Abstract

Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gußasphaltestrichs mit Terrazzoelementen besteht aus folgenden Verfahrensschritten:

  • a) im Mischwerk werden dem flüssigen Asphalt Mineralzuschlagstoffe zugemischt
  • b) die Mischung wird auf die Baustelle verbracht und auf den Rohfußboden vergossen
  • c) die noch heiße Oberfläche des vergossenen Estrichs wird mit einem Feinsand abgerieben und mit einer Streichrakel geglättet
  • d) auf die geglättete Oberfläche wird eine selbstaushärtende Kunststoffversiegelung aufgebracht
  • e) die versiegelte Oberfläche wird in einem ersten Schleifgang grob geschliffen
  • f) in einem zweiten Schleifgang wird feiner geschliffen
  • g) nach dem letzten Schleifgang wird die Oberfläche gewachst oder versiegelt und/oder poliert
  • Damit besteht der Vorteil, daß dem Gußasphaltestrich der Charakter eine Stein-Terrazzobodens verliehen wird, obwohl er um 1/3 billiger in der Herstellung ist und überdies fugenlos zu verlegen ist.

    A process for producing a mastic asphalt screed with terrazzo elements consists of the following process steps:
  • a) Mineral aggregates are added to the liquid asphalt in the mixing plant
  • b) the mixture is brought to the construction site and poured onto the raw floor
  • c) the still hot surface of the poured screed is rubbed off with fine sand and smoothed with a doctor blade
  • d) a self-curing plastic seal is applied to the smoothed surface
  • e) the sealed surface is roughly ground in a first grinding step
  • f) fine grinding is carried out in a second grinding step
  • g) after the last sanding step, the surface is waxed or sealed and / or polished
  • This has the advantage that the mastic asphalt screed is given the character of a stone terrazzo floor, although it is 1/3 cheaper to manufacture and moreover it can be laid without joints.
