Abstract

A protective garment has an outer cover (20) and an inner cover (30) which is joined to the outer cover (20) detachably. The inner cover (30) has a water-tight and breathing functional layer made of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene. The outer cover (20) is made of a material dyed with a fluorescent substance.
