Abstract
Description
1.The invention relates to a device for contacting
a workpiece with the features of the preamble of the
Such devices are used, for example, in the automotive industry used the chassis ground with the negative pole to connect the battery electrically. For this, among other things on Parts of the body, for example in the engine compartment, bolts welded on, which can be attached to a cable lug and a cable with the negative pole of the battery electrically conductive are connected.
In DE-GM 91 11 564, for example, a ground bolt for Attaching a cable lug disclosed that one to a workpiece weldable bottom part and an adjoining one Has thread area. To solve both mechanical as well as electrical connection, for example counteracting vibrations is the bottom part formed as a hexagon, so that over a Arrangeable plastic part with hexagon socket and cutouts for a cable lug this is secured against rotation by means of a Screw can be attached.
However, this type of ground contact or connection is complex in terms of operations and costs.
The present invention is therefore based on the object a simple, inexpensive and non-rotating device to create a workpiece.
This task is carried out with the characteristics of the subject of
Through the formation of an internal thread in the direction of application extended and expanded in the inner circumference Area of the cap nut can be screwed on completely overlap the non-cylindrical collar of the bolt or cover and abut the flange on the end face.
As a result, both during welding, during storage and contamination of the outer surfaces of the collar during painting and the flange surface facing the cap nut in addition to the Thread area can be prevented.
Only this cooperation of the cap mother trained in this way with collar and flange allows a non-rotating and contacting fastening of a cable lug directly on the Collar, whereby advantageously the cap nut not only the Coverage and protection of the contact surfaces, but also for Attachment of the cable lug can serve.
In the invention, the security against rotation by an im The outer circumference has not reached a circular collar, a cable lug with a non-circular inner circumference can be postponed. Here, the but do not exactly correspond to the respective floor plans, but only interlock with one another in a torsion-proof manner. For example also an external square into an internal hexagon and vice versa non-rotating as long as the dimensions are designed in this way are that there are enough points of contact or areas are.
For an average specialist, this is no problem any number of design options for the outer circumference a collar and the inner circumference of a cable lug. For example, here are grooves, grooves, notches, recesses, Corners with straight or curved edges, in any number, as well as combinations thereof for the Collar outer circumference and the corresponding hereby in Interviable options for the inner circumference of a Called cable lug.
The one adjoining the collar in the direction of a welding tip Flange is not only used in the invention as Stop for a cable lug that can be pushed onto the collar, but also the contacting. This can in the invention advantageously both over the end faces of the electrically conductive cap nut with one side of the cable lug (the so that it is connected to the bolt via the thread), over the inner peripheral surface of the cable lug, which with the Outer surface of the collar comes into contact, and through which the Cable lug facing flange face with the other side of the cable lug.
Another advantage of the invention is the fact that because of a plastic part that is no longer required, the entire Connection consists of a material, namely metal, and the connection is no longer disconnected during recycling / disposal (in plastic and metal) disposed of or recycled must become.
The flange can according to the invention as a circumferential flange be formed, it also being rotationally symmetrical May have outer circumference.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the circumferential flange the same outer diameter as the cap nut or towers over it. Here, the facing each other Surfaces in one plane, for example perpendicular to Longitudinal axis of the device lie, so that advantageously not only a circumferential ring line but also an optimal one large ring area as contact area between the cap nut face and the flange side facing her is created.
In one embodiment of the invention, the collar has Outer circumference edges on. These can be straight or curved Pages are connected.
In a preferred embodiment, the collar is on the outer circumference as a polygon, for example as a hexagon or octagon, executed.
In this way, a polygon can be used Inner circumference of the cable lug not only in a simple way, for example, by stamping, but also in various positions on the collar polygon against rotation to be ordered.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention result itself from the subclaims.

- Fig. 3
- 2 shows a partially broken side view of the collar bolt according to FIG. 1 with the cap nut screwed on according to FIG. 2.
besitzt.The
gewindebereichseitigen Ende her aufgeschraubt werden.
23 besitzt. Not yet shown on this as a single part in FIG. 1
An diesem kegelförmigen Außenumfang
13.The outer circumference of the cap nut is in the area of the
7 eingreifende Innengewinde 19 in Kontakt, wohingegen
In ihrer in Fig. 3 dargestellten aufgeschraubten Endposition
11.The combination of the
abgedeckt.A welding of the
The contacts of a collar bolt welded to a
kontaktieren. The invention results in one in the drawing
