Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Diebstahlschutzkennzeichnung eines Gegenstandes, wobei ein visuell nicht sichtbares Markierungsmittel auf den Gegenstand aufgetragen wird, das mit speziellen Hilfsmitteln erfaßbar bzw. erkennbar ist, wobei vor dem Auftragen des Markierungsmittels ein von einem eigentümerindividualisierenden Rand begrenztes Etikett auf dem Gegenstand befestigt wird, und wobei anschließend das Markierungsmittel im Bereich des Randes des Etiketts zumindest auf den Gegenstand derart aufgetragen wird, dass nach einem Entfernen des Etiketts das Markierungsmittel den eigentümerindividualisierenden Rand wiedergibt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Etikett als visuell sichtbare Kennzeichnung auf dem Gegenstand belassen wird, unter Erhalt einer Kombination eines visuell sichtbaren mit einem visuell nicht sichtbaren Kennzeichen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Etikett nach dem Auftragen des Markierungsmittels entfernt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an ein und demselben Gegenstand an einer Stelle die Kombination und an einer anderen Stelle das visuell nicht sichtbare Kennzeichen angebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Etikett neben einem äußeren Rand auch mindestens einen inneren Rand hat.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Etikett ein Logo beinhaltet.
- Gegenstand mit einem einen eigentümerindividualisierenden Rand aufweisenden Etikett und einer visuell nicht sichtbaren Kennzeichnung, wobei die nicht sichtbare Kennzeichnung durch Auftragen eines visuell nicht sichtbaren Markierungsmittels auf den Gegenstand erhalten ist und wobei das Markierungsmittel mit einem speziellen Hilfsmittel erfaßbar bzw. erkennbar ist, wobei das Markierungsmittel auf den Gegenstand im Bereich des Randes des Etiketts derart aufgetragen ist, dass unterhalb des Etiketts im wesentlichen kein Markierungsmittel ist und dass nach Entfernen des Etiketts der Gegenstand das den eigentümerindividualisierenden Rand wiedergebende Markierungsmittel aufweisen würde.
- Gegenstand nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er an einer anderen Stelle ein weiteres nicht sichtbares Markierungsmittel trägt.
- Gegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Etikett (6) neben einem äußeren Rand (8) auch einen inneren Rand (9) hat.
- Gegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Etikett (6) ein Logo (1,3) beinhaltet.
