- la figure 1 représente un premier mode de réalisation d'un ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution bi-produit selon l'invention;
- les figures 2A-2D illustrent une vue partielle de quatre variantes du mode de réalisation de la figure 1;
- la figure 3 illustre un second mode de réalisation d'un ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution bi-produit selon l'invention; et
- les figures 4A et 4B illustrent une variante du mode de réalisation de la figure 3.
Claims (31)
- Ensemble (1) pour le conditionnement et la distribution d'au moins deux produits conditionnés séparément, au travers d'au moins un orifice de sortie (35, 350, 351) comprenant :a) un premier récipient (2, 104) contenant un premier produit A;b) un organe de distribution (9, 105) pour permettre la sortie sous pression du produit A, via une tige creuse (11, 103) montée sur des moyens de rappel élastiques, et dont une extrémité débouche hors du premier récipient;c) des moyens (13, 113) surmontant l'organe de distribution, pour commander l'actionnement de l'organe de distribution (9, 105), lesdits moyens comportant un corps (14, 114) d'axe X, formant d'une part un réservoir (15, 118) pour le second produit B, apte à sortir au travers d'un premier orifice (24, 126), sous la poussée du produit A, et d'autre part, au moins un passage (18, 115) en communication avec la tige creuse (11, 103) pour acheminer le produit A sous pression, vers un second orifice (26, 124);
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le corps (14, 114) est constitué d'une seule pièce obtenue de moulage d'un matériau thermoplastique.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le corps (14, 114) est surmonté d'un élément (20, 200) fermant ledit corps (14, 114) et formant une surface d'appui (21, 210) pour permettre d'exercer une pression d'actionnement, le (ou les) orifice(s) de sortie (35, 350, 351) étant porté(s) par ledit élément (20, 200).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que le produit A est pressurisé dans le premier récipient (104), ledit organe de distribution étant formé d'une valve (105).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que l'organe de distribution est constitué d'une pompe à actionnement manuel (9).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que le réservoir est constitué d'une partie annulaire (15) du corps (14), le produit A étant acheminé vers le second orifice (26) via un passage d'amenée central (18).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que le corps (14) comporte un fond annulaire fixe (16) délimitant au moins un orifice (17, 46) pour la mise en communication du corps (14) avec la tige creuse (11), le réservoir (15) comportant un fond mobile sous forme d'un piston annulaire (31) apte à se déplacer axialement sous la poussée du produit A, ledit fond mobile (31) étant séparé axialement du fond fixe (16).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que le passage d'amenée central (18) est surélevé par rapport audit fond annulaire fixe (16) et est porté par des ponts de matière (19) espacés angulairement autour dudit orifice (17), et dont une première extrémité est solidaire du fond annulaire (16), une seconde extrémité étant solidaire du passage d'amenée (18).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'actionnement (13, 113) forment une structure amovible de manière à réaliser un dispositif rechargeable.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9 caractérisé en ce que la pièce intermédiaire (32) présente un orifice d'entrée (34) en communication avec la tige creuse (11), et répartit le produit A sous forme d'un flux central de produit A, débouchant à la fois directement dans le passage d'amenée central (18), et sous le piston annulaire (15), entre le fond fixe (16) et le piston annulaire (31).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9 caractérisé en ce que la pièce intermédiaire (32) comporte un orifice d'entrée (34), en communication avec la tige creuse (11), une partie située en regard de l'orifice d'entrée étant apte à former un déflecteur (37) pour le produit A de manière à l'acheminer à la fois dans le passage d'amenée central (18) et sous le piston annulaire (31) via des passages latéraux situés entre des ponts de matière (38) supportant le déflecteur (37).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 11 caractérisé en ce que des fentes ou orifices (38) traversent le passage d'amenée central (18) pour mettre en communication le passage d'amenée central (18) avec la partie annulaire (15).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 12 caractérisé en ce que les fentes ou orifices (38) sont obturés par le piston (31) avant la première utilisation de l'ensemble.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10 caractérisé en ce que la pièce intermédiaire comporte un orifice d'entrée (34) en communication avec la tige creuse (11), une portion (44) de ladite pièce intermédiaire (32) étant apte à obturer en tout ou partie, l'orifice (17) délimité par le fond fixe (16), le produit A étant amené à la fois dans le passage d'amenée central (18) et sous le piston annulaire (15) via des passages latéraux disposés entre le fond fixe (16) et la pièce intermédiaire (32), et débouchant dans le corps (14) au travers de fentes ou orifices (46) réalisés dans le fond fixe (16), au voisinage de la périphérie du corps (14) des moyens d'actionnement.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 14 caractérisé en ce que ladite portion (44) apte à obturer, en tout ou partie, l'orifice central (17) est portée par un ou plusieurs ponts de matière (45) espacés angulairement, de manière à permettre le passage du produit A dans les passages latéraux.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que le réservoir pour le second produit B est constitué d'une partie centrale (118) du corps, le premier produit A étant acheminé vers le second orifice via un passage d'amenée annulaire (115) entourant tout ou partie du réservoir central (118).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 16 caractérisé en ce que la pièce intermédiaire comporte un orifice d'entrée (134) en communication avec la tige creuse (103) et disposé de manière à répartir le produit A sous forme d'un flux central destiné à pousser le produit B et des passages latéraux (150) pour générer des premiers flux latéraux pour l'alimentation du passage d'amenée annulaire (115), lesdits premier flux latéraux débouchant dans le passage d'amenée annulaire (115) au travers de fentes ou orifices (146) ménagés dans un fond annulaire (116) dudit passage d'amenée (115).
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que des fentes ou orifices (157) sont ménagés dans la partie centrale (118) du corps et débouchant sur le passage d'amenée annulaire (115) de manière à générer des seconds flux latéraux pour alimenter le passage d'amenée annulaire (115).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'actionnement (14, 114) sont montés sur une frette d'habillage (42, 142).
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que la frette d'habillage (42, 142) est venue de moulage avec la pièce intermédiaire (32, 132).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 19 caractérisé en ce que la frette (42, 142) et les moyens d'actionnement (13, 113) sont formés d'une seule pièce obtenue de moulage, ladite frette (42, 142) étant reliée aux moyens d'actionnement par des ponts de matière frangibles (43).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 5 ainsi que toutes celles qui en dépendent, caractérisé en ce que le produit A est contenu dans une poche en matériau souple (2).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 22 caractérisé en ce que la poche est contenue à l'intérieur d'une enceinte rigide ou semi rigide (4).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que lesdits premier et second orifices (24, 26) débouchent sur un orifice de sortie unique (35).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 24 caractérisé en ce que l'orifice de sortie unique est obturé par un organe élastiquement déformable (22), apte à s'écarter sous la pression du produit de manière à dégager ledit orifice de sortie (35) et permettre la sortie des produits A et B, et à revenir en position d'obturation lorsque cesse la pression.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le rapport des débits B/A varie entre 5/95 et 50/50.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce intermédiaire (32, 132) est montée sur la tige creuse via un manchon (33, 133), la tige creuse (11, 103) (ou le manchon (33, 133)) présentant sur au moins une partie de la hauteur de sa surface extérieure (surface interne), des stries (41) aptes à permettre l'évacuation d'air.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'actionnement (13, 113) sont montés en force sur la pièce intermédiaire (32, 132).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les produits A et B sont des compositions cosmétiques, pharmaceutiques, ou dermato-pharmaceutiques, de consistance liquide à pâteuse.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les produits A et B sont sous forme d'un gel, d'une crème, d'un gel crème, ou d'une composition en phase anhydre.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 30 caractérisé en ce que le produit B contient un actif, notamment de la vitamine A, C, E, du bicarbonate, ou un acide de fruits.
