Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung gefalteter, gebundener Druckerzeugnisse (1), die jeweils eine Mehrzahl von Druckprodukten (3) umfassen, bei dem eine Anzahl von nacheinander folgenden, bedruckten, mit einer Schwächungslinie (4) versehenen Druckprodukten (3) übereinander gelegt, entlang der Schwächungslinie (4) gefaltet und gebunden werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Uebereinanderlegen an den Druckprodukten (3) jeweils zwei gegenseitig beabstandete Schwächungslinien (4a,4b) angebracht werden, wobei der gegenseitige Abstand der Schwächungslinien (4a,4b) bei nacheinander folgenden Druckprodukten (3) vergrössert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (3) vor dem Uebereinanderlegen entlang der Schwächungslinien (4a,4b) gefaltet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (3) zuerst übereinander gelegt und dann alle Druckprodukte (3) gemeinsam entlang der Schwächungslinien (4a,4b) gefaltet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (3) nacheinander von einem, durch eine Materialbahn. gebildeten Vorprodukt (2) abgetrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorprodukt (2) vor dem Abtrennen der Druckprodukte (3) derart sequentiell bedruckt wird, dass in Folge die nacheinander folgenden Druckprodukte (3) erzeugt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (3) von einem unbedruckten Vorprodukt (2) abgetrennt und anschliessend bedruckt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (3) nach dem Abtrennen vom Vorprodukt (2) mit den Schwächungslinien (4a,4b) versehen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (3) zu einem sattelförmigen Stapel übereinander gelegt und anschliessend geheftet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die übereinander liegenden Druckprodukte (3) vor dem Binden ein Umschlag angelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf das Vorprodukt (2) Steuerzeichen (8) aufgedruckt werden, um die Druckprodukte (3) zumindest teilweise individuell zu kennzeichnen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckerzeugnis (1) an zumindest einer Kante geschnitten wird.
- Gefaltetes, gebundenes Druckerzeugnis (1) umfassend eine Mehrzahl von bedruckten, gefalteten, ineinander liegenden und miteinander verbundenen Druckprodukten (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (3) zwei in Richtung des Falzes (5) verlaufende, beabstandet angeordnete Schwächungslinien (4a,4b) aufweisen, wobei der gegenseitige Abstand der Schwächungslinien (4a,4b) eines Druckproduktes (3) vom innersten Druckprodukt (3a) zum äussersten Druckprodukt (3f) hin zunimmt.
