the floor, that the alignment devices include dowels and / or strips, which can be used between two or continuously over at least two adjacent to be laid plate elements in their recesses.

Strips whose length extends over more than two, for example five to seven, plate elements are particularly preferred. In currently known in practice floating parquet floors to be laid, for example, there is the problem that fluctuations in the ambient temperature and humidity to an expansion and contraction of the plate elements. As the material expands, two plate elements can generally be deployed out of the laying surface to accommodate the expansion of the entire parquet floor. As a result, but the erecting plate elements would be damaged, especially if the individual plate elements are connected by tongue and groove connections, since then break the spring strips. This problem exists not only with wooden panel elements, but also with other materials, sometimes in more or less drastic effects and due to possibly other effects, such as sliding loads on the laid panel elements. Especially the version with alignment in the form of strips with a length over more than two plate elements creates a safe remedy. The installation of individual plate elements is effectively prevented and can come at most to a slight curvature of the entire floor surface.

Preferably developments of the above embodiments of the invention include dowels and / or strips with a profile, such. a round profile, a triangular profile or a dovetail profile. In connection with this variant of the invention, it is further preferred if the recesses in the plate elements have a profile matching the profile of the dowels and / or strips.

Especially with wooden panels, for example, for a parquet floor, which is to be sanded after some time, it is advantageous if the dowels and / or strips have a maximum of half the thickness of the plate elements.

When strips are used as alignment devices, it is preferred if they have lengths which are greater than the dimensions of two plate elements through which they pass, as already explained above. In particular, it can be further provided that the strips have different lengths. This does not end all bars, such as

Gratings, on a line on which it could come depending on the material of the plate elements to a weak point, but the ends of the strips and thus the joints to subsequent strips are distributed over a surface.

Furthermore, it is advantageous and therefore a preferred feature if the dowels and / or strips have tapered ends for insertion into the recesses. As a result, the threading of the dowels and / or strips in the recesses or attaching the recesses on the dowels and / or strips is facilitated.

Another preferred embodiment of the floor according to the invention comprises plate elements which have on their peripheral sides parallel to the recesses used in the recesses form-locking devices which form a positive locking in the direction perpendicular to the alignment devices used in the recesses with an adjacent plate element, such. Dovetail or hook formations on one plate element and corresponding groove on the adjacent plate element. As a result, a further cohesion of the plate elements can also be achieved in the direction perpendicular to the alignment devices used in the recesses and the upper side of the plate elements. This connection is particularly advantageous to plate elements at the edge of the laying surface, if not for whole plate elements space, so that eventually no alignment can be arranged more. In such a case, the partial plate elements are not inserted completely loosely on the edge and would have to be nails or the like. are attached, but are connected via the interlocking means with the respective perpendicular to the alignment devices used in the recesses adjacent plate elements.

In a further preferred embodiment of the floor according to the invention it is provided that the recesses in the peripheral sides of the plate elements borehole with round or angular profile and in particular closer to the undersides lie. Alternatively, the recesses can be groove-like open in the lower sides and profiled so that a positive engagement between inserted in the recesses alignment devices and plate elements is ensured in the direction perpendicular to the tops, preferably in the form of a dovetail groove, and in particular from the bottom toward the top extend the plate elements over not more than half their thickness. The borehole-like or groove-like recesses lying in the lower half of the thickness of the plate elements offer the possibility of being able to abrade their thickness up to about half, especially in the case of parquet floors to be ground later, without the connection of the plate elements being impaired by the alignment devices.

In the case of groove-like recesses, it is further preferred if the alignment devices are dimensioned so that they lie completely within the groove-like recesses and in particular form a flat surface with the underside of the plate elements. As a result, the bearing surface of the plate elements with alignment on the ground is optimal.

In conjunction with the elastic means, such as elastic material or individual springs, the plate elements can be kept spaced from the ground via the elastic means, so that a spring travel is available. By means of this embodiment, e.g. Vibrating floors are produced.

If the alignment devices can be fastened to a laying surface, the laying system can also be used e.g. be used on a beam pad. The distance of the groove-like recesses would then have to correspond to the distance of the beams and the alignment could then be easily mounted on the beam.

Vorzugsweise erstrecken sich diese Formgebungen über die gesamte Höhe der Umfangsseiten der Plattenelemente, da dann auch nach beispielsweise mehrmaligem Abschleifen von Plattenelementen aus HolzThe cohesion and orientation of the plate members can be promoted by profiling the peripheral sides of the plate members, such that the peripheral side profiles of adjacent plate members match. Suitable shapes are zigzag, wave, crown formations and the like. Preferably, these shapes extend over the entire height of the peripheral sides of the plate elements, since then even after, for example, repeated grinding of plate elements made of wood

A preferred development of the above-mentioned embodiment provides that the profiling of the peripheral sides of the plate elements in addition to the alignment devices forms coupling devices, such as tongue and groove connections over which adjacent plate elements are connectable.

In principle, such coupling devices are not required for the cohesion of laid plate elements, but merely contribute to the stability of the connection. The coupling devices should also not be firmly joined, but slightly e.g. be telescoped.

In the floor according to the invention, a pad for laying the plate elements is included. Preferably, such a base comprises a mat-like or preferably reticulate layer or preferably with cork, rubber, rubber, jute, sisal, hemp, wool felt, coconut fibers, preferably a coconut fiber braid, and more preferably a rubber-pressed or siliconized coconut fiber braid. The pad can be provided over the entire installation surface.

In the floor, the pad is designed as impact sound insulation. The above-mentioned preferred materials are advantageously natural renewable products. In particular, in a network of rubber-pressed coconut fibers, wherein the network may have large or small meshes, a number of advantages are achieved. So this material is very resistant, flame retardant, 100% mothproof, foul-proof, moisture resistant, electrostatically non-chargeable, moisture-regulating, fully biodegradable, and has high insulating properties against impact noise and heat loss and air chamber formation and air circulation, resulting in optimal ventilation of a parquet underside results. The abovementioned advantages can be achieved in whole or in part also with the other materials and embodiments mentioned. Thus, for example, any network forms with natural fibers, a rubber net, a Kokosrollmatte, a network with incorporated mesh, a Luftkammern- or -route network, a full-surface thin air mattress, which can be inflated depending on the desired vibration behavior of the soil, and the like. used to name just a few options.

Hereinafter, some preferred embodiments of the clamping devices are given.

In another particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the clamping devices from the outside on at least two interconnected via the alignment elements plate elements on the peripheral sides acting pressure medium, such as wooden springs, metal springs, cork parts, foam rubber parts u.ä. As a result of this configuration, a centering effect of the installed floor covering is achieved so that, for example, walls that are to be bounded are at least approximately the same distances apart.

For example, however, the tensioning devices can also contain tension elements which can be inserted between two adjacently and / or not directly adjacent plate elements, such as clamps, straps and the like, which are preferably guided over and / or on the undersides of the plate elements. Especially with larger areas to be occupied, it may be advantageous to zusammenzuspannen partial areas, since the cost of the total area would be too large. When internally clamping partial surfaces, it is also possible to provide a clamping of several partial surfaces with one another. Particularly suitable for a partial clamping tension bands or straps. These can either attack only in marginal areas of the faces, or on the undersides of individual plate elements of the faces For example, claws, hooks, clamps, etc. attack. If only a small area is to be occupied by plate elements, then individual clamps inserted between two adjacent plate elements are also suitable, by means of which the two plate elements connected thereby are attracted to one another.

With preference further may be provided in a floor according to the invention, two-part edge strips containing a base strip for attachment to plate elements, an outer strip for attachment to an edge of the installation surface and balancing devices which are mounted at least on the outer bar or on the base bar and by means of which when a shift of the plate elements with the base strips between the latter and the outer strips occurring column can be covered and / or closed. As a result, the margins of the laid surface can be confined to boundaries, e.g. Cover walls cleared or occurring column and thus achieve an optimal appearance of the entire floor covering. The balancers may be simple ribbons of elastic or non-elastic material. Elastic bands equalize by reversible stretching or shrinkage according to the gap to be covered. In the case of non-elastic bands, they must be dimensioned according to the maximum expected gaps and are deposited e.g. in a reduction of the column, for example, by expansion of the wood material of the plate elements in folds together.

Preferred materials of the plate elements are: wood, cork, stone, plastic, composite material, laminate material, rubber, metal. The same materials can be used for the alignment devices.

The plate elements may preferably have an elongated shape and in particular be rod, pale or plank-like. In this case, then the recesses in particular run transversely to the longitudinal extent of the plate elements. With regard to the form-locking devices already mentioned above, it is preferred that on the shorter peripheral end faces, positive locking means, such as each a dovetail spring and a dovetail groove are provided by the two adjacent plate elements are suitable and preferably firmly connected to each other. The advantages that can be achieved have already been explained above.

For a particularly good stability in the floor according to the invention can be ensured in accordance with further embodiments that, if the recesses do not extend over the entire plate member passing, lying on two opposite peripheral sides of the plate elements recesses are preferably not aligned aligned. In the other case, when the recesses extend through the entire plate element, the recesses are preferably arranged asymmetrically with respect to a center line of the plate element parallel to them or lie in different positions adjacent to the plate elements to be laid perpendicular to their direction of progression.

It is thereby achieved that over continuous areas no continuous lines are formed along the alignment devices. The composite of the laid plate elements is thereby improved.

If it is provided that each recess running in a peripheral side of the plate element running parallel to it is only half a recess, then alignment devices can also run simultaneously in two plate elements which are thereby aligned together.

The object underlying the invention, as has already been stated above, is also achieved by a laying method according to claim 22.

This laying method relates to plate members having upper and lower sides and peripheral sides thereof in which recesses are contained, and for connecting the plate members, aligning means are inserted into the recesses. According to the invention it is further provided that the plate elements are loosely pushed onto the alignment devices, that are interconnected via the alignment means plate elements connected to each other by clamping devices.

With regard to the advantage that can be achieved therewith, reference is made to the representations above for device implementation of the invention in order to avoid repetition.

A preferred development of the invention provides that the alignment devices and / or the recesses are provided prior to assembly with a lubricant, such as soap, oil, wax, etc. As a result, a slight sliding of the alignment devices and recesses is achieved.

In another variant of the invention carried out with preference in the laying method as tensioning means between two connected via the alignment devices, adjacent and / or not immediately adjacent plate elements tension elements, such as brackets, straps and the like., Which preferably be guided over the and / or on the undersides of the plate elements used.

In addition to this, or alternatively preferably, compression means, such as wooden springs, metal springs, cork parts, sponge rubber parts and the like, acting as clamping devices from outside on at least two plate elements connected to one another via the alignment devices on their peripheral sides, can be used. be attached. Thus, a uniform pressure distribution over the laying surface and an automatic centering of the laid plate elements is achieved.

Starting from known from practice brackets, which are to be used between individual plate elements, the clamping devices for a floor basically serve to act on adjacent displaced plate elements to each other. It can further be provided that the clamping devices from the outside on peripheral sides adjacent laid plate elements acting pressure medium, such as wooden springs, metal springs, cork parts, foam rubber parts u.ä., Which are designed to bias under the installed side plates plate elements and the environment to be clamped the laid plate elements, in particular so that the pressure means over a stretching and contraction region of the laid plate elements always maintain a bias.

Such clamping devices have the advantage that they always centered misplaced plate elements. In addition, by such clamping devices on the peripheral sides the plate elements applied force optimally evenly distributed.

Further preferred embodiments and their advantages will become apparent from the respective dependent claims and their combinations.

For the sake of clarity, all parts or features are not provided with reference numerals in all figures of the drawing, but from the representations of the figures, in particular by comparing the latter also those parts and features are clear that are not provided with reference numerals in individual figures. In addition, other not provided with reference numerals in the figures for a person skilled in the art readily apparent, so that they contribute to the clarification of the invention and belong to the disclosure of the present documentation.

In der Fig. 1 handelt es sich dabei um ein Zickzackprofil 5.Fig. 1 shows schematically in perspective view a first embodiment of the invention. In the right part of a parquet rod as a plate element 1 and on the left thereafter another plate element 1 are shown, which is only partially shown. Each plate element 1 has an upper side 2 and a lower side 3, which is not visible in the illustration, and circumferential sides 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d. The peripheral sides 4a and 4c become the long sides, and the peripheral sides 4b and 4d are called the end faces. The peripheral sides 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d are profiled. In FIG. 1, this is a zigzag profile 5.

Below in the plate elements 1, ie in their lower sides 3 grooves are included as recesses 6, which have a narrowing towards the slot opening cross-section. In these recesses 6 are ridge strips as alignment devices 7, which have a cross section corresponding to the recesses, accommodated so that the plate elements 1 can be easily moved onto the alignment devices 7. Due to the profile of the recesses 6 and the alignment 7 is a per positive engagement against movements of the plate members 1 relative to the alignment means 7 on the one in the direction perpendicular to the top 2 of the plate elements and the other in the direction parallel to the longitudinal sides (peripheral sides 4a and 4c) , ie perpendicular to the end faces (peripheral sides 4b and 4d), the plate elements 1 created. It can not be clearly seen in the drawings that the alignment devices 7, such as the gratings, taper at their longitudinally free ends, which facilitates the sliding of the plate elements 1.

The fact that the alignment 7 can be easily pushed together with the recesses 6, the plate elements 1 can put together in the context of a laying system in the form of a floor 8 without much effort.

Werden zwei Plattenelemente 1 an ihren Stirnseiten aneinander gelegt, so ergeben die beiden halben Ausnehmungen 6' (siehe Fig. 3) zusammen eine ganze Ausnehmung 6.If this is carried out on a laying surface 9, such as a base 10, an arrangement of plate elements 1, as shown in FIG. 2, can be obtained, for example. Here, another embodiment of the floor 8 is schematically illustrated, wherein each plate element 1 in its underside 3 at the edge half a recess 6 '(see FIG. 3) and in the center position has a complete recess 6. The half recesses 6 ', ie the respective half groove, are thus also in the peripheral sides 4b and 4d, ie in the end faces, present, as it were the division of the groove in its longitudinal direction, ie parallel to the end faces. If two plate elements 1 are placed against each other at their end faces, then the two half recesses 6 '(see FIG. 3) together form an entire recess 6.

In contrast to the embodiment of FIG. 2, in the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 1, apart from the two half recesses 6 '(see FIG. 3), three complete recesses 6 are distributed along the front sides over the longitudinal extent of the parquet rod, in particular in FIG even distances.

As can be seen further in FIGS. 1 and 2, in these exemplary embodiments the gratings protruding from the plate elements 1 have different free protruding lengths. This is because ridge strips, i. Alignment 7 were used, which have different lengths. As a result, the connections of further ridge strips or generally alignment devices 7, which adjoin in their longitudinal extent, so that further plate elements 1 can be laid, not all in one line, which increases the stability of the floor 8.

In Fig. 3, two assembled plate elements 1 are shown in a schematic side view as a third embodiment of a floor 8, so that the cross-section of the groove or generally recesses 6 are clear. The recess 6 shown on the right is located completely within a plate element 1. The left of the two recesses 6 is half each formed by a half recess 6 'in a plate member 1, which thereby form a complete recess 6 in their assembly. As can further be seen in FIG. 3, the recesses 6 have a dovetail groove-shaped cross section. The cross section could also be generally triangular, circular, oval or otherwise, as long as the form fit are realized perpendicular and parallel to the top 2 of the plate elements 1 thereby.

The recesses 6 extend in the thickness direction of the plate elements 1, as shown in Fig. 3, but also Figs. 1 and 2, can be clearly seen, not even over half the thickness of the plate elements 1. Thus, with this Floor 8 prepared parquet floor are sanded several times without the recesses 6 are achieved by the removal of material from the top side 4a of the plate elements 1, so that over several Abschleifvorgänge the composite of the plate elements 1 is maintained via the alignment means 7 contained in the recesses 6 ,

This composite of the plate elements 1 via the alignment devices 7 contained in the recesses 6 is supported by the profile 5 of the peripheral sides 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d. By way of example only, in Fig. 4 are shown schematically in cross-section embodiments of different profiles 5, with which the peripheral sides 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d of the plate elements 1 can be provided. Thus, Figure I shows a crown profile, Figure II shows a pin profile, Figure III shows a deep wave profile, Figure IV shows a zigzag profile and Figure V shows a flat wave profile.

Schrumpfen die Plattenelemente 1 aus ihrer Ausgangsgröße oder nach einer Ausdehnung, so drücken die Spanneinrichtungen 13 die Plattenelemente 1 wieder zusammen, so daß zwischen letzteren keine Spalte entstehen, die unschön anzusehen sind, in denen sich Schmutz ansammeln kann, und die eine Stolpergefahr bedeuten.5, a wall 11 can be seen in connection with a fourth embodiment of the floor of the installation system 8, in front of which at a distance plate elements 1, which are each only partially shown. By this distance between the wall 11 and the plate members 1, a gap 12, which is required when the plate elements 1 expand due to changes in ambient temperature and humidity, so that the plate elements 1 then do not immediately right on the wall 11 pending. The gap 12 is thus an expansion joint. In this gap 12 clamping devices 13 are clamped in the form of pressure means, which are formed by wooden springs 14 in the present embodiment. The wooden springs 14 are inserted in the prestressed state in the gap 12 and therefore act on the plate elements 1 toward each other. If the plate elements 1 shrink from their initial size or after expansion, the clamping devices 13 press the plate elements 1 together again, so that no gaps arise between the latter, which are unattractive to look at, in which Dirt can build up and that means a stumbling hazard.

The tensioning devices 13 ensure that the loose or easily displaceable with the recesses 6 on the alignment devices 7, as in the previously specified embodiments ridge strips, slid plate elements 1 are securely held together. Other types of fastening are not required.

Dabei können über Spannbänder 15 zusammengehaltene Teilflächen beispielsweise wiederum durch andere Spannbänder gekoppelt und zusammengehalten werden.FIG. 6 shows another variant of the clamping devices 13 in a further exemplary embodiment of a laying system 8. These are tension bands 15 with claws 16, which is why the tension band 15 can also be called a claw band. The tension band 15 forms a tension member and extends under the laid plate elements 1 so that its claws 16 project upwardly and into engagement openings 17, such as. Relief cuts, in the bottom 3 of the plate elements 1 engage. The claws 16 get caught on the basis of their configuration in the engagement openings 17, so that they are firmly anchored there. The clamping band 15 has an inherent elasticity and is biased in the engagement openings 17 entangled claws 16, so that it pulls the individual plate elements 1 toward each other. Such clamping devices 13 can be applied to sub-areas of laid plate elements 1 and are therefore suitable for very large installation surfaces 9. In this case, held together by clamping bands 15 part surfaces, for example, be coupled by other straps and held together.

Eine vorzugsweise Ausgestaltung einer Kokosfasermatte ist grobmaschig und etwa 3 bis 6 mm dick.FIG. 7 schematically shows, in cross-section, an edge termination of a sixth exemplary embodiment of a laying system 8. On the substrate 10 is first a pad 27, on which the plate elements 1 are laid. The pad 27 consists of a mat-like or preferably reticulate layer or preferably with cork, rubber, rubber, jute, sisal, hemp, wool felt, coconut fibers, preferably a Ko-kosfasergeflecht and particularly preferably a rubber-pressed or siliconized coconut fiber braid. The base 27 may be provided only at the latter from the bottom 3 of the plate elements 1 alignment devices 7, ie in the gaps formed between the substrate 10 and plate elements 1 and adjacent parallel alignment devices 7. The pad 27 may also, if the alignment 7 not projecting downwards from the undersides 3 of the plate elements 1, can be provided over the entire laying surface 9. Further design options for the base 27 are air mattresses, tube systems, sleeping pads, tube systems, etc. A preferred embodiment of a coconut fiber mat is coarse-meshed and about 3 to 6 mm thick.

Especially with a laying system 8 as a floor covering such a base 27 is particularly advantageous as impact sound insulation. The above-mentioned preferred materials are advantageously natural renewable products. In particular, in a network of rubber-pressed coconut fibers, wherein the network may have large or small meshes, a number of advantages are achieved. So this material is very resistant, flame retardant, 100% mothproof, foul-proof, moisture resistant, electrostatically non-chargeable, moisture-regulating, fully biodegradable, and has high insulating properties against impact noise and heat loss and air chamber formation and air circulation, resulting in an optimal under-ventilation of the parquet bottom , The abovementioned advantages can be achieved in whole or in part also with the other materials and embodiments mentioned.

The laid on the base 27 plate elements 1 end shortly before a wall 11, from which it separates a gap or an expansion joint 12, as shown in FIG. 7 can be seen. In the expansion joint 12 clamping devices 13 are inserted under bias, so that they act on the plate elements 1 to each other. As tensioning devices 13, cork pieces or strips 18 are pressed into the gap 12 in this case. in addition to the already mentioned above in connection with the embodiment of FIG. 5 wood springs 14 and the now cork pieces or strips 18 can be used as clamping devices 13, for example, sponge rubber material, metal springs and the like. are used, all of which serve the same purpose, namely that the plate elements 1 are pressed together.

In Fig. 7, a skirting bar 19 is further shown, which is a base bar 20 which are mounted in the edge region of the plate elements 1, which are closest to the wall 11 on the plate elements 1, and an outer strip 21 which on the wall 11th is attached. The attachment of the base bar 20 to the plate elements 1 and the outer bar 21 on the wall 11, for example, by screws (not labeled), as the illustration in FIG. 7 can be seen. The base bar 20 and the outer bar 21 are connected over their course by compensating means 22 which cover a gap 23 between the base bar 20 and the outer bar 21. The reason for the gap 23 is the same as for the expansion joint 12 and lies in that the plate members 1 can expand and contract. So that the expansion joint 12 is not visible, the edge strip 19 is provided. By the balancing means 22 of the gap 23. To ensure that the gap 23 is concealed at each position of the base bar 20 relative to the outer bar 21 of the balancing means 22, the latter are made of an elastic material. In the present embodiment is an elastic Profile rubber, which has projections, which are inserted into the base bar 20 and in the outer bar 21.

Since the base bar 20 is fixedly connected to the plate elements 1, it can also be used to support clamping devices 13 against the wall, as shown in the embodiment of Fig. 7. For this purpose, a clamping screw 24 is screwed into the base bar 20 and is supported by a spring element 25 against the wall 11, which is why the clamping screw 24 together with the spring element 25 can also be referred to as a spring screw. If the force applied by the cork pieces or strips 18 and the spring element 25 for compressing the plate elements 1 towards one another is no longer sufficient, the pressure force in the area of the spring element 25 can be increased by screwing in the clamping screw 24. In addition, as it were, a manual readjustment of the position of the parquet floor via the clamping screw 24 done.

In Fig. 8 is shown schematically in cross-section, another embodiment of an edge termination of a floor 8. Here it can be seen that the wall 11 of the next closest plate element 1 has been shortened so that it even fits between the penultimate plate element 1 and the wall 11 and thus additionally the expansion joint 12 remains free. Furthermore, a penultimate ridge strip in front of the wall 11 and a last ridge strip in front of the wall 11 are shown as alignment devices 7 and 7 '. The last ridge strip (alignment devices 7 ') in front of the wall 11 has in its longitudinal direction (direction in the leaf plane) a distance from the penultimate ridge strip (alignment devices 7) in front of the wall 11. The last plate element 1 in front of the wall 11 by means of a wooden nail 26th firmly connected to the last trellis bar (alignment devices 7 ') in front of the wall 11. In the expansion joint 12 again prestressed cork pieces or strips 18 are used to apply the plate elements 1 to each other.

If the plate elements 1 shrink in this embodiment, the cork pieces or strips 18 press the plate elements 1 together from the wall 11. In this case, the last plate element 1, which is connected to the wood nail 26 with the last ridge strip (alignment 7 ') in front of the wall 11, moved together with the last ridge strip (alignment 7') in front of the wall 11, which by the distance of the last Gratleiste (alignment 7 ') in front of the wall 11 to the penultimate ridge strip (alignment 7) in front of the wall 11 is possible.

Below are some general information on the laying system and the laying method and other specific embodiments thereof given in particular in the context of the above-described embodiments.

The plate elements, for example, made of solid material can be abraded from the initial strength to almost the strength of the alignment devices with an appropriate arrangement of the alignment. By preferably over the full thickness of the plate elements, but at least in the lower region extending profiles on the peripheral sides of an additional durability of the connection between the plate elements is achieved because no opening between the plate elements can occur and the interlocking of the profiles provides additional strength. This additional connection supports the cohesion of the slab elements even after repeated grinding, as it is sometimes common and necessary for parquet floors. By the peripheral side profiles, such as waves, Kronenfräsungen, zigzag, etc., since these profiles in particular the full strength of the plate elements capture, for example, a parquet floor to a thickness of approximately the alignment, such as ridge strips, are sanded without the strength the compounds of the plate elements significantly suffers.

Any types of flooring can be made with the laying system, in principle, there are no material restrictions, so that wood, stone, metal, rubber, plastics, etc. can be used. Since the slab elements are laid floating, they can be easily removed and reused, and the installation system can be used for different purposes depending on the application and requirements: in sports halls on elastic substrates, in exhibition for dismantling, in squash courts, in the rental area Take along when changing, etc. Further applications are eg Dance floors, floors for biologically pure build, if only natural materials are used, protective coverings or coverings for high-quality floors, etc.

The exact arrangement of the recesses, which may be, for example, dovetail grooves, always at the same distance and with at the end faces of the plate members each half a recess (dovetail groove) may be such that an arrangement with offset by a groove width subsequent plate elements results, which the strength promotes the total connection. When two end faces meet again results in a full recess, such as dovetail groove, which is solidified again with the following plate member.

The alignment devices, which may in particular include ridge strips and run in the dovetail groove, keep the plate elements exactly in alignment. In the laid state of the plate elements from which a parquet floor can be laid, the underside of the plate elements can give a flat surface, if there is no protrusion through the connection ridge / dovetail groove.

The lateral and elongated divergence and the expansion / shrinkage of the plate elements may be to a wall surrounding the laying surface by resilient material counteracted, such as wood springs, metal springs, cork strips, foam rubber strips or other spring material, wherein insertion of these generally spring means under bias is particularly preferred. Alternatively or additionally, if necessary, in order to prevent the individual plate elements from drifting apart, a continuous rubber band with tensile claws, for example, can be buckled in, for example, expansion joints located on the underside.

The alignment devices, such as e.g. Gratleisten or dowels, may have a length, so that the respective longitudinal end of the ridge strips always ends at half the width of the plate elements. The ridge strips or general alignment devices are so long, so that easy sliding of the plate elements, such as boards, is possible. There should be no jamming and tweaking. The beginning when laying the plate elements is done with different length aligners. The end connection at the end of the laying can be formed by a straight groove as a recess on the underside of the plate elements, similar to the dovetail grooves, by placing such plate elements on a ridge strip and fastened with wooden nails. The last ridge bar may be spaced from the penultimate ridge bar to allow for mobility of a last plate element attached to a wood nail.

After the completion of the installation of the plate elements to form eg a parquet or plank floor, the plate elements can be contracted, cut the edge of the plate elements exactly at a suitable distance from the wall, so that there is a uniform expansion joint to a wall surrounding the laying surface, and an elastic spacer (Cork, sponge rubber, wood or metal spring, etc.) are incorporated, so that a drift apart of the plate elements is prevented and the plate elements are held together firmly.

Since the laying system for producing e.g. a solid wood floor, but also other soils with an expansion and contraction behavior as a function of ambient temperature and / or humidity, swelling and shrinkage, the, between the plate elements and a wall resulting wider and thinning joints of a two-part or similar In particular, be covered with a stretch profile between the two strip parts. Also, a special bar can be used, the distance screws to the wall to correct a changing distance of the plate elements to the wall can. Shrinkage and expansion can also be corrected with wooden springs, metal springs, resilient and / or pressing spacers.

To protect against moisture, a vapor barrier can be installed. As impact sound insulation and compensation for small unevenness in the substrate, mats, braids or meshes can be made of natural materials such as rubber, rubber, coconut fiber, jute, sisal, hemp, cork, felt, wool felt and generally so-called geotextiles as well as all other materials suitable as a base , but also wood storage or old carpets, etc. be used.

Gratleisten) herunterschiebt.A significant advantage of the installation system is the ability to disassemble the panel members at any time and with little effort by taking away only the tension applied by the tensioners and pushing down the individual panel members from the alignment means (e.g., gratings).

Hereinafter, some further details of various embodiments are discussed with reference to further figures of the drawing.

In FIG. 9, exemplary profile shapes of the recesses 6 and of the alignment devices 7, which may include strips, such as, for example, gratings, and / or dowels, are shown schematically Cross-sectional views shown. Figure 1 shows a dovetail cross-section, Figure II a triangular cross-section, Figure III a circular cross-section, Figure IV an oval cross-section and Figure V a sectioned circular cross-section, while other cross-sectional shapes are suitable, as long as they ensure the required form-fitting, if this is not possible without a profile.

Insoweit vorstehend rechtwinklige Anordnungen angegeben oder darauf Bezug genommen wurde(n), sind diese Angaben auch auf das vorliegende Ausführungsbeispiel umzusetzen.FIG. 10 shows a further exemplary embodiment of a floor 8 with plate elements 1 extending at an angle to one another and alignment devices 7, which in turn are indicated as degree strips. Insofar as rectangular arrangements have been given or referred to above, these details should also be applied to the present embodiment.

Thus, all conceivable laying patterns can be realized with the floor of the laying system 8, such as e.g. Herringbone patterns, ship bottom patterns, plank floors, u.v.m., But also any shapes of the plate elements 1 can be used, such as parquet rods or any plate shape. The preferred thickness of the plate elements 1 is at least 6 mm, preferably at least 8 mm. The plate elements may also be multilayer plates, e.g. Plates of several layers of wood, coated cork or plastic plates, coated metal plates, chipboard, laminated plates, linoleum, etc. For large plate elements 1, it is preferable to use only dowels as alignment devices 7 instead of continuous strips.

An installation of the installation system on beams is basically possible. In this case, the alignment devices 7 can be fastened by screwing to the beam, for example. In such an embodiment further coupling means are provided on the peripheral side 4b, which form a spring 30, which in a groove (not labeled) of the next subsequent plate element. 1 can engage to further consolidate the connection between the two plate elements 1.

In terms of the method, it is advantageous if the alignment devices 7 are oiled or greased, for example, before the plate elements 1 are pushed on, so that the sliding of the plate elements 1 on the alignment devices 7 is improved. As a result, possibly occurring noises, such as creaking or the like, are reduced later also when using a floor produced by means of the laying system 8.

Furthermore, it is procedurally advantageous if the last alignment devices 7, which, for example, run perpendicularly to a wall, only project so far from the penultimate plate element 1, as is provided at the expansion gap or joint 12. Then, a plate member 1 can be cut to the required dimension of the remaining space minus the expansion joint 12 and slid onto the alignment devices 7, such as a ridge strip. Alternatively, it is also possible that the first alignment devices 7 start directly on a wall and the last alignment devices 7 do not protrude from the penultimate plate element 1. The last plate element 1 in front of the wall is then cut to the size of the remaining space minus the expansion joint 12 and used. The alignment devices 7 can then be e.g. be penetrated by the first plate member 1 ago, so that they also extend into the recesses of the last plate element 1.

For edge pieces of the plate elements 1, which are so small that, for example, a ridge strip can not be used as alignment devices 7, for example, dowels can be used, which are smaller than ridge strips, to connect such edge pieces with the adjacent plate elements 1.

These pressure means, which can be seen in the figure in a plan view, are a wave spring made of wood veneer, which is inserted in the position shown from above into an expansion joint 12. Such wave springs can be made in a corrugated form by pressing several veneer layers together in the wavy form. After hardening of an adhesive introduced between the veneer layers, the wavy shape is retained.

An alternative to the wave spring is shown in FIG. 12 in the form of a wooden spring 14 consisting only of a bow or a clasp. For all wooden springs made from veneer layers, they have more spring force as the number of veneer layers increases. The thicknesses of the veneer layers can also influence the spring force, as can the material of the veneer layers. For example only, we give a preferred total material thickness for wood springs of about 4 to 8 mm.

For example, for the production of wooden springs 14 also spun wood can be selected and cut in optimum fiber type. The spring force depends on the wood thickness. The clamping forces required for differently sized laying surfaces 9 can be taken into account by selecting suitable tensioning devices.

In detail, the figures I show a zigzag metal spring 31, II a metal spring 13 of a closed metal strip in oval shape, III a sheet metal spring with wood bearings 32 and IV a bow Metal spring with bent ends.

A further alternative for applying the clamping force from the outside to a laid surface of plate elements 1 consists in a hose which is around the outer edges of the laid plate elements 1 and then inflated. Optionally, the hose can be additionally tensioned or prestressed before inflation.

In Fig. 14 it is shown how in a missing on one side of the laying surface 9 wall 11 as an abutment for clamping devices 13 in the form of pressure means a fixed to the substrate 10, for example by screws 32 connected end member 33 are used as an abutment for the pressure medium can. The clamping devices are in this embodiment cork pieces or strips 18th

As already mentioned above, the laying system or the floor 8 may also contain a resilient mounting. A corresponding variant is shown in FIG. 15. In this case, a wave spring 34 is aligned with the alignment between these and the ground 10, so that such a laid floor vibrates under load.

In Fig. 16a) in a sectional side view through schematically illustrated plate elements 1 and in Fig. 16b) in a plan view of the tops 2 of laid plate elements 1, which are only partially visible, a further embodiment of the clamping devices 13 are shown. This is a tension band 35 which runs along the undersides 3 of the plate elements 1. At the edges of the outer plate elements 1 engage brackets 36 and 36 '. With the bracket 36 on one side of the laying surface 9, the clamping band 35 is firmly connected. At the other bracket 36 ', a roller 37 is mounted with a ratchet 38, so that by pressing the ratchet 38, the roller 37 can be rotated to wind the tension band or belt 35 without it 35 back by the tension of the tension band because the ratchet 38 locks a obtained winding position. Preferably, this lock for dismantling the installation system 9 is releasable. The tension band 35 has in particular an inherent elasticity. The roller 37 with ratchet mechanism 38 may be housed in the expansion joint 12 or a separate recess of a wall.

An alternative embodiment of tensioning devices 13 in the form of a tension band or belt 35 is shown in FIG. 17. In this case, the clamping band 35 extends around the free circumferential sides of the plate elements 1 on the laying surface 9 on the outside. At three corners of the rectangular laying surface 9, holding brackets 36 are arranged, which however only serve to guide the clamping band 35. at the fourth corner of the laying surface 9 is a bracket 36 'is arranged, which again, as in the previously described embodiment, a roller 37 with a ratchet mechanism 38 carries, so as to tighten the clamping band 35 around the laid plate elements 1 around.

In FIGS. 1 to 4, plate elements 1 with different profiles 5, which can also serve as coupling devices 29, are shown in FIG.

The illustrations I to IV of FIG. 19 show various form-locking devices 39, which may be provided in particular on the end peripheral sides of plate elements 1. It is essential in the form-locking devices 39 that they contain undercuts, so that a positive engagement against movements perpendicular to the upper side 2 of the plate element 1 is.

20a) and 20b). The plate elements connected by means of the dowels furthermore have profiles 5 on their peripheral sides 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d. The profiles 5 on the end faces 4b and 4d are formed as positive locking means 39, and the profiles 5 on the longitudinal sides 4a and 4c serve as coupling means 29th
