Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung einer definierten relativen Luftfeuchte angegeben. Diese besteht aus einer Sättigerkammer sowie einer mittels mindestens einer Verbindungsleitung damit verbundenen Meßkammer. Die relative Luftfeuchte ist durch die bloße Variation der Drücke in der Sättigerkammer und der Meßkammer einstellbar. In der Meßkammer liegt in einer möglichen Ausführungsform im wesentlichen die gleiche Temperatur wie in der Sättigerkammer vor. In der Verbindungsleitung ist desweiteren eine Ventileinheit angeordnet. Sowohl die Ventileinheit als auch der zwischen Ventileinheit und Sättigerkammer befindliche Bereich der Verbindungsleitung stehen in thermischem Kontakt mit einer Heizeinrichtung.

A device for generating a defined relative air humidity is specified. This consists of a saturation chamber and a measuring chamber connected to it by means of at least one connecting line. The relative humidity can be set by simply varying the pressures in the saturation chamber and the measuring chamber. In one possible embodiment, the measuring chamber has essentially the same temperature as in the saturation chamber. A valve unit is also arranged in the connecting line. Both the valve unit and the area of the connecting line between the valve unit and saturation chamber are in thermal contact with a heating device.
